Jennifer is a very determined, devoted, provider that looks for the best solution for her patient . She thrives to the best of her ability for her patients. She treats them like family, and goes with what is BEST for them. She doesn’t circle around she gets to the problem. She is the BEST provider thanks to her hard work and her patients that make her the provider she is today .

Ashley was great, the ear canal molds she made were so accurate that the hearing aides made from them were comfortable right out of the box. The comfort and sound quality of my new hearing aides is so much better than my old ones I actually wear them most of the time which wasnt the case with the old ones. I also love the streaming feature and the ability to control the hearing aide programs from my smartphone. I was so pleased with the service and quality of the products that my wife came in too and she now has a set of hearing aides that she actually uses too! Ashley is super knowledgeable when it comes to working with insurance companies as well. I would highly recommend Hearing Solutions to anyone needing hearing aides. They also have an office in Paso Robles.

My Husband Tom has been a client with Sandy for many years and three sets of hearing aids. They are always helpful, kind, informative and do their best to meet our needs. My husband is a truck driver all over the country so when he needs his HA serviced or has an emergency repair they work with us to get it done so he can get back to work. I was starting to lose my hearing but didnt think that I needed hearing aides quite yet. I went in for the tests and learned that my life might be more improved by hearing better. I decided to give hearing aides a try and have never looked back.The Hearing Solutions store staff have made the transition pretty painless. I love my new ear additions.I am learning to hear clearly all over again and whenever I have a question or concern, they get in touch with me ASAP. This is a new experience for me and I appreciate them for working with me like they do.I went to three other hearing stores before I made my final decision. Sandy was very helpful and considerate. She listened to my problem and quickly identified my problem. Within minutes, she had my units working correctly again.

Have known Sandy and Ashley from when their doors opened in San Luis Obispo. I could not be more pleased with the quality of service and their ability to fit me with the correct hearing aids. I am not the easiest to fit. Others just throw up their hands but not these two they persevered until they got it right. I have gone back to them repeatedly for updated hearing aids. I would not go to anyone else. They are the best.

Three months after I lost 80% of my hearing in my right ear, my ENT told me that he felt my hearing would not come back. He recommended that I get a cross-over hearing aid. When I went to Hearing Solutions to check out their hearing aids, Ashley tested my hearing & recommended that I get a regular hearing aid instead since I could utilize what hearing I had & emphasized the importance of stimulating that side of my brain. She also said to give it more time—some hearing just may come back. Surprise, surprise—18 months later I’ve gained back 12% of my hearing!!! Ashley is awesome!!!

The “Girls” are very knowledgeable and patient! I have a special needs daughter and they have helped with making sure that her hearing aids are suitable/appropriate for her to wear without making it complicated, while being the most current technology. Follow up and care is top notch!

Outstanding customer service, not only are Ashley and Sandy knowledgeable but they truly care about their patients.They spend a great deal of time looking at what model hearing aid/ cros system is best for each individual based on their needs and lifestyle.We only go to Hearing Solutions as they truly treat you as a member of their family and want whats best for their patients.It is very rare to find this level of service in todays world.

I have gone through two sets of hearing aids in the past ten years and now have switched to NUEAR CIRCA. An improvement that is almost indescribable. Feels like I have normal hearing. I dont believe in angels, but this is a miracle!

Contrary to nine previous reviews in their website, I found this place rude to me and suspicious to other people of different color, I told them, my comment will be public . Sandy and Lizzet May need to go to a training for their verbal action. It is clear to me that their actions are discriminatory to ethnic minority. I took a picture of my check and the employee standing next to my check.

Ashley was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process of ordering a pair of custom-fit headphones. I look forward to doing business here again.
