Very unreliable. Can’t keep their staff. Always having to cancel appointments made a month in advance, super last minute. Was willing to keep going to the San Marcos location after I moved to Temecula to support their business. But if they can’t respect my time, I don’t need to support them.

It was my first time getting a Brazilian ever and I hate that it was so awful, I can tell the girl was new they did not even introduce themselves the receptionist or the girl that waxed me, it was so quite I felt super uncomfortable that I kept talking myself, I got home and realized I was left with patches, it is a very private service the least you can do is make your clients feel welcomed and comfortable!

Was a good experience. The girl missed areas and she wasnt very personable or ask anything to help out, wasnt happy about that.

I’ve used this location twice and both times I’ve been really disappointed. Last time i was there the girl was so new that she couldn’t even finish my Brazilian. I’ve never experienced such a painful wax. Please stop throwing inexperienced people especially to wax such a sensitive area. I will not be using this location again, i do not recommend either unless you want to be left with half of wax . !!

Experience was great but even with all of the products they recommended I still got nasty ingrown hairs.. they wont heal fast and they are pretty bad. If your skin is delicate dont trust a product to prevent the side effect that you usually get.I lost all of my confidence in the gym due to this, quite the opposite effect I was looking for.Again this is my own fault for trusting the magical products that allegedly would solve my already known issue with waxing or shaving with a razor.

Ugh I just ADORE Gabby! She is HANDS DOWN the best waxer I have ever been to. She shapes my brows like a boss and is the sweetest human. I HIGHLY recommend coming here for Gabby. You won’t regret it!

Over the years I have had many waxing sessions some were just awful and some are amazing. I moved from the South Bay to San Diego County and that was one of my main concerns. Here at EWC I can actually say this is my main home for my waxing needs. I see the same girl which is Brooke and she is so amazing. This weekend Brooke had an emergency so they set my appointment for today and I met Kitty. Kitty is amazing too. Now I feel that I have two amazing technicians that I can bounce between in case they are on vacation. These two ladies make you feel safe and at home. I am a talker and enjoy hearing stories from what they enjoy or what fun things they have done. Thank you Brooke and Kitty for being awesome.

I had never been to European Wax Centers before and I was shocked on my first visit that my eye brow wax was FREE!!! I was so excited! Nothing is ever free! They also have really great packages that bring the cost down per session which I liked. I have never seen this done before at any other waxing place. Loved my brows and love this place!!

This has probably been my best experience ever getting waxed thanks to the Rachel! Never thought that Id be able to laugh and have fun in the middle of a bikini wax but I definitely did haha I was in and out of the building within 20 minutes. She definitely did a quick and efficient job. :)

I was a little nervous about going in for my 1st wax but Sandra made me feel comfortable right away and it was actually a good experience. My eyebrows look great now and I wont be so nervous next time. I bought a session for my girlfriend and cant wait to bring her in :}

I’m always taken care of and treated so well. They always push products on you at the end but I think most of them just want to help the healthy regrow the of hair.

One word: WOW! This wax center is definitely my favorite... I started going here when I moved up to San Marcos for school. The staff is so friendly, the salon is so clean, and the results are incredible! My eyebrows have never looked better!!

Love how nice my eyebrows look after an appointment but will probably not be coming back because every single time I go in, I leave with their wax in my hair! They may seem professional but don’t care enough to let me know i’m going out in public with that gunk on my head.They want us to strut out with confidence but I have made a fool of myself thinking I look good when really I look messy because of that wax and it is a real pain to pull it out of my hair.

The front desk worker Sandra tried to hard sell me. I intended to get a brow package but was turned off by her fake niceness and hard sell. The wax girl was nice and seemed to know her business, this first visit was free so nothing lost. I will not return.

Ive been going since I lived in Boston. Their services are quality and most of the waxers are excellent. The product line has changed though, and Im not loving it.

Customer service was terrible. Didnt say a word to me the whole time. Didnt even tell me when she was done. Just simply walked away and left me sitting there. Very strange. I will never ever go back there.

Went in and didnt go the extra mile to help me pull up a coupon I received through an email. I have used them before and the always have in on my file...why has that changed? Girl at the front seemed to not care
