Wonderful store! I needed help finding a product. Went up to cashier, was served immediately. The associate found the product I wanted and helped to decide the correct color for my brows. He found the mini size I wanted and we went to register. I was in and out in just a few minutes. Loved it!

Best customer service! I lost my smell a year ago due to covid and unfortunately it never came back:( ive been wanting a new perfume so bad... but cant smell any of them! The nice lady and gentleman working around 1pm today definitely helped me in choosing a new perfume! They were also super patient with me!! THANK YALL SO MUCH ❤

The employee was quite positive, trying to answer questions a customer had ...very knowledgeable about the products.

Customer service was really nice in Sephora the only thing is dont expect to watch anything due to covid but lady at the front desk was very helpful with helping me find a foundation a concealer and a eyebrow pencil. I was worried about the colors not matching considering I couldnt Swatch but they actually matched perfectly so I have nothing bad to say.

Went to the store on 10/18/2020 and was helped by Oscar, friendly and very knowledgeable he lead me to the correct color of powder foundation for bare minerals all these years (age 50s ) I’m been trying to find the right color and have helped by many females and they just could not lead me to the right color.but Oscar listened without interruption, and asked questions . Bravo Oscar, my go to person!!!

Great selection on cosmetics but need a better selection on fragrance. Bought a cologne, tag stated $70, was rung up at $78, clerk apologized for being in wrong place but she said if I wanted it at the price label said, she would have to call a manager and I would have to wait 15 minutes for them to come.

Have been a fan of Sephora for many years. The salesgirl helped me pick out a new shade of lipstick I was reluctant to try on for many years (due to me thin lips) and I got so many compliments that day. Thanks Sephora

I LOVED this store. My beauty consultant Iman was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She wasnt just trying to make a sale. She actually listened to what I wanted and needed. Iman even took the time to do several demos on me to show me new things. Because of her I would come back again and again and again!

If youre a woman of color and need to be color matched (I bought fenty) or just get beauty advice, go see Iman at the sephora in the JC Penny. She is amazing. Shes sweet, nice and she is very knowledgeable. She explains every product so you know exactly what youre getting, she goes above and beyond to make sure your skin tone matches the makeup and doesnt oxidize too dark. I am extremely happy with my purchase, I wasnt used at all. I acquired some free samples as well and I feel great about my new foundation. Thank you Iman!!!

Horrible experience. Felt uncomfortable with employees working in extremely close proximity to me. Also, it was unnecessary for them to ask me the same question multiple times asking if I needed assistance. It was inappropriate and rude. *PLENTY of other stores to visit or shop online.*
