Theyre good. Many people complained about them being less-friendly but Id say come on, did you go there to make friends? I went there for my 1.5L Absolut Vodka, I got it. They were cold to me but who cares? They were professionals, gave me every necessary info. So, I don’t mind them being cold as long as theyre professional. We are not entitled to have smiles and warm talks. You, as a customer, should know to be professional as well. YOU ARE NOT ENTITLED FOR A SMILE.I rate this 5★ without getting a smile.

Lady at the counter has no idea what she is doing. Staff is also hostile and I don’t think I’ve ever been greeted here.

My out of town ID proved too much for the girl at the counter I understand the fear of selling alcohol to minors but the person after me was wearing a lanyard with a high school ID and shortly walked out with a brown paper bag. I do feel a little offended by the fact that she pretended to look at her booklet before just dismissing me,wasting my time, if she had a prejudice when I walked in she shouldve just told me to leave. Theyre selection is decent but not the best, I asked if she had Stoli Oranj and she looked at me like I was speaking a foreign language. There are plenty of other liquor stores if you dont want to feel like youve done something wrong by being from out of town.

Unfortunately bad customer service, they were rude and unhelpful when looking for recommendations. The location across from the big H-E-B is much better, go there if you have the choice.

Excellent customer service. I was looking for a gift for my dads birthday, and the employee on site have me some very helpful recommendations and let me know which of those were on sale. He even wrapped the bottle for me since it was a gift!

I love twin liquors but the guy at the one on Hopkins and Moore in San Marcos is the rudest, most unkind man Ive ever dealt with. Ill go to Wonder World location in the future
