I ordered 2 black milk tea and after few minutes, the liquid separated into 2 layers. First it doesnt look like milk tea and the worst is it doesnt taste like milk tea!!! What a waste of money!

They have various kinds of tea. Signature tea is my personal favorite. Nice place to hangout with friends. The little plants on each table add to its pleasant ambience.

They give zero priority to customers that are physically there. Better hope no one called in an order or you will literally wait 20 minutes for a single drink even if you’re the only person standing there. I gave this place another try and ordered online 30 minutes in advance only for them to say hadn’t started yet when I got there (there was no one in or out of the store). I’m not sure what’s going on with this location but it’s literally the worst I’ve ever been to. Won’t be returning.

I have had the Signature milk tea, Thai tea, Jasmine milk tea and the Oreo bubble waffle. All pretty good even comparable to when I go to Frisco. The app for Ding Tea San Marcos was pretty accurate in timing and easy to use.

High quality boba drinks. Milk teas are very flavorful and bobas are fresh and chewy. Will definitely come back again. New favorite next to Meet Fresh.

Changing my review to 5 stars. I was initially disappointed at the long wait times, but after coming here for a while I realized, it’s worth the wait and I always come back for the tea. Everyone who works there is always super friendly, and now I just leave my house a little later after putting in the order and give myself extra time to get there. The tea and bubble waffle are great.

Had a milk tea with no milk in it... Either that or it was extremely bitter. On top of that, the bobas tasted funny compared to last time. Guess Ill have to go to other tea places for now.

Super happy there’s another location for Ding Tea! This shop nailed my expectation for when I ask for half sweet. The tea and egg pudding were tasty and of great quality.

This place is amazing. They had Dragon dances for the opening day. And yes, it took a long time on opening day. But I live right across the street and now you go in there, And you get your drink within five minutes. Theres also parking in the back. You have to try the bubble waffles. Yum.

Excellent tea. I had the green tea guava with boba. We ordered the mango black tea and it was refreshing .

The tea is the best in the county. Reminds me of the tea I had in Taiwan. I wont go anywhere else. The line was long because of by one get one free. It was still worth the wait.

Very good drinks are sold here. If you compare the drinks here to the other Ding Teas, Ding Tea San Marcos will come out superior. For example, the lychee milk tea here actually looks like milk tea, compare this to another Ding Tea which has lychee milk tea that looks like water.

Showed up was told we needed an online order. Nevermind, walked over to Kung Fu tea, ordered on the spot.

Very cheap on toppings. Was excited about this location. But they only gave out 1/3 size of boba toppings compared to the Convoy location. And I ordered 2 toppings of Monster boba ($0.75 per topping), they ran out of that and gave me golden boba ($0.55 per topping) instead. Still the topping size less than a regular topping size at Convoy. No business sense!!
