This was some of the worst coffee I’ve ever had. I bought a smores latte and the coffee was potentially just like a bitter mocha flavor. Horrible after taste.

Great cold brew and if you like matcha you should try their strawberry honey version. My only complaint is that they close too early. I would be there regularly in the evenings if they were open.

Genuinely one of my coffee spots in San Marcos! The vibes are always great when I go in, the baristas are so kind, and the coffee is wonderful. They have seasonal drinks for every season and theyre super yummy! Im glad they extended their hours during the school week because it is also a good place to study.

Great location the scone and cappuccino were average. Disappointed that they only accept plastic which excludes a lot of people unnecessarily

The coffee is really good, and reasonably priced, but its really loud in there for a coffee shop. The employees were inconsiderately the loudest ones in there, so dont expect to get any peaceful work done in there. But then again, thats expected in a university party town.

They require masks. It is against the law in Texas to require me a US citizen, a Texas citizen to wear a mask. I told them no thank you it is my right to not wear one. They said we require it and pushed the mask toward me. I left. Y’all if you support places that “require” you to wear a mask. You are supporting a society that lives in fear and should not be established in our free country. It is ridiculous at this point! If you have been vaccinated and still wear a mask it’s like getting a vasectomy and wearing a condom. Come on y’all this makes no sense. We have to be more aware of how easy this has been for the government to have complete control…

Always a solid place for a cup and a great variety of choices. Always friendly staff and a comfortable, chill place to be. Worth stopping in any time.

Great place to get a cup of coffee. They have a great menu of specialty drinks as well. When you on the Square in San Marcos make sure to stop by!!

Friendly service by Hayley made all the difference. The Loco coco latte is wonderful as well.

Nice staff, but hard to find a place to park. Curbside spots are usually occupied by non curbside shoppers.

They put ALOT of ice in the Iced drinks makes you feel like they skimping on the actual product very disapointing especially since I asked specifically for light ice.

The staff is super friendly. What I liked was they are taking strict precautions during this Covid 19 pandemic. They have a table outside and you have to order on the phone or they come outside to take the order. Love their coffee as well!

Amazing baristas and coffee!!!! all of the baristas are SO nice and amazing and helpful. The coffee is organic, locally sourced, and prepared with attention to detail. They also do amazing latte art. They are women-led / gender neutral bathrooms / and even give puppachinos if you bring your dog! Definitely worth stopping by.

My favorite place in San Marcos! Staff is very friendly and the place is very nice! Great for reading a book or working on some homework Coffee and food is great.My favorite drink is actually invented by one of their employees! If you ever feel like trying something new, ask for a dirty chai with coconout milk!

Lets just appreciate that this place offers certified organic coffee which is so rare to find a place. Many people that have issues drinking coffee can tolerate organic coffee or organic decaff. On top of that, the coffee is a local roaster and delicous plus service is kind and prompt. 5 Stars, dont support starbuck$$$ support your local roaster & coffee shops--better coffee and service and doesnt make some greedy fatcat richer.

Great coffee and quick service

The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Theres always nice ambient music playing, low enough that you can still have a conversation but loud enough to enjoy. Plenty of seating...chairs and tables, sofas and oversized chairs, a couple of barstools, even outside seating. The food looks tasty, but Ive only gotten coffee.

This place is cute! The atmosphere is unique and quaint. The food was yummy and the coffee was so/so. The price is really fair and not as pricy as most cafe/bakery’s I patron. The employees are all super nice and helpful! No complaints!

Enjoyed being in this coffee bar. My son and I ordered a vanilla lattes and they tasted great. Staff was friendly. Service was great. Iwill return to the The Coffee Bar soon. I loved the aviance.

The chai and especially the lavender chai are great drinks. Today I decided to branch out and try the London Fog. I was in a small group, ordered first and then was immediately forgotten. After my group had been served plus three other people who wandered in they finally realized I was still waiting on a drink. When I started checking in after they kept serving other drinks they replied with Its going to take a while to make... You should have made it first then, ladies. Thank goodness I got the regular size because it turned out to be a very sub-par drink due to the rush job they had to go through in steeping the tea.

Great place with friendly staff and good pastries and coffee. They have sandwiches and other food as well. I didnt try them but they looked good. The place is a little week on atmosphere, much like most coffee restaurants. But, hey, the Wifi works great..:)

A fantastic coffee shop across the historic court house, this spot has a real small town- urban feel.

Ordered 2 sandwiches. They take awhile. The 1st came up and the 2nd one came up 15 minutes later. If you are a couple and want to eat together this wont happen. Nothing was said when we ordered that they can only make one at a time.

Just an average coffee house. Went in the late afternoon. It was super warm inside, with direct sunlight glowing into my eyes. Much better place before noon. Too hot in the summer evenings.

The Coffee Bar in San Marcos has a few exceptional baristas, making the trip worthwhile.

The desert items we have gotten here have all been delicious. The prices are reasonable for a light lunch, and there are a number of coffee/tea drinks to choose from.

Had coffee and scones with a friend here. Absolutely to die for! Its a trendy place, so expect to pay a little more than at, say, a Starbucks, but it is worth it.

Great food, done right. Easy eats for the chill person trying to find a quite area.

I LOVE the restaurant but the bakery was just okay. The food was hit and miss. Some things were okay, other things were awful and nothing was exceptionally good. My latte was the worst Ive ever had. The people working there werent the friendliest.
