Just had a charge of 0.01$ on my card. Looks like this has been going on awhile. Would be nice if the owner would do something

I was reading over the reviews for this location and was completely shocked. I worked with this company for many years and the work was always amazing! The staff is always friendly and helpful and if there is an issue they do their best to fix it. Customers are always first. Dont just read the bad review, take a second and read the responses from the owner. I think it is awesome that they reply to everyone who posts and it is obvious that they did their best but some people just cant seem to be pleased. I know they have recently transitioned from a store front to a drop off location and I have not personally dropped off there yet, but Im sure there are challenges with the transition. Regardless I would not hesitate to send anyone here for monogramming and custom designs. Im not sure what has happened to peoples kindness and understanding from the customer side but I know for a fact the the owners of Stitches and Such have not lost theres!

Do not let your children go in there alone! They make you pay in advance without knowing exactly what you will be getting. Then will not give a refund if you are not satisfied and dont get what you were expecting. My daughter was charged $45 to put a small, basic 1 color pocket iron-on and a 5 letter name on 2 of her own shirts.

They were too busy to assist us. The two star rating really isnt their fault. To be very busy is a good thing when you have a business but not to be able to accommodate customers on the Fly should be something they should look at trying to do.

Worst embroidery job ive ever had done. My logo was high quality in fine detail and they said they could handle it. Turned out horrible

Stitches and Such are NOT into customer service and customer satisfaction is NOT their goal. I would give them a negative star if I could! No order should be too large or too small! They do not care about the little man. I will be taking my business elsewhere. What a shame!

Wow! DO NOT COME HERE! I was recommended by a friend to get my stole here, big mistake. I told the lady in the front specifically what I wanted on my stole. As a professional, you would think that they write down exactly what you stated. Well apparently, I didn’t look careful enough in the “sketch paper” to see that they wrote 1 SYMBOL wrong. The manager, Erin, says it’s my fault since I didn’t correct her and that’s the reason they have the customers sign it. I glanced only because I trusted them and there were people behind us waiting. The money I spent there was a gift from my mother-in-law, which is now a waste. They can’t refund me or make me a new one. I never write reviews but this company seriously could care less about their customers.

Very disappointed with Stitches and Such, they have done great work for me in the past however. Ordered decals for Yeti Tumblrs I wanted to gift for Christmas, the finish product looked awful. When I went in to see if anything could be done, they offered zero solutions for me. I understand the policy of custom orders but it looked cheaply done, I have ordered plenty from your store in the past it would have been nice for you all to practice good clienteling and take care of a repeat customer. If you want amazing service and good quality decals visit Gift and Gourmet in Seguin, TX they know how to take care of repeat and new customers.

Had a $0.00 charge from this business, fraud squad said they were testing my credit card, now I am without access to my money until a new card is sent, I’m from Australia and didn’t even know about this business, to the business owner maybe you better find out why this is happening under your business name
