Build a Bears are awesome. Employees can make or break the BAB experience. Not my best experience with a location but left with some neat new bunnies and a panda.

Great customer service but dont expect many outlet prices or deals. Still worth it to see the joy on my daughters face. Also long wait to get in but they will take your number and call you when it is your turn. An hour wait, but it was Saturday and it wasnt too bad as we got our place in line and shopped around in other stores. The staff were also super helpful and friendly to my daughter and I.

We re out of towners, From galveston we came heee in town for my cousin wedding. here in store they re super sweet nice to us!!! Pricey not bad but ouch at total... but worth it to put happy on my babies face. Thank you!!!!!

Took my grandson to celebrate his 5th birthday. He had such a good time. He LOVES his birthday bear. The staff is very friendly and it was an excellent experience!

Got to the store 30 mins before 7 and was told people waiting in line may not get to go in today which makes no sense. Then, there’s only 1 cashier slowly checking the people out with no sense of urgency at all. No other worker is helping him or switching positions with him to make the long line go faster. On top of that everyone in the store is paying because how how slow the cashier is and instead of letting more people into the store to browse or start building their bear the workers are just talking and guarding the door. It’s ridiculous! Worst experience ever!

This is a Build A Bear outlet store. Has great customer service and the discontinued item I was looking for. 👍

***AMAZING!!!*** This is the PERFECT place to host a birthday party! Everyone at this store is AWESOME!! We had our daughters 8th birthday party here last Saturday and it was the Best party ever! We had a very large group (33 total including parents) and I was still able to leave there stress-free! They did all the work!!! Gaby kept 15 kids entertained and HAPPY the entire time! She was amazing and so patient with all the kiddos! THANK YOU GABY!! Matthew was very helpful from the time I booked this party (with my multiple phone calls and numerous questions!) til the minute it was over! THANK YOU MATTHEW!! I also want to Thank everyone, including Amalia, that helped make this day the MOST MEMORABLE DAY EVER for my daughter & for us!! 😊

Absolutely the best customer service at this location. My kids love this place. It is reasonably priced, so dont be shy. Your child can build their animal, put on a heart and get a birth certificate, for less than buying a Chinese made, poor quality animal from Wal-Mart.
