I love Pandora! Its my guilty pleasure. I love this outlet. We drove 5+ hours from Ft. Sill, OK to come because its one of the few places you can still find pieces from the Essence collection! The first lady that helped us was amazing and super helpful, the second, not so much. When I go, I expect to be taken care of by one person and I expect their undivided attention. Because Ive spent thousands of dollars on my collection and this is a love I share with my daughter and my sister and now my mother as well.I never go in to browse, I always shop till I spend every dime of what Ive saved for the experience.This store is always clean, the lighting is perfect and when you can get the right customer service person that person is always very patient and helpful.
The sales associate went above and beyond to make sure my daughters 7th Birthday was special and made sure she got exactly what she wanted. Beyond pleased with her service and the location as a whole ! 5 star service ☆☆☆☆☆
Went today to buy some charms with my mom and we were helped by Destiny... she was great! However, Michelle (not sure if she was the manager or just an employee) was so rude. My mom and I were standing over a case looking at charms on sale and she comes over to the case and asks us to move and give another customer space. We said we were looking and she just gave us a look and basically ignored us. Then, my mom overheard her talking to another customer about us. Rude and unprofessional! Horrible customer service.
I bought a charm online on Pandora to pick up in store for free, but when I got there the sales associate said she had to ring me up for it again in store and “the charge on my card from the first purchase would disappear in a few days.” I asked her if she was SURE of this, because I’ve never heard of needing to be charged twice in order to pick up something I ordered online. I tried explaining to her (her name was Martha) that I already paid for it online and I showed her the order email, but she refused to give me the charm unless I paid for it again. I ended up paying for it and I left, but I kept the receipt because I had a feeling this wasn’t how it worked. Lo and behold, two days later the original charge processed and I was indeed charged twice. When I called the store they told me to just “dispute it with my bank”, but my bank won’t dispute it without sending me a new credit card and I don’t want to have to go through the process of getting a new card for no reason. I’ve been trying to get a hold of the store again for two days now and no one is answering the phone, I’ve called 12 times throughout the day today (really... 12 times after looking at my call history...). This is absolutely ridiculous, especially since the charm was $80 and to be told to just call my bank to have them refund me through a dispute is not a solution. This store is 35 minutes away from me and I really don’t feel like going all the way back for this, but I guess I have to since no one is answering the phone.
The staff was nice, but the store was so cramped. I felt like a hen in a chicken coop with that much staff and customers in such a small area. Covid is probably having a field day in such a limited space. On the plus side, my wife got the necklace she always wanted. Dreams do come true! 5/5
Every time i come in to this location the ladies inside are always so helpful. Jamie has been my favorite by far though. She makes it a point to remember her customers and what they buy so that later she can ask how you like them or show you new charms to go with it.
I took my 5 year old son in this morning to pick out a Christmas gift for my daughter. We were greeted right away & an associate, I believe her name is Savannah, came to help us. She was so patient & so sweet! She helped my son pick out the perfect gift that he is so proud of! Thank you so much! I am a big fan of Pandora & this will be our go to store from now on!

Not a vibrant place, but ok. Found something we liked. Sales person was nice.
I would give the store a 0 stars if it was even possible. For one the two ladies working on a Thursday evening did not greet or keep track of the ppl coming in the store, I walked around not even knowing where the line was. I was skipped by a couple that came in after me. Really bad customer service and no control over the line.

I love Pandora and their stores but the one at the Premium Outlet in San Marcos is the worst. I went there several times in the past 3 years and it’s always the same. Staff there just don’t care regardless if they busy or just standing there doing nothing. It’s a shame as it does not represent the brand or the other branches.
I was waiting for a good 15 -20 min and no service, while two sales associates were helping one couple and the other helping another Customer . There was enough help there, I don’t know if because I was in my work clothes made them thinking I didn’t have money or what but WORST SERVICE EVER . I WILL NEVER BE BACK TO THIS LOCATION.

I have had 2 rings that I have had for about a year and a half. And I already had my ring loose a diamond so I took it back to the store and they replaced it well now another diamond fell out and that’s ridiculous! I loved the Jewelry at first but now after another one falling out it’s frustrating and ruins the ring. And I have another another ring where the same thing happened.

Bought a ring to treat myself for mothers day, while there on vacation. Store was well lit and stocked. Had my Pandora earrings, necklace, and bracket cleaned too. Sabrina was an absolute Angel!

Out of stock of all the rings I wanted. How can you be out of stock on rings for over a month at an outlet??? And then was told to order online it would take 4-6 weeks to receive.
Worst service ever, I just came to buy 2 Xmas gifts, a bracelet and a charm and asked to be charged in separate tickets and a male employee reject to give an extra bag for the other gift. He rather cancel the sale than give an extra bag.
I tried to buy 3 rings for Xmas gift for my family’s. After I purchased. I asked for 3 small bags cuz it’s a gift. However they refused to give me bags and said each person only can have one bag. Excuse me! Holidays! And we were buying gifts?! I was with my mom and I said can I at least have 2 bags? They said no! Cuz y’all came as one party.Jeeeeez!

In the San Antonio quarry shop, the treatment is terrible. First it bothered her that she spoke Spanish and she was Mexican. Then he told me that he would close my account or his system would be deleted and I still had not finished my purchases. He gave me my bracelets without a box, it also bothered him that I asked him for my boxes. He told me that there was not one that I was asking for, they did not have it and I was looking at it, when I made the comment he gave it to me reluctantly. I never go back to that store.
