Wide selection of fans at a variety of price points. Delivery was quick and staff (especially Rob) was extremely helpful with answering our installation questions. One fan had a manufacturer issue and FanDiego made the process of replacing it seamless. Definitely recommend anyone looking for new ceiling fans or lights to check them out.

Great selection of all types of fans displayed so you could see them in action. Only two workers were on duty. More customers than those able to help them. I waited a while and then left. I guess its a good thing to be busy. Ill be back when theyre not so busy and I can get served. Otherwise, theyre great. I think Ill shop their web page and maybe but it that way.

Great place to shop for fans! I went to one of their showrooms to look for a ceiling fan but wasn’t really sure what would be the right choice. I was actually surprised that they already offered all major brands which completely saves me time and money. They were a convenient place to visit. Unbeatable customer service too! John and team were great! We went to the San Marcos location and were not overwhelmed by sales people! John introduced himself and said, wander and let me know when you have questions. He helped make sure we got the right size for the rooms we wanted and since the manufacturers catalog was wrong, he double-checked we ordered the correct model. He followed up with delivery and we are looking forward to getting these installed.

We wanted to buy the same fan we bought there a couple of years ago but it wasnt on display and we didnt know exactly what it was called. Lo and behold they had our information in their system. They had the exact same fan in stock and we bought it! Casablanca fans are expensive but we have had two at home for 30 years and they still work and look just as good as new.

I called Fan Diego in desperation after watching a video they posted on YouTube about problems with a Casablanca fan. I had been unsuccessful in obtaining accurate help from Casablanca. I live in Florida and felt foolish calling California but I was desperate. Jessica accurately diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and after several frustrating weeks my fan works! Jessica found the solution and assisted in fixing the fan....long distance. Bravo!!!!

Wanted to purchase a $600 fan. Closest fan was in Escondido. Store couldnt be bothered to deliver that fan to their San Diego location so I could purchase it. I ended up finding the same fan on Amazon with 2 day shipping snd the same price.

Nice selection and great help but the prices are way too high. Especially now that Home Depot and Lowes have really nice fans in their stores I wouldnt even stop here.

I called the San Marcos location to help me figure out the problem with my fan and sure enough they were able to provide me with an accurate diagnostic and informed me about the parts that I needed. Luckily, they have it available for purchase right away.
