Leo and Mike were our installers, they did such an amazing job on the flooring of 1400 square feet. The floors look amazing! They are such hard workers who were tasked its ripping out some old dusty carpets and laying in the new floor. They were cheerful, quick and efficient . They transformed our home in 3 days and did such a great job.The price we got from Miles to rip up carpet and install the flooring was hands down the best price of all the flooring places we shopped at.Ashley in scheduling was such a pleasure to work with. She was prompt to call back when we had questions and was on top of everything. Super friendly with great personal service. They couldn’t have a better person in that position.You can tell from the owner on down this place is not just out to make a quick buck.They are all an honest, loyal, and hard working team that get the job done for the best prices and have the largest selection to choose from. We love our new floors.

Walked in and was greeted by a couple sales people and after looking for a while we wanted to get some information on kitchen cabinets. Tamina helped us out with the cabinet and counter top information and told us to bring our measurements back to her to get a rough pricing for our kitchen remodel. She was by far the best priced for the entire kitchen remodel by at least $17,000 for us which is extremely huge. We are looking forward to working with Tamina on our remodel.

Horrible service. They leave the job halfway finished after they ordered more vinyl than needed. And they even had me buy some stuff for them to do the job. My floor still isnt finished after Ashley said the supervisor would come finish the job yesterday! Would not recommend.

Probably the worst customer service ever! We had countertops installed in October 2017, they looked terrible. Two completely different colors! Took us months to get someone out to our house to “fix it”. Finally got a new slab and nope! Still terrible! I highly do not recommend them.

This place is not a friendly environment some guy named miles was super rude they screwed up the job got there super late and put lean on my house. Even after their service I had to call someone else to fix it Nd charged me cheaper to re install everything

We bought new carpet for our home. Tamina helped us find the right carpet and color. She was very professional, answered all our questions and made sure we had their best installer. We expected to have some dings and scratches on the walls, but when our installer was finished we could only find a couple of minor scuffs. We highly recommend SD Flooring Center and Design.

SD flooring and Myles have been there for me every step of a large remodel of floors and kitchen. Attention to detail was amazing. Clean and consistent work. Beautiful. I had to wait for the tile contractor that I used before with SD because I love his work. Because of this Myles came to my house to start workers on demo himself. He called me everyday.

Our living room floors looked outdated and I thought it was time to replace the wooden flooring. I decided to visit their store after a friend recommended SD Flooring. The staff was very helpful. I showed them some pictures of my house and they helped me pick out the tiles that best fit my current living room design. The installation crew did a pretty good job with the installation too. I’ll come back here if I ever want to do some more renovation.

I wish I could give them negative stars. Dont waste your time. Theyre awful. They promise one thing at the sales level and then switch. So disappointing. Worst. Experience. Ever.

We were referred by our friends to the SD Flooring Center and Design and These guys did the good job on my flooring and were great to deal with.They arrived on time each day and left the house spotless during the whole process. I had all of my tile and carpet ripped up and brand new flooring installed in one week and I could not be happier. I so appreciate the care given to my home and making sure my dogs were okay during the whole process. Amazing customer service!!

I wish I would have the choice of not giving this store a star. Worst service ever. Three employees, no customers in store and no one acknowledge me. I am looking to redo my kitchen and want to spend a fair price because this is it, this is going to be my kitchen for the next 15 to 20 years. Im have a couple tractors who priced me at 27k just for cabinets, counter tops, knobs and crown molding and that doesnt include the work and appliances. I know its not a lot of money in comparison to what some other people might spending their kitchen but my kitchen is only 10x16. Anywho, I wanted to talk to some one to get some pricing and no one ever came up to me not even said hi or by as I passed them. Horrible service if you ask me. I will never be back as, my bathrooms are my second project after the kitchen is done. They just lost a potential customer.

The good news: The flooring looks great. The price was competitive. Supervisor of work crew, Luis, was great to work with and did an outstanding job when he was here. Robby came and saved the day at the end to install quarter rounds where needed. The not so good news: Communication between sales rep and us and installer was abysmal. Misunderstandings were frustrating. Sales said we needed many more linear feet of baseboard than were actually needed. We ended up doing the measurements ourselves and saved a lot by not ordering what we were told was needed. Most of the work crew was very sloppy and left the house a huge mess every day. They left tools, planks of wood, water bottles, brooms, etc. all over the place.They did not cover all furniture, etc., before doing the demo on the travertine. Can you spell DUST? So the installation process was awful and took 3 days longer than anticipated but in the end the flooring is beautiful and is just what we wanted.

The crew that worked on our kitchen slabs were professionals. On time and meticulous with their work. Great at communicating through text or call. The job came out beautiful. Thanks again.

The tiles at our old house were getting dull. Some of them had little cracks. We decided to go to SD Flooring to replace them and we weren’t disappointed. The staff there were so nice to us. They showed us plenty of options and listened to us as we described the feel that we were going for. The installation took less time than I expected and I couldn’t be any happier with the results.

They gave us many suggestions regarding kid’s protection, like which flooring would work best for high traffic areas and be able to take a beating. We went with the vinyl floor and it looks amazing!

Was given a quote by a employee named Ben for Fabrica carpet and was told he could give me a discount from the sales rep and when he called back with my discount I was told that the original price was from an old pricing sheet and that they hadnt updated it since 2016 and my carpet instead of getting discounted was not five dollars more a square yard!! How do you not have current pricing on your products!? After everything I was still quoted over $1000 more than I told him I wanted to spend!!!!! I left in a hurry and wont be coming back!!!

The flooring guys, to the best of my knowledge, did great work. This is the only reason I am giving this company two stars. The flooring guys cleaned up daily and you can see the craftsmanship in their work. They had good ideas and offered suggestions. They seemed to be the only experts on the job. On the other hand, I would not recommend purchasing counter tops or tile from this company at all. Our quartz counters came chipped in four different locations. The guys who ripped out our original tile counters smashed out parts of the wall behind the original back splash. SD flooring expected us to take care of this ourselves since the tile guys they contract with do not do drywall. Instead the tile guy installed hardy back but its almost triple the thickness of the new tile they installed for our back splash. The job looks unfinished and not at all what we expected. They never recommended ordering bull nose pieces or any other tile options to give it a better look. Its partly our fault for going with what the SD flooring design guy recommended and not having our own specific idea in mind. No one seems to work together at this company or at least thats what they lead you to believe. Theyre always saying theyll have so and so call you back but then no one EVER calls. Its been a very frustrating and disappointing experience. I would NOT recommend this company!!

My wife came in there a couple weeks ago and was helped by a guy wearing a black hat, I think he is the owner. She doesnt remember his name, but he made her extremely uncomfortable as she kept catching him checking her out and looking at her chest. He would only stand behind her and literally only answered her questions with a question. Obviously he wasnt interested in helping her and just wanted to perv out for the evening. Go somewhere else for your remodeling needs and work with someone who can keep it in their pants.

This has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had. After spending $2000 on laminate flooring, 1 to 2 pieces out of EVERY box was damaged. When I picked up the material it was noted on the paper work that there were damaged boxes. I returned the damaged pieces over 3 months ago. I have called every week and spoke to Dwayne and EVERYTIME he says let me check on that and call you back and not ONE time has he actually called back! Even when I leave a message for a manger(3 times) I do not get a callback! I need 220 square feet more and I will be going somewhere else to get it! Just in the last 2 weeks, 5 unreturned phone calls! I will also be filing a complaint with the better business bureau! They have seriously delayed my project completion by almost 4 months total now. I will make sure ALL of my friends and contractors go elsewhere for this.

Omg. This was the worst experience ever. My name is Natalie writing from my husbands profile here just so there is no confusion and they know exactly who they are dealing with. The customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. No one ever treated me this badly. This is the rundown of what happened: I ordered some really nice looking laminate floors about 3 weeks ago. They ensured me that it would only take 3 days to get here. I also told them the exact name of the floor and gave them the sample of the flooring so that they would know what floor to order. So then 2 weeks go by (I am in Canada) and my contractor goes there 2 times to pick up my floors, yet they told him the floors are not here yet with no further explanation or effort to figure out when the floors would arrive. So I call in to ask about the status. They told me they had to ask the order manager to give me a status and would call me back the next day at 11am. Next day goes by, no call. I call that afternoon just to hear again they would call me. So finally I get a call on Thursday that the floors will be in on Friday. Then 2 minutes later someone else called me (I think Jesse) and told me that the floors were actually here already. They apparently dont communicate with each other. Anyways the worst is yet to come. They got me the wrong floors and they shorted me 2 boxes. I called in on Saturday (3 weeks after ordering) explaining the situation. They assured me they would talk to the manager and see what they can do and call me back on Tuesday. Well Tuesday 2.45pm no call yet. I call in to ask about the status and no one knew. So no one would have ever called me back. Then they put me on the phone with Dwayne and/or Hugo. And there it goes. Rude does not even describe remotely the way they treated me. I explained the frustration. (floor was late, delayed my renovation, floor was ordered wrong and I was 2 boxes short) I was frustrated and let him know that I expect some sort of discount. He told me flat out that it was my fault that they ordered it wrong because they have the correct floor name on the paperwork. I explain to him that I said loud and clearly I wanted the floor roaring rapid, and even gave the sample to the sales associate making sure he ordered it correctly. Then Dwayne says to me that he will hang up the phone now if I dont stop talking. Really? And he hung up on me, his customer. I own my own business and that is just not what you do. Highly unprofessional. Then I call back and want to be connected with Dwayne again and they just let me wait and no one ever picks up the 2nd line. Then they call me back after 10 min with the most outrageous offer. They tell me that they would be willing to give me a discount on the 2 additional boxes I was short on. What?????? Really. You shorted me on the floor, ordered the wrong one, delayed my project and on top of that let me pay for the additional flooring. I would have expected a discount on the entire order to make up for the hassle I had dealing with all these mistakes made. So I tell Dwayne that I thought this is crazy that he would make me pay for the additional flooring on top of everything else. And guess what Dwayne did: he hung up on me again. What else to say but: worst experience ever.
