Drove almost an hour just to return a purchase I made here as this is the closest outlet to us. Their credit card machine was not working so they were unable to process the return. We asked if they can put it on another card, do a cheque, or anything else and they said no. Only option was they would give us a TUMI gift card (which we did not want as we dont shop here much) or extend the date of return. Now will have to drive an hour again just to return it. This was my first ever TUMI purchase but not the best experience.

My wife and I love coming to this outlet, especially this end of the circle. We always stop in Lululemon and Ferragamo. We also, have been in and out of Tumi on previous trips. We love the luggage, but had never bought anything until this last trip. They had some luggage on markdown for 40% off. It was just too good to pass up. Even though you are buying it from the outlet, it still comes with a 3 year warranty that can be redeemed at any Tumi store. The customer service here is great too, very friendly.

Just walked into this location with my husband. We were the only customers in the store. Upon entering I found exactly what I was looking for, as the purse was close to the door. I checked the tag to confirm it was indeed the Kiran. In this time, not one of the three sales associates spoke to me or my husband. They just stood at the register speaking amongst themselves. I stated to my husband I wondered if they had the item in another color. At this point my husband greeted the associates. They said hi back and continued with their conversation. At this point we left. Never have I ever been to any Tumi location and received such blatantly rude and disrespectful behavior. Never. These three are a poor representation of what the Tumi brand stands for.

Limited choices, lacking in variety. Excellent service.
