I came to the store the first time and left. I came back again and looked around. I felt I was being watched. The lady at the door said welcome back. I was approached several times. I then was asked did I have any questions as if I can add subtract or divide. I started to not buy the purse but I did want them to know that everyone dont steal. They received a 2 because I am happy with the purchase.

Came all the way here to buy gift for myself and my daughter. I am a DB for many years. My husband wanted to take pictures to send to our daughter so she can tell us which one she likes. The woman at the door rudely told my husband not to take photos, while two other shoppers in the store were taking photos at the time. My husband was angry not because he was told he can’t take photos, rather the way she approached him was very rude. I planned this trip for a while and was planning on buying a few. We walked out without buying any. After seeing reviews from others had the same experience, I am deeply saddened how one bad hire can ruin business. This is a brand I love for decades. Too bad, not this store at San Marcos. She ruined it for me.

Watch out for Vicki. She was VERY rude. Maybe she doesnt like kids idk. Me and my mom were shopping and we own quite a dooney collection so we take a bit of time shopping naturally. and she singled us out multiple times saying store was closing but only to us OVER AND OVER 45 min before.. first of all chill out lady. (I was paying attention to see if she was telling other people... nope. only one couple 7 min before closing) she kept looking at my daughter since she was eating a cracker. And told us not until after our shopping they dont want food in the store. Fine.... but tell me when I walk in?? Dont give dirty looks to my daughter THE WHOLE TIME or make me and my moms shopping uncomfortable. Never had a bad experience before. This might have been the first time we walked out without buying anything. Unpleasant experience without a doubt.

I have been going to Dooney & Burke outlet mall for 10 years, I have been a fan 10 years or more, I love the quality and the sturdiness of the purse. I spend over 300.00 or more for me and my mother, I never had any negatively aspects or disrespectful staff. Everything was on point!!!I Love D&B period and i dont use no other. The sales are awesome, even if they dont have sales the prices are still great!!!!

I go every other month and always find beautiful bags, but’s it’s closed cause of Covid, when will it reopen?

Great outlet store for deep discounts on Dooney&Bourke high end fashions. Very friendly and helpful staff. I will be sure to return in the future to look for those bargains yo!

Worst online experience ever. I ordered a purse online and the purse was stolen/ damaged somewhere before it even got to me. I tried several times reaching out to dooney but they would not send another purse not will they refund my money. Im on day 18 and im yet to get my money back. They said they have to investigate the matter first. Their customer service staff is horrible.

If youre a Dooney fan you get great deals on killer bags and wristlets. I am a guy but I shop with friends and family and we always find excellent products and the staff is super cool about everything. A great place to save on mall prices!

My wife went shopping here and found the sales staff helpful and pleasant. They were very knowledgeable of their products and the store was very clean. We were provided with great service and a great product.

Classic styles there. Didnt really see any special editions/ limited. But always a compelling display.

When I arrived no one welcomed. Once the gentleman saw that I was interested in buying he acknowledge me. I was debating between two purses and the woman employee was saying the one I liked was hard to maintain and that its bad quality if i want it to last long. (she only said that because the other bag was more expensive and she didnt want me to get the cheaper one.) Then my bf asked a question about how to prevent and maintain it. She said you cant and continued working. The Gentleman was nice just the Woman had poorly customer service. This was May 15, 2017 before 4:00 PM.

My husband purchased a bag for me at Christmas time and I ended up taking it back because it was to big. I actually exchanged it, but when the sales clerk started doing the exchange, she didn’t give me credit for the taxes. When I asked about it I was told I had to pay taxes on returns, I said “you’re kidding me“ and ended up having to pay them. I also exchanged another bag and that bag was reduced even more than what I purchased it for. They stated it was because that sale was over and wouldn’t refund me the price that I had originally paid the clerks were very rude and not helpful in the least bit. I will never purchase another Dooney & Bourke. I also called customer service and never received a call back.

This bag I really love it. I like the size and the height. I was glad they put on clearance sale. When I saw it on tv I ordered it right away especially the color is my favorite. Thanks to QVC.

I bought a beautiful purse for my mom for Christmas, the Embossed lizard hobo in wine brown tmoro with the red Chenel bottled perfume inside (extra suprise) I also paid 25$ extra for 2 day shipping. Unfortunately when she removed the purse from the box right away we see the thread unraveled at the tip of the belt strap, then the revit fell of on the belt strap. (So disappointed) So we return it thinking they will send another one as I indicated on the return slip, right... NO! when I call to see where the purse is I was informed that when you pay with dooney pay (monthly payments) they will not send you a replacement for damaged products, they just credit your account and you have to purchase a new one. Imagine... well they ruined my moms Christmas gift 1st by sending me junk and 2nd by not sending a replacement. Who ever made up this policy is an.... well you know. Thanks donney for the great Christmas gift :(

Wont give a refund without receipt even though they can look up your purchase in their system. Guys, dont shop here for your wife if she has to return it and you lost the receipt, too much of a hassle for a simple return.
