Love Vera Bradley!❤️ This is one of the few TRUE OUTLET stores. There was only one area that full priced items. The rest of the store was either 50% 70% or 80% off. The lady said this wasnt even the biggest sales. Since we live so far from an outlet she gave us details on how to shop the sales from home 🥰

Excellent selection of items. Good discounts and lots of help and salespeople but they dont hound you. Going back soon as inventory changesNew items and patterns and old favorites. Have military discount, senior discount, birthday month, etc..

I absolutely love me some Vera Bradley associates!!! Ive never purchased anything from VB but I happened to be with my co worker who is a die hard VB buyer and went to check it out. I found me a beautiful laptop case and a travel bag. I saved some serious cash, I love the quality of VB products. I will be back and will be purchasing more VB.

If yo iij want a Vera Bradley its worth the drive to the outlet. They have incredible prices and a very big and diverse selection of bags and patterns. I only buy from the outlet store becasue its such an amazing price point!!

This is a Vera Bradley outlet so many if not all items are last seasons as if anyone could tell the difference. The store is clean and organized. Employees were friendly and helpful. All of the store is 50% of the original price. Occasionally you can get an additional 20% off as well. They carry a large selection of Vera Bradley merchandise.

Vera Bradley made a mistake putting an outlet so close to my home. I purchase so many items from this store that I was on their top 100 list which gave me a special perks discount that lasted over a week. The store is laid out very beautifully, the staff is helpful and friendly, and their discounts are always perfect. No matter what you’re looking for, this store will usually have it. I highly recommend a visit.

Staff was amazing. Had an issue with an order but management handled it beautifully and professionally. And was very helpfull at getting it resolved. I highly recomend vera bradley factory outlet. And have the full intention at being a repeat customer

The store is absolutely amazing! Very clean, organized, but honestly the customer service is terrible. Miranda was absolutely so rude to me and my mother in a law. She didn’t even say hello when we were checking us out. She went straight to fussing. It just wasn’t an overall good experience.

We are from WA state and visit Texas relatives often. I make a point of coming to this store every year. I get a new purse and gifts for friends and family. Staff is exceptional, lovely product and great prices.

I use only Vera Bradley purses and I go here for great deals and great prices. This is a product that last. I take care of my purses and I love that when Im ready for my purse, I have the old ones that still look like new.
