I bought a Zodiac watch with a saphire crystal from Marlo. 70% off MSRP. The battery was dead and Marlo put a brand new battery in for me and resized it. Great customer service! I recommend this place to everyone who is looking for a watch!

I had a great experience at this Watch Station location. I have wanted a Michele Deco Diamond watch for the longest. I wasn’t able to find the exact one I wanted however, Santiago and Damian, provided excellent customer service and I referred a friend and she also purchased a watch from here. Thanks Guys!

Great service and wonderful experience! Highly recommend. Wandered in the store while shopping at the outlet mall. I’ve been looking for a new watch for a while. Had a couple of ideas of what I wanted but wasn’t really sure. I saw Michele watch that I was attracted to you right away. The lovely sales girl pulled it for me and I tried it on. I really really like the watch and asked her to price it for me, I couldn’t believe it.With the additional 60% off, the watch was $149. While I wasn’t completely sure if that was the watch I wanted, I kept wandering around the store and they were gracious and pulled any watch I wanted to look at. They even changed up the bands on a couple at my request. Spend some real quality time with the sales people and that is a rare find in these days. They really wanted me to get what I wanted. While I could’ve spent up to $1000 I settled on the $145 watch because that’s when I really liked. They could have cared less which watch I bought, they just wanted me to be happy.. I would highly highly recommend the store to anybody who’s looking. They had a bunch of different brands and all types of styles and price ranges to choose from. You would be sure to find something here. This experience alone was worth my drive from San Antonio up to San Marcos.

I went in today after an incident I had yesterday regarding a watch i purchased 2 yrs ago, i was helped over the phone by an awesome staff member by the name of Justin. He made sure i wasnt gonna make a drive for nothing because he wasnt gonna be in today so he made everyone aware of my situation so they already knew what was going on, They replaced my watch with a new one no questions asked. And just by Michelles and Joannas great customer service i ended up purchasing another watch also... I will definitely be going back !!

People are very nice and helpful, prices for really great just watch out for the watches... Sometimes theyre damaged and thats why you get such a great deal on them.

Buy a very nice mens watch, after comparing between several attractive options. A plus of the place is that whoever attends more than being friendly knows Spanish

The store is very good, they have many watches from many different brands and they have very large and good discounts, I say that first, check outside for a watch that you are looking for and then go and check how much it costs there. The only thing I did not like is that they want to sell you the case of the watch or if they do not give you a box of them, it is not for the cost but it is something that seems very strange to me
