Not enough inventory although the service is great

Whenever I try to call they answer and leave the phone hanging. They are too lazy to work. I wanted to ask them about some items I am interested in purchasing.

It is nice store, staffs were very helpful!

Great service. Only downside is that lot of the stuff is the last one and they will not discount even though it may have imperfections like scratches and marks.

I do not understand how the country where the shoes are made is more expensive than buying in the U.S.
