AutoZone is my go to store for just about anything for my car. Theyve ordered parts for me that OReillys and Napa could not. They also have a wide variety of cleaning supplies, floor mats, seat covers, and many other unique accessories. And most importantly the crew is always nice and very helpful. Five stars for sure!

I stopped at 11 e 38 st sand springs at 800 pm Feb. 9 on an extremely cold night . Both young men working that night went above and beyond. Upbeat, friendly, fast, and excellent customer service. I wish i had gotten their names. Definetely not the usual workers these days. The store is lucky to have them.

Every time I go there (which is often lol) someone is always willing to help me and answer my six million questions. These guys know their stuff and havent steered me wrong in all my attempts to repair my old truck!

Not one of your sales people wears masks and none of them this evening. None of your customers did either but no one is trying to control that. You can control your employees and no masks is not a good look for customer care and leadership at this time. The one star review accounts for the masks.

They went out of their way to fix the electrical trailer connection on my 2017 Ford Explorer and charged me nothing. You can bet Im telling about it. Many thanks.

Incredible staff!

I went to this store tonight and had the worst experience I’ve ever had. We were purchasing a battery and ask for it to be changed, Timothy was at the counter and informed me that they may not be able to change it because of customer volume in the store... we were the only people in the store at the time and I pointed it out. He began to inform me about how it’s “retail” and could change as if I didn’t know. Seconds later Timothy then tried to find another excuse saying it was a battery they couldn’t change because of a plastic piece under the hood that could break. I would understand this as well, but that’s not the case. They were simply trying to get out of changing the battery. Steven the “store manager” stood behind his employees remarks and decisions as he did not step in to help out. Just simply smiled at Timothy.We had over 200 dollars worth of items with us, wiper blades and battery, we are now setting at ORielly Auto parts spending our money and having them install their our blades and battery.We walked out on the sale at Autozone

I became a loyal customer by something I witnessed them do for someone else. A man and his son were going fishing and had a dead battery that was going to have to be charged before it could be tested, taking hours. They GAVE him a loaner battery for the day and sent them on their way.

I was on the phone when I walked in. I was returning some tools I had rented the day before.without skipping a beat the lady behind the counter pointed to what computer I needed to go to took the tools in my receipt and gave me a refund without interrupting my phone call or demanding my attention. I love how AutoZone treats his customers she could see that I was busy and trying to handle business and let me continue on. Flawless victory AutoZone.

There is 1 or 2 guys that work here that are helpful then there is rest that just..... well I better not say it..

Will never trust them checking my vehicle again. My wife took our vehicle because it wasn’t starting. We thought it was the battery initially. The employee “hooked” this machine up to our battery and told us it was fully charged and that it was reporting “failed starter”. After replacing the starter and it still not working (unable to return the part now mind you), we took the battery by itself to another establishment and they immediately said the battery was completely dead. So $300 later total for something that should have only been $170, vehicle fixed. No thanks to Autozone, you screwed us.

Good folks. Made me a special deal on a battery even though my coupon was for on line sales.

Some of the employees could really benefit from some training in multitasking and time management. If you cant really do anything else with the customer in front of you because youre holding on the phone for an answer to something, then help some other people while youre holding.

Always my first go to place for any automotive needs..

I will never go back to this store!! Came in this morning to get led headlights the manager Travis was very rude about it and acted like I was an absolute idiot for asking about led bulbs. This is not the first bad experience iv had at this store but it was for sure the last!

One of the better autozones, dont have to argue with them about parts I know are wrong. They also know that it doesnt matter if I have 4wd to buy windshield wipers.

I had given this store a much better rating in the past but after the last 3 times I have been there it has seriously went downhill rapidly!! So Im changing my rating to 2 stars. They have several newer employees and they know nothing! If they cant find it in the autozone computer it must not exist... a year ago it was so much better. I now go to orielly auto parts to buy my parts and trust me I spent plenty of money with them in the past. They should just close this store if they cant do any better... last visit 3 employees and about 15 customers waiting and 4 customers at the checkout counter waiting to pay. Not once did anyone of the employees attempt to finalize the sale so customers could get back to their lives. Seriously this store now is bad need of help

The rudest people work here. They are disrespectful & dont care to help you.

Their staff at this location is a tentative and knowledgeable and I would recommend them for auto parts theyre very close to where I live so its convenient for me and their prices match pretty much anyone else in Sand Springs so its not worth extra gas to go to another location for me.
