Had a blowout on the highway today and they got us in and out in under 30 minutes. They let us bring our dog inside out of the heat. And were so kind the whole time.

I went for an oil change today. According to the website, it says they open at 8 am. They dont. They open at 9 am. I was second in line. I was quoted a price, said it would take about an hour. The mechanics had a hard time getting the pan off the bottom of the car, so it took a lot longer than expected. The clerk said he would give me a 10% discount since it took so long, but once I started to check out, I realized the price they quoted me went up $10. When the clerk asked about it, they said the extra $10 was because they didnt have the oil in the shop and had to grab it from the shelf. This was not mentioned to me. The clerk then removed the extra $10 charge, plus gave me the 10%. One thing I didnt realize was that the price they quote you is for the oil and filter, not for the hourly charge to change the oil. So my $44.88 went up and additional $22.00 for the mechanic. So it cost me $67, but it would have been $77 had I not asked the service person how much at the beginning.The clerk in the store was very nice. He really worked with me since it took over an hour and a half.The reason for 3 stars is that for the hour and a half of being there, there are absolutely NO chairs or benches to sit on. I had to find an aisle that had an empty spot so I could sit fir a few minutes.

Use if you have no alternative. They have had good people and some really bad ones. I think management ignores this department. Years ago it was top notch. Not so much anymore.

When I need something for my car. I always count on them

I went to get my oil changed today. I was told it could be up to 90 minute wait. Several cars were ahead of me, I found the metal bench outside to be uncomfortable but doable. It only took 45 minutes, Garrett I believe was the young associate that assisted getting my car in the queue. I forgot my wallet thinking surely Walmart took ApplePay, they don’t. That was frustrating, they take WalMart Pay. Ugh now if WalMart wants to get higher referral scores they could think about addressing how they take payments in 2021.I will continue to use Walmart for their great service in the automotive department. But you guys need to answer your phones. Lol

Had bought 2 batteries that were stamped to be 15 months old. Because they did not have the NEW sticker showing a 2 year warranty they would not accept them for warranty. Save yourself the time and MONEY...go down the road to O’Reilly’s and get better batteries at a cheaper price.

Probably the worst place you can take your vehicle if I’m being honest. Went in for a simple battery installation, and the ended up breaking the terminal part and telling me I need to fix it somewhere else. But it’s Walmart, so like. What would you expect?

Very friendly, very fast working staff. Had my oil changed and was in and out in less than 20 mins. Go early in the morning for any auto care services as its less crowded and faster. Knowledgeable staff. Great prices.

Online says they are open till 6 pm i showed up at almost 3 and they refused to do an oil change there was 1 vehicle in the bay getting tires and about 5 - 6 workers working on the 1 vehicle I honestly feel like they were being lazy and just didnt want to do it there were no other vehicles in line the lady at the register even said that to me so she said they should definitely be able to then when she asked the guys outside they said no it was very disappointing they need to change their time Online !!

I got 4 tires changed out in an hour. The guys were incredibly friendly. They communicated frequently. My truck has always had issues with wheel balancing...not sure why, but the crew here nailed it. Great experience.

Tire and auto lady is obviously to old to be out in the heat and working. It took her 30 minutes to check 5 cars before the oil changes. Guy on the phone told me they werent busy and it would only take 15 minutes ended up taking an hour and a half. My advice change your own oil if you have a place to change it at

Always have my oil changed there. I also buy my tires there. There is usually someone there to talk to so it makes the time pass fast.

I honestly dont understand why this location doesnt have a 5 star rating. Every time I go theyre always professional and very friendly. My maintenance is done in a timely manor and like I said always friendly. Great guys that work here! I work for wal mart at another location and still drive all the way here for an oil change.

They wouldnt change my oil because my dipstick was broke off, although you can easily pull the dipstick out. They werent very friendly either.

Can I give a lower rating than 1??? They arent putting the tires on the car....and told me 20 mins to put my new tire on my rim....I waited a hr for them to call and they hadnt even started

HORRIBLEWaited an hour for an oil change only to be told it couldn’t be done because they “did not have the tools” to perform the oil change. Then come to find out when I took my car to a real mechanic they failed to put the cap back on or dipstick back in resulting in a ridiculous amount of leaked oil, smoke, and a fire hazard. Negligent, DO NOT USE

Terribly slow! I was 2nd in line and 1 1/2 Later still not started on oil change. Ridiculous

I usually Refuse to go to Walmart because i really cant stand to give my hard earned money to a rich family yhat has made it impossible for the small businesses to survive BUT i needed a tire patched on a Sunday and they was the only place open it was only $10 but it took them forever to do it.
