Had a flat on hwy (inside wall) and it less then a month old ( new tire) and this place wouldnt warranty it out. That what I get for not going somewhere else, never will I come back here. Sad because I get all my cars tires here.

Usually my familys go-to place, usually great service, Ive been trying to get a rim for my car for a week, which they had to order(no big deal, were patient) Theres been an extreme lack of communication, they dont keep track or their employees, or customers, never know whos helped who. They keep saying tomorrow itll be tomorrow for sure tomorrow but its been a week now. Called this morning because they said theyd for sure have the part we ordered, they said yes, they had it. Went there and they say they dont have it, dont know who we talked to, etc etc. Same thing weve been hearing. Extremely frustrated and will not go here again. Very disappointed overall. Good place if you need something fixed with a part they already have but if you have to order a part, consider yourself screwed.

Theres some hidden fees you dont know about what the snap finances going through this finance going through this place the place caught charged before the dollars down the charge me the 40.00 dollars down which they says application fee which was only supposed to be $10 then and then I got 60000 mile warranty tires but there gave me 20000 miles warranty Im trying to call and discuss the matter rudely hung up on me bad customer service

A few months ago, we purchased 4 brand new tires paid over $500 got them with full warranty and its 20,000 miles coverage if anything happens before then well we are under the mileage and today we woke up with a lump on the tire, along with bad threading on the tire i called them to let them know that we have a warranty for our new tires and the man over the phone immediately shut me down (dont know if its because Im a young Hispanic Women) and in our culture alot of hispanic men are very machismo when it comes to us women well hentold me that the warranty would not be honored due to the fact that it doesnt cover the side tire it covers the thread of the tire well my husband immediately spoke to him and he told him the same thing its just unbelievable how they denied to honor the warranty its not cool at all we spent alot of money and we usually support Sand Springs businesses never again willl we go back, save your money and go down pine and peoria there is alot of local tire shops you can get help from.

Super nice young man I dealt with at Mr. Chapin tire and wheel in Sand Springs Ok. I needed a good used 215/50/17 and he priced a couple to me, and I ask him if he could sell it to me for $30 because I just had to buy a wheel elsewhere and they had overcharged me leaving me with just $40 and I would like to have some funds left in case something happened.And, he did. Then mounted and balanced it and loaded it in the car. I would recommend them to friends and family for sure.
