The entire experience was fantastic. Right when I walked in the staff was super friendly and got me information and estimates within minutes. From there I think it was about 2 hours and everything was already done - not to mention the prices were really affordable. Just a great experience, I would definitely recommend this place.

There are no words to really express how thankful I am, That if my truck had to break down somewhere, it was in front of this business. My truck suddenly stops running at a traffic light on a busy corner right across from their store. I walked over there, explain the situation, and about six guys ran across the street, one of them driving my truck while the rest were pushing it to the store. It turns out that some other store had sold me the wrong battery for my truck, and it was not powerful enough.The gentlemen checked out my truck to see if that was the alternator as well. It turned out not to be the alternator at all, and only the battery. They could have so easily taken advantage of me, being a woman alone, sometimes that does happen and a woman ends up really taken for a ride, so to speak.I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this business, and I would recommend them to anyone. They are the absolute best. A five star review of course.

My daughter and I had driven to Idaho from California and my brakes started squeaking. Called these people on a Saturday and they got us in and done in just a couple of hours. Replaced the rotors and all that for under three hundred dollars. I usually do all my car repair myself and I am very critical of anyone else working on my car but we are now in Ohio and brakes are still perfect. Very Highly recommend.

The staff were courteous professionals who listened to my description of the issues with my car. After a short test drive they diagnosed the root cause and made the needed repairs, after contacting me for approval. The problems were fixed without any attempt to up sell or cross sell me undesired products or services as happens at the chain tire stores! Highly recommend them and we will use them in future!

I went to Gription to have my alignment done. While I was there I asked them to replace my high beam lights with brighter bulbs. A few months later when I had no high beams I went back. So they told me that previously they did not replace any high beams, just 1 low beam and now my high beams were out so the charged me to replace high beams that I asked them to do several months before. I wont be going back. I dont need someone who cant follow directions

I dont like to let problems linger. When I noticed fluid puddleing on the ground by my rear tire I was concerned. I was in a remote area, and thankful to make it back to my hometown. My regular automotive service was backed up 10 days. I decided to stop into Gripton tire pros. The front desk pros where friendly and concerned. They were able to diagnose my problem that same day! Fantastic customer service! I called ahead and they were great on the phone, great in person. They got right to my flat tire while I waited, and even though it was less than an hour before closing time they never mentioned it. Also, they never haggled or tried to sell me anything, and the price for the repair was perfectly fair. I just replaced some parts on my steering myself. I needed to have Gription do a front end alignment. I made an appointment and they began working on my car immediately. I waited in their comfortable lobby and wasn’t long before they were done. The Jeep tracks perfectly.

I was given a good price for good tires by a very helpful lady, Lori, and had them installed in record time. The price was exactly what I’d been quoted. There was no effort made to sell me something I didn’t need or to have extra work done on my car. I was informed of the wear on my brakes with suggestions on when to have them serviced. Very good experience!

I have used Gription Tires since I moved to North Idaho. They have always done great work, explained every thing, repaired leaky tires (last one a razor blade.) They check pressure and correct pressure. All employees have been potlite and informative. I will continue to use their services and tell others about them. They have given me great advice about tires.

Gave us a good deal on good all weather tires a couple of years ago, and they are supportive of local classic car events, but when we got a nail in a tire last month, they charged over $20 for the repair. Guess I have been spoiled by dealers that do flat repairs at no charge for tires they sold.

Only place in town that was willing to work with me on my brand new wheels that I didn’t purchase through them! Not saying they will do it every time but nearly every local shop in town told me they wouldn’t install my used tires on new wheels (gifts to me) because I didn’t purchase through them...I get it. Shop local, but none of the local shops even offer the new wheels I had. That mentality seems like a bit counter productive when I’m still trying to at least spend my money local to have them installed. Anyways very nice folks at Gription! In and out service.

Excellent and friendly service. Originally we thought the repair would be much more expensive at over $1,000.00. But Gription looked deeper and found the real reason for the problem. It cost a little bit more than $200. Now Gription could have continued with the initial assessment and I would have been none the wiser. I stopped by to see what they had to offer since I live nearby. They provided options right off the bat, provided details of what to expect with the performance, and they turnaround time. They ran into an issue during the install and were very fair in the resolution. I was blown away with the whole process. My only regret was not using them sooner.

I had a flat tire on a long road trip in my Porsche 911. Gription Tire Pros was able to quickly dismount and the tire and patch the hole. More importantly, they have a special lift that lifts the car by the wheels, then has an adjustable jack made to raise the car precisely on the factory lift points with rubber pads. Very important for exotic cars, as the damage can be severe If lifted in the wrong place. If you are in northern Idaho, Gription is the place to go, especially if you have a special car!!

The owner Gomie is very focused on customer satisfaction. He communicated with me well while we discussed tire options for my car. He provided me with the option to get a larger tire profile to put me into a larger tire production which saved me money. I chose to utilize this option. The Uniroyal tires I purchased came at a great cost. I will review the tires after some considerable use. The work was done in a timely fashion and they did exactly as they said they were going to do.
