Ive been coming here for several years now and have always had a good experience. The ability to schedule appointments and have a the courtesy ride is great and convenient. Theyve never oversold repairs or maintenance to me and only recommended necessary work. The quality and speed of their work is the best in my experience. The price is good and reflects the quality of their work.

Great customer service and if you live near by you can get a ride home. And pickup when your car is done. If you have to wait Free Wifi, fresh baked cookies and coffee. My favorite of the waiting room is the comfortable sofas. Best waiting room hands down.

Had a 2008 Nissan Pathfinder with EVAP problems, fuel tank problems, and cam sensor issues. Had to split my repair to two visits due to money issues on my part.Super solid repairs, only took em a day each visit. Theyre super nice and professional with my monetary restrictions and getting the work done on a way that suited my needs.Loved the electronic diagnostics sent right to my phone. Also appreciated the play by play breakdowns of the diagnostic, and estimate. And got text message updates every step of the way.The price of the work was a -little- high, but for the quality of work and professionalism, I truly do not care. Amazing value for the safety of mind that everything was fixed. After repairs, I could immediately tell my SUV ran better. No more stalling or fueling issues. Ill not only use them in the future, but recommend them as well.Huge props to the people I worked with at the front desk for being informative and willing to work around my financial issues.

Kevin was so professional and personable. He explained everything about my daughters Jeep that I didn’t know and needed to know. I also needed wiper blades with my oil change and they were able to generously accommodate me with them. Kevin even served me coffee and one of the other workers checked on me often as I waited. Their waiting lounge and rest room was very clean; rare for a mechanic shop. If you need any work done on your car, new or old go see my new Auto Family at CB.

I was skeptical as it’s a Chan and we all know how mechanics and shops can be shady. I assumed “Christian” was just good southern marketing. NOPE. This place is great across the board. From a clean shop with honest friendly staff to fantastic upfront communication and fair pricing and super fast turn around. Oh yeah and Toby Mac was playing on the speakers when I walked in. I am very satisfied with my experience at Christian Brothers Automotive Sandy Springs. I went there for an oil change and was blown away by the quality of service they offer. They offered me a ride, a water bottle, and free cookies while I waited. My car was completed at the exact time they said it would be and they did not try to up-sell me anything I did not need. These are good, friendly, honest, and hard working employees and I will definitely be coming back for all of my future Car Service Needs.

They are friendly but my god do they recommend unnecessary repairs. I urge anyone to take their vehicle elsewhere for repairs. Ive been to this location 3 times for repairs and not only are their labor costs high, each time they misdiagnosed or over-diagnosed problems with my car resulting in quotes hundreds of dollars more than what I actually needed. Since 2015 Christian Brothers Automotive has caused me to spend almost $1000 that I didnt need to. But that is my fault for going back after the first time. I do not recommend this business.

I would not go here due to how unprofessional the sales person Marcus M was towards customers, his manager, and bragging about his sales. They wont let you bring your own parts. They insisted that I use new dealer parts. They wouldnt do a head gasket repair, only a new engine. There good, professional, people but if youre on a budget, go somewhere else. This place is for high end luxury cars and people.

Christian Brothers is a great repair shop. They were kind, thoroughly explained the issue and made sure that the problem was corrected. They even dropped me at home and picked me back up once my repairs were completed. If I need a repair shop in the future, I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Really friendly staff, efficient and done in a timely manner. If you live close by they offer you a ride home and back to pick up your car - which is really nice. They also gave me a courtesy inspection just to let me know other issues with my car - but did NOT pressure me into spending more money or getting more work done, which I loved. A lot of other shops try to scare you into spending more money. Also, I didn’t feel rushed or neglected. The prices are similar to other shops but for the niceness of the guys working here among other things I had a good experience. Thanks!

They gave me a thorough report and topped off the coolant, gave me a great quote of recommended services, and also provided a courtesy shuttle so I could drop of my car. I am really glad I found CBA. I received a very warm welcoming from John who initially made my appointment @2:00pm. He was very Professional, courteous and polite taken charge. Their entire staff was very Professional and knowledgeable. I needed an oil change complete diagnostic & tuneup. Rotation of my tires & balance. Check my power steering, brakes. I didn’t have to worry taken charge and as I waited kept giving me an update. Completed the necessary repairs. When I left the shop I was amaze how different my car drove. Great customer service! Called ahead to ask if they could align my car with an aftermarket camber kit. They agreed that it was no problem and for a very good price. I called a few other places that did not want to touch the car. After I installed the kit, brought the car in misaligned by quite a bit, but their team aligned it within spec and also set it to minimize tire wear. I picked up the car late afternoon and left. I wasnt positive, but after driving a few miles home, I thought the car pulled to the left. It didnt make sense as I looked at the after alignment measurements and all looked very good. I called them right back as I planned to go in the next day to have it looked at again. I was expecting some resistance on the call but they were VERY polite and welcomed me back to check. I drove more the next day and all was good. I think the car pulled to the left on some slanted roads which would make sense. Its now been several days and car has been driving straight and feels smooth. Thank you Christian Brothers!

I took my subaru the other day and the mechanic could NOT find the dip stick for the transmission fluid...... I found it under a minute once I got home, wouldnt recommend to take any Subaru vehicles to this place. Besides that they did not charge me to inspect my car.

Went in for confirmation on a particular coolant bypass pipe leak, was told I need a new engine. Not even going to mention the price. Replaced part for 50 bucks and 2 hours myself and it runs fine.

They checked my engine light for my 2017 Hyundai Sonata. It read a code that needed to be fixed with the dealership. The rep at the shop didn’t even charge for the diagnostic. I’m so grateful for them assisting and would recommend for any future repairs!

We had the best experience in June 2021. Our cars power steering failed - and we came to Christian Brothers for the first time ! They were just marvelous - so quick, so courteous - such a pleasure ! We will be back !!

Lied to and out $4500 after finding out the root cause of the problem. Sent my car in for stalling and sputtering.Had a turbo replaced and couple other things then find out it was the water pump not working the whole time after sending the car in multiple times. Was told that nothing was wrong and then the next day told the turbo was bad after 3 weeks of being changed out.Come to find out the water pump wasnt working and then lied by them telling me that the coolant doesnt go to the turbo. It does. After looking for 1 minute you can tell coolant goes to the intake of the turbo to cool the turbo from over heating which caused the oil to overheat which blew out the new turbo.They dont stand by their mistake of not finding out why hoses and turbo was burt up and basically told its my fault because they cant troubleshoot why my car was having these issues.They knew that the coolant had a issue when the turbo was replaced but rather than look into it they told me it was just air in the system and sent us on are way.Were now having to seek counsel on this and are stuck at square 1 with our car after Christian brothers did nothing but take our money. Just a parts changing shop. Take your car to a shop that knows how to diagnose automobiles properly.

When he discovered that our problem was not the expensive computer module we ordered, but a loose wire instead, he returned the module and only charged us for the wiring work! He could have easily taken advantage of us, and did not at all! My faith is restored!

These guys are the absolute best! Great Pricing, Honest work, Great Turnaround Time, Great Customer service.My name is Jason Gilmore, andI have a 2016 Nissan Sentra.These cars are known for CVT transmission problems.. I searched high and low for a good shop to replace it, and couldnt find any mechanic that would charge under $4k, parts and labor with more than a 12k mile warranty. I eventually stumbled upon Christian Brothers who quoted me $2990 for parts and labor w/ 36k mile warranty, which is even beyond what Regal Nissan would cover! ..So I took my vehicle to them. Shortly after the repair, the engine light came on..Needless to say, I was upset because they were telling me they would have to charge me to examine why the engine light was on.. I was irate, because I did not want to spend more money being that I thought the engine light came on as a result of the transmission repair.. The owner Rusty Tweedy assessed the problem with superior customer service.. He did not match my anger, even though I was highly upset. . He told me to bring my vehicle back on Monday morning May 3rd and he would waive the fee..I did so, and when I arrived that Monday he gave me a complimentary ride to my home, while my vehicle was being repaired...If you are looking for the best hands down mechanic shop in Ga, check out these guys.. I promise you wont be sorry!!

This group is truly professional. I have been using them for years now and they always fix the problem the first time and never take advantage of a situation to perform unnecessary work.

I’m very disappointed with the company. I called to get an inspection and I was told it would be 65.00 and when I get there the price jumped to 125.00. I don’t recommend this company at all. I thought inspection are inspections and it doesn’t changed from the phone to in person. I believe I’ve been scammed by Christian Brother’s. There’s some deception in the detail. I’m so disappointed! I’m going to Wade Automotive in Dunwoody. I should have went there first! Theyre devils !

This was my first time using CBA; Although Kevin/Stephen were very nice and professional, I feel like I got taken advantage of. Let me explain- my car went in on Monday for a bad coolant leak which caused my engine to overheat- CBA recommended that I replace the coolant reservoir and the thermostat after allegedly running a full diagnostic (which they charged 124.95 for); picked up the car Tuesday morning and dropped $867.15 for the repair (my car is a 2014 Chevy Cruze with 122,000 miles) nothing outrageous really, considering the age/mileage on my vehicle. Cool. Thursday morning (less than 48 hrs after the initial repair), I’m driving down Roswell Rd. and my dash starts flashing saying that my engine is overheating- (this can’t be real, right? WRONG!) I call CBA and barely manage to get my car back there. Within an hour, they send me a new estimate advising that my water pump and timing belt is bad. The same water pump/timing belt that passed the original diagnostic on Monday. Another $620 repair. Talk about livid! Why wasn’t this recommended initially? I was told that they had no way of knowing that the water pump/timing belt was bad. HOW??? So the FULL diagnostic test was faulty then? I mean, make it make sense! The water pump/timing belt is a common maintenance factor for vehicles that have 100,000+ miles on them and given the fact that you JUST replaced the thermostat less than 48 hours prior (which is all a part of the cooling system) why wasn’t this mentioned? All for them to charge me an extra $300 in labor costs! I’m not buying that no one could tell that the water pump needed replacing when you just replaced the thermostat and coolant reservoir. Something just does NOT add up! Needless to say, I will not use them again in the future due to my lack of trust and their lack of what seems to be honesty and accountability.Edit: After sleeping on it for a night and thinking about things (this is really bothering me)- I’m thinking that the 2nd repair (water pump/timing belt) was probably the original (root cause) issue (my water pump was spraying coolant, which was the “coolant leak” that they misdiagnosed the first time) and they essentially put a $900 “band aid” on an issue that wasn’t fully addressed (which is why I had the same issue 48 hrs later). CBA prides itself on being “quick”, “efficient” and “timely” - which they definitely are quick and timely, but I hate to say that they definitely dropped the ball on this one and don’t seem to want to accept any accountability.Update: 05/24/2021I ended up speaking with the owner of CBA-Sandy Springs on Friday. Rusty let me air my concerns without being defensive and he just let me vent. The dialogue between us was cordial and he truly understood my perspective and advised that he wanted to ensure that I was a repeat customer and that I trusted them. THAT went a LONG WAY and meant a lot to me. I don’t think I’ve ever had a negative experience turned positive like the one I’ve had with CBA and I hope that Rusty knows that I appreciate the way that my concern/complaint was handled. For that reason, I’ve updated my rating for this business (I left my original concern/complaint up for the sake of transparency and just added my update) AND I told Rusty, I’d give him my word and I will be back the next time my vehicle needs to be serviced or for maintenance. Thank you Rusty for going above and beyond to ensure that my concern was addressed and resolved!

There was very good communication.I got the AC repaired in my car and got a 3 year warranty so pretty happy about it. When I called with questions, they were knowledgeable and patient to listen to my concerns. They have a free shuttle and brought me home after drop off, and came to get me later when work was done. I’ve been to Christian Brother’s twice since I moved to the area. The first time I called I told the man over the phone that I had a leak in my tire. Instead of telling me to come in he drove to my apartment complex to check my tire himself. After he checked, I was told that I’d need a patch. Then he filled it up with enough air to get me to the shop and without any charge they patched my tire. I had picked up a nail. I also had my oil changed and the guys did a complimentary tire rotation. They quickly gave me a detailed, reasonable quote on a few other things my car requires service on. I can’t say enough how much I appreciate their professionalism and kindness. Dealing with cars can be intimidating for anyone, but especially being a woman who knows nothing about it. I never felt pressured to spend everything in my bank to fix things and I appreciated being respectfully informed on what needed to be done to my car. I don’t think I’ll ever go back to another shop.
