The biggest thing with car repair of any kind is trust. I have no clue when it comes to this stuff so I have to trust the people Im working with. Mack Norwood and the DW Campbell on Roswell have really earned that trust. I came in on a flat tire. Not only did he try to help me find a replacement. When he couldnt he helped me get the spare on my car so I can get to a place that had a replacement in stock. Ill be a customer there for life - you should too.

So just stopped at the shop on Roswell where I have gotten work done a few times. I simply need a fuse for the power port in my car. Just needed them to take a look to tell me what size. $125 for a full diagnostic. That’s hilarious. Lost a customer for much bigger fish frying. Stupid and obnoxious.

I bring my car here regularly. Not only for tire issues but for just about anything I need. Staff is super friendly and they work hard. Very much recommend

Always fair pricing and prompt service. I’ve used these folks a couple of times over the past few years. They are technically skilled. Get the work done faster than I expect. At a price that seems fair. And they go the extra mile - picked up my car today. Drove off and realized I hadn’t mentioned my radio wasn’t working. Pulled back in. Mack came out, found the hard to find fuse box, identified the blown fuse, gave me a replacement fuse and installed it. No charge! What!? Not a big job but it was above my expectations. I had to change my review for worst tires shop in town. I ask to fix my issue having with balancing and alignment for my car. They fix it and just other day my car started driving wierd and after 3 days i saw my tire tread from front was totally getting disappeared and i went to them for this issue and they started defending themselves for mistake they did. And finally i have to pay again at other tire store to fix my balancing. If you love your ride please be careful in this place. After taking money they forget theirs responsibility for their mistakes.

I have been bringing my Jeep here for a little over a year for regular services. Theyre upfront about any issues you may have, any service you may need to think about future wise for the good of your vehicle, and they work as quickly as time allows. The employees are pretty friendly as well. I dont feel theyve ever steered me wrong.

I was a regular customer at this place. I dropped my car off to get a oil changed one day. I also was working next door at the emissions shop and needed my tires rotated. I had remembered that I had a very small nail in one of my back tires, but was in the middle of testing a car. So, I called one of the employees who worked there trying to make him aware of the nail in the tire. I asked him to wait to rotated my tires. When I went back to testing a customers car Mike Rudy came over looking very angry. He stated Dont be yelling across the shop, thats not good business! And we dont rotate balled tires! The lady whose car I was testing said That was rude and unprofessional for him to do that!Once I finished with the test I went to get my car and when trying to explain myself Mike told me to get my car and not to ever bring it there again. After trying to reason with him, he told me to leave the property or he would call the police. I left and returned to work. Then came back to get a corporate number and Mike stated They not gone fire me! The numbers in this place got better when I came here!A few weeks later I noticed that he was not there so I went to get my transmission serviced and the guy said Mike told them not to service my car anymore. A little after a week my transmission went out in my car. I have sent customers and friends to this Goodyear. Whenever people failed their emissions test I would send them there to get it fixed. Any issue with my car I would take it next door and get it fixed as I worked. I no longer have that as an option due to Mike Ruby.

Went there today with my daughters car and told them that the tire pressure gauge was on and that it needed an oil change. They charged me $70 for an oil change in a 2013 Honda Civic and didn’t even put any air in the tires (which I didn’t realize until later since I wasn’t the one driving the car at the time of pick up). Terrible.

I called this particular store where i always get my oil changed, but recently after i got my last oil changed i realized a piece was missing off my vehicle due to having to move that particular part to get my oil changed, to make a long story short i end up getting the beat help from a GREAT GUY NAMED Scott and scott took my problem head on and he ordered the missing piece that one technician made a mistake on and he took great care of me and he gave me no problems what so ever. Hes so awesome he even helped me look around for the part himself on his half. But really thank you Scott and if there is anyone out there who has had any trouble with anyone taking care of you im telling you to go to this store and grab the Best Guy the got in there “ SCOTT” AND GIVE HIM A RAISE👍🏼. Hes gonna order my missing part that was on my truck and get me fixed i will upload all of my photos to show

I was singing their praises for my oil change back in March and got a estimate from Jessie for repairs. I went back day before yesterday because I thought they could repair my radiator and they jewd me. I told Scott that to repair the radiator would be a little over $600.00, then Cody that I had a specific amount to work with and was told to come in. Cody told me amounts of $3000 then $1600 and then to fill out for the credit card online and that the repairs are worth more than my car. When I got off of work they hadnt even touched my car but charged me $106 for a diagnostic test that I didnt ask or need. and they left my radiator dry as a bone with the cap off. I know the repairs needed and can afford for my car. I really thought they were honest, dependable people since they came highly recommended to me. What Ive heard about Goodyear has been proven to be true.

Madison and Scott are great! They are both down to earth and understand car troubles are a nuisance. The store is ran well and they know their stuff . Told Scott I may need two new tires, he checked my car out to see if I could get away with just getting one and patching the other one up (unfortunately I ruined them both), but overall very honest and fair shop.

Went to this place because Google suggested it when I looked up, used tire places. I chose to go to this one because it was six minutes from my house and I was getting my car towed because it had a flat. When I got there the gentleman told me they dont sell used tires. By the time he tells me this the tow truck had already taken the car down off the flat bed. The guy was nice but it was an inconvenience because I had to spend more money than I had budgeted!

Ordered a full set of tires and had them do an alignment and a synthetic oil change. No haggle pricing, incredibly quick and communicative, would 100% recommend them. They had the best pricing out of all of the shops around (much better than going to Tires Plus or Discount tires- they overcharge you and the service isnt as good or personal. Ask for Brandon or Mike, both were great!

Scott and Thurston were excessively kind, helpful and knowledgeable!! I received wonderful service. My van was taken care of in a prompt, efficient and timely manner. Mike help me when I took my car up there to get it fixed they helped me figure out what was wrong with it and gave me a reasonable price to fix it and fix it fast . I would definitely recommend them to anyone that is looking to get their car fixed or if you need tires put on I have also gotten my tires there as well. I am highly satisfied with the services I received here. They are all around really awesome people.

I had an emergency flat and no spare. Alex was very helpful and they were able to replace the damaged tire in less than 30 minutes. In addition they were very helpful in explaining what caused the flat, provided me with the damaged valve stem so I can try and get the old tire warrantied. If you live in the Roswell/ Sandy Springs area I highly recommend this shop.

Mike got some kind of attitude when I mentioned what another mechanic had suggested. he was probably right. but I decided not to deal with them even thought they are in my area. I found a new mechanic in Alpharetta that provides a better customer service and please do not call my number. It was good while it lasted.

Scott is great and he cared about earning my business - they are quick and thorough and very friendly. Any work I need gets done here and I have never had any problems!

These guys were very helpful and fast. I bought only what I needed to buy - they didn’t shove extra stuff down my throat, but gave intelligent advice on what expenses might be coming up on my car. They had two new tires on my car and out the door in about 35-40 minutes.

I came to your location to get my tires balance as I was told even with purchasing only two tires, the free balancing of all four of my tires would be applied. I came a couple of months ago and I know for sure, that my tires were not balanced. And, if they were, only the two Goodyear tires were. I was told that my car would drive the same because the tires on the front were worn and that I would be needing new ones shortly. I asked the young man how long do tires last, he gave me about 2 years. I had just recently purchased those tires months before purchasing the Goodyear one, so I knew for a fact that they were worn to the point that a balancing would not change the drive of my car; not even or barely a full year. I went and had my tires balanced at the dealership and they also checked my tires to ensure that I didnt need new tires and my car drove exactly how I knew it would after balancing. I am very disappointed and feel like I was being played because I am a woman. I will not being doing any more business with Goodyear and will never recommend anyone I know to do any.

These are really good guys. They care about the quality of their work, they are very nice, helpful and honest. I wont take my car anywhere else if I can help it. This team is all kinds of awesome. 💪🏽💪🏽

I do not recommend this place at all to anyone with car issues. My alternator went out on my Saturn Aura, and when I brought it here thankfully it was fixed in about a day. HOWEVER, after paying over $600 you expect you car to be fixed properly. After picking up my car I drove to my families home, and of course my alternator goes out.. again.Apparently it wasn’t installed properly so it just fell apart with a major band falling off causing my car to over heat.I had to literally pull teeth with the manager Kyle to even help me pay for a tow on a job that his store didn’t do properly.And of course after all that I went through they wouldn’t even give me my money back for the crappy job they did. The manager Kyle seemed to not care about what happened. A fair warning to everyone steer clear!

Brandon is so knowledgeable! He explained everything to me, I knew I was getting the best service possible. My tired was replaced and I was good to go! Hands down, this shops has the best customer service I’ve experienced at tire shops.

When I went in, I needed my oil changed. I drove right on up, with no wait. Alex was super nice and helpful and even showed me how the process works. The whole thing took about 15 minutes. Any other place Ive been has taken a minimum of 30 minutes. This was convieneint and easy. The great customer service I received was definitely a plus.

Recently got my car serviced. I was satisfied with what I actually got done (oil change) What rubbed me the wrong way and I wont repeat here is I was charged the $105 check engine light read although nothing came back but minor emissions codes. They did no repairs based on the read but charged me the full diagnostic test price. I thought that was bad form Could have at least taken it down by half or charged nothing at all as I have had that happen at multiple mechanic shops if no work was performed. Its just really bad form. I wont return as a customer.

One word... amazing! I caught a flat on my way to work called around luckily they were open. Had my car towed there I swear I was there about ten to 15 minutes. From there straight to work. Customer service was great Ive been back since then. I doubt Ill go anywhere else.

Worst decision I ever made took my car in for a leak took them 4 days to even find the leak for some odd reason the front desk man Kyle charged us each day for them to get the parts which we were unaware of during the 4 days I kept calling to check the status and they kept prelonging it saying there were multiple leaks all over which turned out to be a lie after a month waiting which is rediculous they total price they came up with was $1,100! So I just agreed okay I’ll pay but as I go to pick it up a day later my gas pedal doesn’t work so I’m like what’s going on they say it was an electrical issue and that they couldn’t fix it but mind you it drive perfectly fine over to the shop so I had to pay to get it towed to my house adding an additional cost of $95 I wouldn’t recommend anyone going there I’m only 21 and my girlfriend is 23 they saw a young couple and decided to get over on us so save your time and energy finding anywhere else but there.!

Staff are so friendly and helpful. Always ready for help. I trusted them and brought my cars for oil change, tires and any mechanical issues.

I came in to have a vehicle assessment, and Cody was very personally, and Dereck the techinction was very good in the assessment of what the vehicle needed, and took the time to explain why these items needed attention, we got the vehicle to a safe operating condition, this was very important to me, as I was giving this vehicle to my daughter! I would highly recommend this facility to anyone for an honest repair !
