I have been coming to this shop for years for almost all of my automotive needs and maintenance. I just go elsewhere for things they don’t do. They are the best. Organized, friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and attentive. They always get my issues fixed quickly. I can’t say enough good things. Totally good vibes and Patrick and Joey are awesome.

Alberto and the guys made me feel like family as soon as I pulled in! Love being able to go somewhere that doesnt pressure me into spending more money, but shows me an issue and tells me what I would need to do to get it fixed. They were incredibly sweet and so much more caring about my safety than any shop Ive ever been to at AMAZING prices. They do everything all at once in just a few minutes.

I had a flat tire while visiting Atlanta. I called Firestone to see the wait time as we were heading back home and it was a 3 and a half hour drive. Firestone rang multiple times before answering and advised it would be about 2 hours. So I called Express Oil Change &Tire Engineers, they answered in one ring and checked out my car immediately. They were able to patch up my flat and get it mounted for a very affordable price and in no more than 30 minutes. Very impressed and a great experience. Highly recommend!!

Couldnt have had a better experience. I am currently going thru a sudden divorce & have to drive home to Indiana today, so I needed an oil change asap. I was 2nd in line as soon as 8am hit. The two gentlemen working were personable and professional, I got a $5 discount as a first time customer & the price was very fair. Service was fast and efficient. I went to Express today for an oil change and had a wonderful experience! Patrick helped me and was friendly, helpful, and efficient! Not only did he do my oil change, he added air to my tires and checked my lights. He noticed and showed me that both of my break lights were out, thankfully before I was in a dangerous situation! He quickly replaced the bulbs in both lights and sent me on my way! I cannot say more good things about Patrick’s customer service or my experience! I’ll definitely be back to this location.

On 285 South today, I hit a steel object and it cut my tire in half. The first exit available was, Roswell Road. I am grateful the 1st business on the right was, Express Oil Change/Tire Engineers where Camacho and Patrick, noticed my tire and welcomed me in to an clean, air conditioned waiting room where another lady had hit the exact same steel object. Immediately Patrick got into the solution, he took the mangled tire off and put the spare tire on. Thank you Camacho and Patrick for being a safe place for me to land during the disaster and for solving my problem professionally. I really hope your store manager, publicly and financially recognizes you among your peers for your Acts of Service and Professionalism. Job Well Done

I have been here before however my last time I got an oil change I was charged for the most expensive oil without being asked which one I preferred (which is 20$ more). Also, they advertise on Tuesday’s to give 5$ off for “ladies”, I did not receive that discount either. If you go here be clear about what you want or they will take advantage of you and you’ll end up paying 80$ for a simple oil change if you’re a young female.

I had a tire that blew out while I was on the highway, and I was terrified and driving as slow as possible on the exit. Luckily, this auto store was right off the exit, and I was able to pull in. I did not have an appointment and had never been to this store before. Alex helped me put the spare on and was finished within 20 minutes of my arrival. When I asked for the bill, he told me to not worry about it! Everyone was extremely friendly and professional, and Alex really made my day! I was very upset about the situation, and he turned it right around! This place is amazing and has amazing people working here! I will absolutely go out of my way to visit them again (hopefully under better circumstances :D ) Thank you, Alex!!!! I am so grateful for your help, you really made my week!!!!!

Wow. This is a great location. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Robert is a great employee (he deserves a promotion). He was very thorough while performing my oil change. Also he was very professional while speaking with me.

This place is great! Great service & in a timely manner. I’ve gone here for my oils changes over the past few years and recently they replaced my alternator . Every single person I’ve dealt with has been kind and professional. Usually as a woman you feel some kind of way going into a repair shop but I’ve never felt that way here. I considered myself a regular oil change and tire rotation customer until the experience of my last visit. I arrived 15 minutes before closing and the service received represented the crew had a long day and just wanted to get this last work done. At first I thought little of this as I could understand the sentiment and had I known they closed what I would consider early (5pm on Saturdays) I would have waited. As my service started I overheard the guys below mention something about an oil leak. There was another car still in bay next to me so I wasnt sure if it was my vehicle. Well after my service was completed no issue was mentioned to me about a leak. I come here often so I thought nothing about just asking if I had a leak. It was revealed to me in that moment they did think I had a leak. No recommendation made as for a follow up to address the issue. It would have appeared like this was a normal visit. I left and decided this was a last time for me to have my vehicle serviced at this location. Unfortunately out of my many times visiting this was the first poor experience. I share only my experience. Your welcome to try this place out of you desire.

This was my first time visiting an express oil change. You get to stay in your car and the change takes less than 15 mins! Staff made the experience a no-brainer and were very kind in pointing out some issues that I didn’t originally come in for. Ive been there without appointment a Saturday morning at 9.30 for an oil and filters change for my Jeep Grand Cherokee 2015. They took care of my car right away and it lasted no more than 20 minutes. Very professional and efficient team. Transparency regarding whats needed on the car and about the pricing. Quay was great, very professional! Highly recommended

This was my favorite oil change establishment until this past spring after requesting a tire rotation, my tire flew off not 5 min after pulling out of the garage. The lug nuts had not been tightened. Although their company paid the damages to my vehicle, I’m very disappointed that there was absolutely NO FOLLOW-UP by Express Oil corporate management. No, “Are you OK?” No apology. No nothing. DO BETTER. A life could have been lost here.

This was my 3rd time coming and I will not be back. The guy who serviced my oil change was extremely rude. Manager didnt seem to do much about it but atleast checked to make sure it was done right.

I have come here for years for general oil changes and emission testing. Great service and very limited waiting (if any). When I had larger issues, they were very thorough with explaining concerns/preventative maintenance; while not feeling obligated or pushed to move forward with their suggestions. One occasion I needed new tires, and while they didn’t have in stock at their location, they had arranged a shipment within 3 hours. I was able to continue my day running errands and they called me back within that timeframe and took care of my service. I highly recommend.

Just had my oil changed at Express Oil in Sandy Springs. Tommy was on it! He was so knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. Unlike many other mechanics, he only recommended what was needed and even changed a filter in my car that I had no idea existed. And during these times of COVID, fresh air is so important. Ive been reading through all the other 5* reviews and theyre all right. I like the fact they check your car for what I think all vehicle owners should be checking themselves or be aware of, but they do it anyways and I love that. I feel that I can trust them with my vehicle without having to worry.I usually change my own oil in my vehicle, and I started doing so since I had encountered an issue where a company left a wrench inside the hood of my vehicle after my oil change- I wont go much into details, but thats the last time I got my oil done by a company.Today was my first time going out in years and getting my oil changed done by another company and will not hesitate to take it back to Express Oil Change at the time of this review the manager is Joey LaTorre. Tommy is amazing! I have never had a good experience changing the oil in my car, he checked my air filter (which I didn’t know existed) and it was disgusting. Lol he didn’t make me feel bad about it and he was sweet, he changed all my fluids and even cleaned window. I will never go to another place again.

I visited for the first time on 6/1/2020. I had Quay service my car for an oil change. She did a quick job, also checked my car for other issues and was able to give me some advice for the near future of my car. Very friendly and I felt like my money was well spent. If youre getting your oil changed definitely go to Quay.

Absolutely top notch place! Friendly and knowledgeable staff, very helpful. You don’t normally see managers doing the actual labor, but Alex, the service manager, saved the day for us. This place (and its staff) is a class act all the way.

I have been to this place several times, and each time left with a smile on my face. Who says that about an oil change/auto repair experience? But seriously, the people here are not only very good at what they do, but also seem to enjoy it. This makes them pleasant to talk to and be around. They show genuine care for the people that come in either for routine or repairs. They are considerate of quality and price, honest, and just all-around good people. I had taken my dog to Blue Pearl at 3am the other day. When it was time to leave, my car wouldn’t start. After waiting 2 hours for roadside assistance, a friend of mine reached out to Alex to explain the situation. Within 15 minutes, Joey was there! He jumped the battery & we followed him back to the shop where he had me pull in and immediately put in a new battery. No charge for coming to our rescue! So kind! Highly recommend!

This is by far the most trustworthy place to get an oil change, and checking for irregularities in your vehicle. I have been coming to this same shop for about 7 years now and I have never had a bad experience. Patrick usually helps me out, but everyone that works there is amazing including the manager. They are always so honest, helpful, and they do the service quickly too! Definitely recommend.

Everyone is wonderful. There hasn’t been a single location I’ve been to where they weren’t extremely nice and helpful. As a female I don’t feel as though they ever take advantage and sell me on fixes that aren’t needed. I try to stay on schedule with regular maintenance and they’re just the best! This location in particular is great I probably frequent here the most.

Today was my first time going to Express Oil. I had the pleasure of meeting Greg Haynes who serviced my car along with Quay Winfield . I had to stop Joey and let him know the great customer service I received by these two employees. Its hot here in Georgia and I dont think my attitude would be that good working in this heat. Greg and Quay where both smiling and made me feel like they where happy to help. Keep up the great work guys. Im late with my review as I had service by them week before last for brakes and rotors. The pricing was reasonable and the work did not take long at all. Everyone there was so nice and the manager even got me a ride home and back to come get my car since I didnt live far away. My experience at Express Oil in Sandy Springs yesterday was excellent! Tommy, the new manager was professional, friendly and helpful. He gave great advice and didnt try to come up with issues that I needed fixed, which has happened to me at some auto shops in the past. He did point out that I need new tires and even though I was in a rush he had a quote pulled for me in case I wanted to come back. After research the pricing on the tires is great-I plan on returning next week to purchase them and take advantage of Express Oils great service.

These guys are really nice and quick. First time I went I got an oil change and four new tires in less than an hour. The second time, I took some hubcaps I bought online that I needed help installing. Patrick and Joey helped me out and ended up doing it for free. Really appreciate these guys and theyve gained a loyal customer!

Ive never had a bad experience at this business. They ALWAYS look out for me and my car. I genuinely trust the mechanics here. Got my radiator replaced yesterday and my car is running fine again. Everyone who works here is friendly and attentive and Ive never felt like I was being taken advantage of. They also have a woman mechanic here, so basically theyre dope lol.

Brought my 2013 Camaro and it is my first time coming here and super impressed! Tommy provided awesome customer service and I was out in 10 minutes! Wish I found out about this location sooner, definitely beats sitting somewhere else for 2 hours or more! Definitely recommend coming here! Make sure you check all the one star reviews before getting work done at this shop. They are much more inline with my experience.I fixed and painted a set of rims and needed tires mounting. All the wheels got exactly the same paint job with paint and clear coat specifically for wheels. I took the first 2 to a local hole in the wall tire shop and the guy managed to do the job with no damage to the face of the wheels. There were however teeth marks on the inside of the rims and I thought he did a pretty sloppy jobs of installing the weights. He only charged me $30 for both.I figured I would call around to see if there was a more reputable shop to install the next too. I called this shop and the guy on the phone was great. He explained the teeth marks are unavoidable. I asked if he had 1.5 valve stems and he told me they did but it was going to be $50 to do the job.When I got there everyone was nice and professional, until I met Ron who was going install the tires. He had an attituxe from the start. First he told me the only valve stems they had were 2 or 3/4. Too long or too short. So I left to pick up the correct ones. I had to go to 3 different stores to find them. This could have been avoided if I was told they didnt have them.When the job was done I had damage to the face of both wheels. I pointed this out and suddenly everyones demeanor went from nice and professional to somewhat hostile. Joey the manager stepped in. All he had to offer was excuses, no apologies. However his excuses were nonsensical. He blamed the paint job. As I said I did the paint job myself. All wheels were painted at the same time in exactly the same manor. If 2 were mounted the day before then the paint had 24hrs less dry time, yet there was no damage. I dont accept your excuses!Joey said he wasnt going to charge me and walked off. These people suck!!! First as mechanics, but more so as people!!

Good service. I love the fact you can stay in your car the whole time and they check your lights once you’re done getting your service. I never go anywhere else for car maintenance. Also, I’ve never have an issue with any of the guys trying to hit on me, which is a huge plus. Thanks!

This shop is the best. They did everything they could so I would have minimal time without my car such as having all parts ready before they scheduled the repair. They are super nice and no surprises on price.

Workers were great. Fast service and very knowledgeable. The tech pointed the dealership that previously changed my oil used the wrong oil - printed right on the next service due sticker (5w30 rather than 0w20). They also pointed out the oil filter was loose and leaking oil. Thanks for the lookout guys, last time I’ll be to the dealership.

Joey and his crew were so great in getting me in and having multiple unexpected services done quickly when just going in for just an oil change and emissions. I had to have a return visit that was complementary after service and was thanked for my understanding even though I was the one thanking them for being so accommodating. Highly recommend and worth driving here instead of a location closer to me.

If the girl that works on the oil change side, Quay, is not some sort of manager, or on track to become one, she absolutely should be. She was extraordinarily friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, and was working circles around everyone else. In the time I was there, she worked on the topside of half the cars that came through, and was the one to run out and greet every car that pulled in, and did an awesome job to boot. Great service.

Great service. Tire pressure, fluids and lights check ups are done as well. The cost was competitive and pretty much what you could pay for synthetic oils anywhere else. I paid 74.99 plus tax.

I had called another place to get a quote on the same tires and they were about $200 more than at Express Oil & Tire Engineers and the had the best warranty on them too. Yesterday, 10/22/2018, I went into Express Oil due to my brakes sounding shot. (78,000 miles; never had a brake job done). Unfortunately, I wasnt able to get there until 4:45, and they close at 6. Because of this, I figured I would either have to leave my car overnight or come back tomorrow. Fortunately, Joey, John, and the rest of the team beyond exceeded my expectations. John showed me exactly what was causing the problem, what my possible options were, and expected price range, all while not being pushy trying to make a sale. (Most people would have told me to get all new rotors and brake pads, but John felt I only really needed them on the front.) Joey drove to get the parts as soon as I agreed to the quote, so that my car could be ready before they closed at 6. As for the crew as a whole, everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. I couldnt give an exact reason as to why, but I felt a trust in them as soon as I got there that they would give me the best service that they could. I have been getting my car serviced at this location for years, and even though I moved away from this area, I gladly come out of my way to see Josh and his crew to get all of my servicing done. I stopped here because my car’s computer messed up and was giving multiple errors. Patrick and the crew looked at all the different messages and investigated realizing it was just false alarms. They were never rude or upset that I didn’t know what was going on. Very nice people that will take care of you!

The worst experience ever.. I went in to get my head light fixed and when I came to pick my car up, my car wouldn’t start back up the guy was very rude and unprofessional and told me my car was gonna mess up anyway so it wasn’t his fault.. he never even tried to fix it he just kept saying he didn’t mess up my car but my car was working great before I took it to them.. and they didn’t even fix my head light I would never go back..
