I had contacted this shop regarding repair to my fiberglass swim spa. She said she could do the repair over 2 weekends due to inability to close her shop during the week, which was perfectly understandable. We scheduled a time. The first visit, she cancelled due to a family medical emergency. No big deal. The next scheduled day, she no-showed, then she completely ghosted me. She wouldn’t return my calls or texts, likely out of embarrassment. Completely unprofessional.

Prices are competitive, but the most important value is how helpful they are with guidance. The owner spent time explaining how to use the materials and giving me pointers. He is very careful to sell you only what you need and no more. This place is worth the drive.

Drove from Ocala to pick up supplies. Doors locked. No one answered the phone. No note about closure.
