I delivered my boat for warranty repair on engine. After 2 weeks was told that they didn’t have correct cable to connect to diagnostics. Why did this take 2 weeks to determine to not have correct equipment? I was then informed of owners upcoming 2 week vacation and that I would have to wait until return or could pickup my boat and use it till his return. I opted tp not use/pickup boat due to engine issue. After 2 weeks had passed and owner back from vacation I inquired by phone about progress on my boat.Was then told it would be another 4 days until it would be looked at. This is now 1 month waiting for diagnostics/repair. One excuse after another. Will pickup my boat and seek a reputable warranty repair shop. As this one is far from that. Story for the rant but really needed to be told.

Bass pro shop had no time to look at my boat . So I gave them a try they got me back in the water .

I wish I read the reviews before going to this place. Called Gene and asked to purchase a throttle position sensor he asked for my motor number and ordered the correct part. When I picked the part up I told him it didn’t look correct. Paid the 89.00 for the part, took it home to find out it was not the correct part. Brought it back and left part with his mechanic, called to find out about the credit and was told they wouldn’t issue a credit because it was a special order part. I said you asked for my motor number and Gene said yes I did but then he said I should of told him it was an electronic throttle. I said I wished you asked that question before you ordered this part. I won’t return

They only want your money, not willing to help their customers. I Will NEVER come here again. Gene is horrible to work with.

Took my boat for the 100 hour service and the gentlemen was straight up, great price, and done in a timely fashion.. definitely recommend

BEWARE BEWARE!!! This company will scam you. I took my boat here to be repaired. They said they replaced spark plugs, fuel pump, changed my oil, and a list of other services. I paid them, them the $700+ . Then I took the boat to another trusted mechanic my buddy referred me to, which informed me they did nothing but change out the cap to one part. THEY DIDNT EVEN CHANGE THE OIL. They scamed me. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and will file a law suit to recooperate my money and wasted time. I would spend your money somewhere else unless you want to be pirated out of your money.

Boat broke down the day before Christmas. Gene ordered parts and had me going 3 days later. He was up front and very honest with me.

Charged me to fix oil leak on outdrive and still leaks and wouldnt fix it proper. Was told not to worry about it.

Do Not Take Your Boat Here! Spent $3,000 and Boat Still Doesnt Work. Ask for a Full Engine Tune-Up didnt event change Spark Plugs, Rotor, and Cap. Thieves and Liars!
