Ice cream is good but the sweet spot Sundaes is horrible. Whipped cream on ice cream and toppings on the whipped cream 😇. By the time u find ice-cream in your cup, the topping are gone

Five stars for the creamiest, tastiest milkshake in recent memory. Worth the $7.59 for an occasional treat! They also have homemade cookies (which you can use to create your flavor of ice cream sandwich, &4.99) and decorated cookies “cakes” and today they had one flavor of sorbet. Nice people too!

Sweet Spot of Sanford has the BEST cookies I have ever tasted, and the ice cream...well let’s just say I haven’t tasted any better! Better yet, YOU CAN COMBINE THE TWO AND MAKE A CUSTOM COOKIE ICE CREAM SANDWICH! My 4 year old son wanted the Cookie Monster ice cream, however the person that was making it didn’t pay attention and proceeded to give him a different flavor than he asked for. When I asked him to replace it; got defensive and absolutely refused to replace it. Given this experience I’m not going to this location again and management needs to do better on training their employees good customers service skills.

My daughter and I had the best time eating cookies here recently! We we’re Christmas shopping and I didn’t want too much even though I love the ice cream! Everyone should give this place a try. Fast, friendly and delicious!

From delicious Ice cream and amazing baked goods, to phenomenal customer service. This is absolutely a spot that I will be coming back to as often as I can!

Came all the way from Lakeland to get Cinnabon ! Found out they are gone 😢so I seen the yummy cookies and today January 17 at 317 pm the very unfriendly rude lady behind the counter I asked could I purchase a dozen of the darker sugar cookies ?? She said no you cannot we have to sell these in this case first ? I said I like my cookies a little darker she rudely replied no you cannot buy those we can only sell these light ones first ! I said awwww dang she rolled her eyes at us and walked away ! Wow sad customer service!! Don’t make the trip it’s not worth it !!I could have been a repeat customer but obviously they could care less ! I took pics of the business and the rude person I’d love to share on my personal Facebook!
