You know Ive been giving out five stars for these past few restaurants and this one dairy Queen the one in Sanford is just beyond exceptional you cant see into the kitchen but the guys at the window are very courteous and except for when its the young kids I went in one time and I it was a disaster but hey I still go back because its not always that way I always get the food usually the way I order it and its always good the same taste that Im looking for and the place is clean as far as I can see into the place always look over on the floors and around the cash registers and everywhere to look for you so this place is awesome I would highly highly highly recommend the q over top of all the restaurants that are surrounding it it is three

We stayed outside to have our treat - they had one window open but moved pretty fast. The drive through didnt seem like it was open.

Ice cream was very poor today. We wait forever to get are order because the server was having a all day conversation with the person in front of us in drive thru to the point she was put whip cream in her mouth

This place is a little different from its competition. The usual fare but cheese curds and other unusual goodies at good prices and quality.

Last Sunday was my daughters baby shower. I had ordered a cake with specific designs via their website, bought and paid for. Email stated ready by 11:45 am. My mother goes to pick it up for us and were told theres no order. I text her my email confirmation detailing my order, what I paid and when it would be ready. She shows this to the person working and says oh well it must be in the freezer somewhere. They gave her a standard cake with sprinkles that looked absolutely nothing like what I ordered, slapped some writing on it and passed it off as what I ordered. So disappointed. I will never order from this location again as it is actually the 2nd time this has happened to me! Unbelievably bad customer service. Side note: I was still charged full price for this cake that was NOTHING liked what I ordered.

It was okay. If you like soft serve, with not much flavor. I prefer hard serve, with real flavor. DQ, will do in a pinch. Just my opinion.

The drive thru was extremely busy, but incredible how fast the line moved. A great 9 pm treat after a hot day.

Unfortunate, this location lost our weekly business because no employees were wearing face coverings or gloves last time we went.The blizzards are always melted, but I can look past that as I understand outdated equipment can be a headache to deal with.Theres no excuse for poor cleanliness in the middle of a global pandemic. In the 2nd hardest hit county in the state.

I love their mocha moolaté. They could use one extra person to help them cause the drive thru is packed

I practically grew up here. My Great Aunt lived around the corner and many summer nights were spent walking over to the Dairy Queen for an Ice Cream Cone after dinner.While I cant comment on the food beyond Ice Cream (I dont recall ever eating it), it if resembles the standard fare offered at other franchise locations -- Id be willing to order it.A little bit of nostalgia and a great chance for a family to bond over summertime treats. What more can you ask for?

I ordered a blizzard and when I received it, it was liquid and dripping off my spoon like soup. When I asked why it was like that they told me the ice cream wasnt very cold. Instead of offering a solution they instead gave me an extra cup to help cover what was spilling over the sides. After a few moments of blank stares I requested a new blizzard. Again it was melted. Extremely disappointed in the lack of customer services and the soupy blizzard.

Quick and easy trip through the drive thru.

My youngest and I stopped in theought eh drive thru this afternoon to get an ocean cold treat for him and his dad. They were fast, courteous and attentive.The treats were prepared exactly as ordered and packaged up nicely to go.

Cant go wrong with ice cream. Good service.

Never had a bad experience, In the 17 yrs I have lived in Sanford. Always sunny (everyone always has a smile on their faces)and of course the icecream always perfect.

Dairy Queen is awesome because their ice cream machine is NEVER down. Take that, Mcdonalds.

This is your typical DQ. There is picnic tables outside to sit on but this isnt an eat in facility. They have all of the ice cream options but besides that that only have hot dogs and chili dogs. No burgers.

The only thing l like is chocolate ice cream* & only once in a blue moon, but thats besides my reason for the TWO STAR RATING.Im really disappointed in the LACK OF HOT FOOD AT THIS DQ!!! Back a few (??) years ago, you could get the BEST burgers & onion rings and we did eat here often!! Not just that, but (during warmer months anyway) they have heavy advertising for all sorts of DQ meals... a lot of good it does... because (this location anyway) only have GROSS HOT DOGS. l do love hot dogs... But theirs are just nasty... microwaved, ugh.Well done ranting... oh except OWNER: CANT YOU PLEASE PUT THE DAIRY GIRL BACK ON YOUR ROOF...
