GREAT Experience with this dealership! I filled out an application online, They got back to me promptly, we sent a few texts back and forth, I drove to the dealership, test drove the car, signed the papers and drove home. It was literally that easy. I WILL look to them first for my next purchase.And to the people complaining about up-sells, have you ever bought bread at the store? Gas? Clothing? Rented an apartment? Purchase through a private party if youre so concerned about someone making a little money. Any intelligent person will see right through your petty one-star reviews.

The best dealer one can ever deal with. I got my car from them and their customer service is awesome. They are so helpful. I would recommend anyone to go there. They have a-lot of variety to choose from.

Shane was amazing with helping me get financed for the purchase of my vehicle. He went above and beyond to help me out. The team at the shop worked with me and were very patient with me. They helped me load the car onto the trailer and made sure everything was secure for my long drive home towing the vehicle. They even helped me locate the spare tire, after I got home, that was not with the vehicle and purchased it for me. All in all, it was a great purchase and experience. Bought a car from them and they agreed to fix some stuff, when I went back to pick up the car I asked for the paperwork to keep for my records what was done and they said they would mail it out to me.I was in talks with Sam and he told me that he would text it over to me or mail it out to me but now it’s been over three months and he is ghosting me so now I don’t know what was done on the car if it was actually done. To this day they will not return my phone calls or my text messages buyer beware

I bought a truck at Ramy Auto and had a hassle-free experience. Zack was kind and helpful. The truck was older, but in great condition and runs great. I got financing with no problem and am enjoying my purchase. They seem to be honest and respectable. I asked if I could use my code reader and they said, No problem! They provided me with a carfax as well, showing the cars history. Of course, these are used cars, so there are bound to be issues, but I feel that they service them and try to get them in the best possible condition they can. Its up to you to look and inspect as best as you can. Caveat emptor -Buyer beware. But I was relieved when I saw that they had a 5 star rating on google and no complaints on BBB. Classic bait and switch pricing, except this is the modern way. Advertising a vehicle for $7500 SALES PRICE and then saying it’s $10,000 SALES PRICE and that was a mistake. I’m sure the owner will reply here about how it’s not his fault, it’s an automated system. He’s full of it. They do this on purpose. These dealers waste our times messaging them and then switch the price and try to say it wasn’t listed there. It’s all to get your lead to come in. Even the big dealers are doing this too.

DONT BUY FROM THEIR MANAGER IS SNEAKY AND LIAR they ran my credit 573 he told me i cant tell you the rate until you come to the dealer bait and switch he is the Manager AKA ownerhe could give me a range they are crocket people stay away

Just received the worst customer service in history. Saying that the process was a headache is an extreme understatement. The whole process seemed sketchy from the salesman to the finance department. They refused to give me a clear printed contract even though this is against California state law. I was promised 4 new tires and that fell through when I went to pick up the vehicle the next day. They dinged my credit before me agreeing so now I have an unnecessary hard inquiry on my report for a car that I did not purchase. I had to walk away from the deal because the company lost my trust. DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR HERE! All in all I wasted about 6 hours with the company

As of today I’m still awaiting their call back. I applied online but haven’t been able to reach them regarding approval. To me this has been the worst experience I’ve ever experienced anywhere regarding car dealerships. I regret applying.

Wanted to buy the LX 470 that was posted for 7500, made an appointment for 1.30pm. I was 1.30 mins away from dealership and was already on my way. the sales person called me back and raised the price to 10,000$Not recommended

Right in the middle of transaction with credit bank, they sold the car, without letting me know they sold it, had to call my bank to cancel paperwork.Here is paperwork, i blacked out my name and address, and vin identification number to the car that they sold, this dealer manager said i confused his dealer with other dealer, check the address on the photo..So if you sold the car, yet you failed to call me to tell me it was sold, i had to follow up with updates on this car, none of your employees notified me or call me to say it got sold, first come first serve, yes true, yet you didnt called to say its sold, why you know i was in a transaction.

They have lots of cars to choose from and they also speak Arabic which was so helpful for my parents when they went to choose their new car. I would go there next time when I am ready for my next car.

When you think of sleazy car sales men think of Ramy Auto in Santa Ana! Bought a 2009 corolla, within 4 days of purchase I had a tire blow out, they don’t put new tires they put tires with 70% tread. Within a month after purchase the axle started to leak and needed to be replaced, they don’t want to help with ANYTHING besides a free coffee and “good luck”. What a joke of a dealership
