I was pretty confident I wanted the Evoque, but Farid was super accommodating while I test drove 3 different models just to be sure. Traded in my car and got exactly what I thought was a fair offer. Dealerships are super low on inventory so there really arent a lot of great deals to be had but since used cars have such high trade in value right now it still works out pretty well. Buying or leasing a car takes forever but Farid worked as quickly as possible and everything went very smoothly. Their product specialist went over all the functionality with me in great detail. These vehicles are packed with technology so this was extremely useful info. Love my new Range Rover!!

My wife and I worked with Syd at Land Rover SB to get a new Discovery Sport and had an incredible experience! We initially went in and test drove a few different models, all of which we loved. We left with a few price quotes to decide between and then communicated with Syd over email to dial in deal points on our car over the next few days. He was incredibly helpful and very responsive, which made a typically painful process actually very easy and pleasant!We went back in to do a final test drive of the vehicle and fill out our financial info (which was all digital and about the easiest Ive ever experienced at any car dealership).Then we went in to sign everything with Shannon (who was awesome and very helpful) and when we came back the car was on the delivery pad beautifully detailed with a big bow on it! Then Nic, the product specialist, toured us around the vehicle and all of its features. He was incredibly knowledgable and great to spend the time with. He made that small part of the deal feel like its own great experience and he had us cracking up as we learned the ins and outs of all the tech.We left with massive smiles on our faces and absolutely pumped on our new car! I purchased a Range Rover sight unseen and had it shipped to my home in Arzona. They made me very comfortable for such a large $ purchase, In particular Michael was exceptional. He answered every question and sent numerous pictures to win my trust and business. I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from them, I just have to convince my wife to let me buy a F-Type from them :-)

One is always apprehensive when going to purchase a car in anticipation of the awkward pressure and stress weve all experienced at dealerships. However, my experience with Land Rover Santa Barbara was just the opposite. Tony Clumeck, who helped us get the perfect SUV for us at a killer deal, was fantastic to work with and just an all around easy person to be around while wrapping up the process of our purchase. Were definitely going to head Land Rover Santa Barbara next time were ready for a new vehicle.

Took my lr2 that I lost my keys here and they said there was no way to replace keys and would cost 3k to replace the whole system. Took to a local mechanic and fixed it in an hour. Don’t believe everything they say and recommend to get a second Opinion
Overall I had a pretty good experience. The place is nice and I was treated well (wasnt pushed to get stuff I dont want, and no cheap mind tricks).
My experience has been with the service and parts departments. Both have been great!
