I was pretty clueless on what I wanted. He was attentive to my needs and took the time to get to know me better to help me figure out what I might like.I ended up going home with a brand new Jeep, and I couldn’t be happier. Our experience at this dealership was very positive and quite honestly I would give it the same rating if we had not purchased a car. From my initial inquiry to the moment we walked out the door it was great. It was nice not to have to drive hours and hours to find a great deal on a car!

It was such an outstanding experience to have business at this dealership. I got a jeep which is my dream car. It was a good deal first of all. Beside that all the staff and general manager make us feel like at home. They took our technical questions seriously and worked on our demandings. They are very professional. Excellent experience! We are not local to Santa Barbara and needed to iron out as much as possible before the drive. We dealt with Kaz and Santiago initially and they were very upfront and worked out all the numbers before we made the trip. Needless to say, we had already planned our backup plan for what to do when we got to SB and had to leave due surprises. Absolutely NOT the case! Kaz and Santiago held true to their word and delivered on all promises without issue. Once at the dealership, Santiago was unable to assist due to scheduling conflicts. Lindsey ended up helping us and was just as awesome as Kaz and Santiago.This was an all around excellent experience. Cant say that I have enjoyed car buying this much before. Zero issues and very friendly staff. Kaz made sure that my family and I were taken care of and comfortable the entire time too.Will absolutely purchase with them in the future!

I almost bought a car from this dealership, but I was a bit hesitant because their financing plans were different than I expected. After discussing with an advisor, I changed my mind and almost walked back in to purchase the car with the deal they gave me. The only reason why I did not finish the purchase is because Kevin and Kaz were extremely rude and condescending to me. They told me multiple times that if I didnt purchase from them, I would never be able to find a car. They tried to pressure me into a car by talking down on me and they were not as patient with me as I thought theyd be (this was my first time purchasing a car on my own).
