I bought a car on April paid it in full by may 20121…I’m still waiting for the plates and tittle. I’ve been yelled at, if I try to talk to anyone there they hung up! I’ve been trying to solve the problem with the help of the DMV and still NO RESULTS! Besides flowing the motor within the first mont, I can’t do anything with the car because I’m yet to receive the plates and tittle. Horrible customer service…

Dealt with Jim Crook there. Though a rather unfortunate name for a ‘used car salesman’, he couldn’t have been more courteous and professional. Got a car I love at a fair price. Very impressed with the dealership.

From my first call to Len and through out the buying process Len was a gentleman and he knows cars. We wanted to travel from the East Coast buy the car and drive it home. He held the car for us 3 weeks upon signing a purchase agreement. This was during the Covid opening phase. I cannot say enough about Lens professionalism the car was exactly as described we bought that day and drove the Coast Highway and then home. The Car performed flawlessly and we enjoyed our 9 day trip. Do not hesitate to use this organization if you’re looking for a specific car they will find it for you.
