Some prices of the items need to be checked at the counter, but its only because some companies dont want them to put labels on them, other than that, I hope they do well and stay long! Its a good store for kids and adults alike. They have new shipments every week. 👍

Staff are just above and beyond. This place has every toy you would want or kids want in life. 😂. They also have plenty of choices for cards calendars and much much more.

This place is a very neat store in the middle of a otherwise pretty quiet mall. The store has a wounderful selection of games and toys to chose from and a lot of stuffed animals as well. The staff member was also very nice and greeted me when I entered.

The lady who works there doesnt have her mask on and she needs to put it on I want to scream

Great prices and sales. Docked a star simply because their organization could be better. Its impossible to logically find a game youre looking for. If you only need a random thing or two this place is great value.

Honestly one star is being nice. I took both my kids in there today to find birthday gifts. We walked around the store for 15 minutes and the girl at the cash register didn’t even look up from her phone to say hello or ask if we needed assistance. I was annoyed to even have to spend money here but didn’t have the time to go somewhere else. When we were ready to check out, we walked up to the register...she finally looked up and said “is this it?” Unbelievable. Not going back here again and shocked they’re still in business.

I got a turkey sandwich and while it was delicious, I did not think it was worth the price. I would highly recommend ordering online first because the line gets quite long especially around lunch time. It is one of the few good places in this area though.

Such a fun place to shop and they always seem to have a sale going on. This is a store you walk into and remember your youth. Everything is fun, if you are into games and t shirts and that kind of thing. Star wars stuff, endless board games and non is it is over priced. I will miss the books, but I can see where they were not huge sellers.

Big store with lots of games, toys, and collectables for kids of all ages 0-99 years. They also have hilarious graffic T-Shirts and socks.

The best Games and Toy store in Santa Barbara! Its has lots of puzzles, books and calendars as well. This store provides excellent customer service as well. Fantastic Team and Great Store.

I love this store so much. It changes around from time to time and I get nervous that it will close. I can always find something cool and my daughter always asks to go when we are in Santa Barabara.

I called to ask if they sold stuffed animals, I wanted to get a stuffed ostrich...the barely English speaking man didnt even know what an ostrich is, said he would go check, and after being on hold for 3 mins I hung up.

The staff is very friendly! They also have sales lots of the time based on various situations (film releases, for example) and a solid stock of toys.

Something lost has been found here. Where else can you go to find classic games and whats new, Go! Little pricey but it makes sense to pay for something so rare as a classic toy and game store.

Selection is greatly diminished from last visit.
