I was looking for a stuffed puppy that I could fit my beer into, and one of the customers knew exactly what to give me: after I took the stuffing out of the dog with a zipper, it was a perfect fit! The customer service here was great and I now have a stuffed animal to warm my beer. Thanks Toys R Us!!

Its a small outlet toys r us, not one of the larger ones you will find. It feels like one of those that would pop up for a short wile during the Christmas season but just kinda stuck around. The staff is pretty nice and the store is fairly well kept.

Its a tiny Toys R Us so selection is highly limited compared to a normal Toys R Us. Its nice to go in and get a quick item for the kids once in awhile. Prices arent bad considering the location it is in.

I returned a poorly advertised product for which I had used all of the bonus rewards money from my Christmas purchases. Despite having all of the receipts and my rewards card, I was not allowed to exchange for a product of like value (i.e. be able to get the value of the rewards dollars I had collected for the whole year). So, I spent a lot of money during the year and lost all my rewards bucks because a product was not as it was advertised but a piece of (very expensive) junk. I would have accepted that as just policy if they had explained it to me that way, or apologized, or been remotely friendly. But I was treated as if I was trying to rip them off by returning a product. How on Earth is an over-priced store like this to survive if they treat their customers so poorly? I have always been treated really well at the other stores in this chain. Badly done! Fire the lousy help!

It is pretty good; they need more toys for kids and less high priced.
