Great place, very professional, highly recommended

My parents found this shop a few months ago and they’ve been very helpful sending our packages to other family members over the past few months. Great service and super friendly... happy to support such a great local business.

They are extremely professional and weve just renewed our contract w them for our PO box but even better the address assigned to us reads, for example, (Unit 1) instead of PO box 1, which gives customers an actual address to receive and send mail from. We absolutely LOVE the girls who work up front. Theyre always smiling and extremely helpful everytime we walk through the door and they know us by name and took the time to get to know us. I highly recommend this place for your outgoing and incoming mail needs. 5 Stars across the board! Id give them a trillion stars if I could♡

I was recently in and had 3 items shipped. i) a letter to overnight Fed Ex to a business 93105 to 19034 - I brought my items into your store early in the day actually when your store opened as I thought that would be helpful. I was charged $69.95 to over night an envelope. On my receipt it said I shipped a 1 pound item. It was a ordinary envelope. Ive since found out from Fed Ex that their charge (if I would have taken it to them) would be 35.10 for this item, by shipping with your store I was over charged 35.10. For the second item I asked for the least expensive way to ship a small item (in size and under a pound) and said I didnt care how long it took to arrive. Asked for the least expensive way to send it. I was charged 22.90. In checking with USPS the would have charged me (for the same item) 6.70. I didnt check how over charged I was for the third item, too frustrated. Also the lady who handled my order was very rude during the transaction. Up until this time I trusted Pack and Post would be professional, ship my items, and not be so blatantly over charged and rude. I will rethink prior to bringing any of my business back to your store. I hope that this will be of benefit so you can treat customers with respect and not blatantly over charge them on any items.

Gentlemen, the Fabulous, Mr. Phucket.I was expecting a shipment of necessary computer equipment as required for my vocation. I checked the shipping status regularly because this was more urgent than say, my usual Amazonian trinkets. I had this shipped 2-day-air, but there were some delays and communication problems. It arrived slightly late, but I was relieved to see the online status as delivered and signed by, “A. Phucket.” I thought, “Hmm, an interesting name. Vietnamese perhaps?” I called ahead to confirm the Web Site status. Nobody claimed to know anyone named Phucket. Now, I was worried again and went to S.B. Pack & Post during my lunch break, instead of after work as planned. I was relieved to find out that indeed “A. Phucket” did work here. In fact he greeted me at the desk. He was a very polite young man. Not meaning to be invasive, I had to ask the origin of his name but he declined to say. I don’t blame him because I don’t have a right to know his personal business. I was just curious. In any case, thank you A. Phucket, your service was excellent. However, I’m only giving 2 stars because of the worry your co-workers put me through, by denying your existence. Still don’t know why they did that. Maybe they tease you about your name? I hope not because I’ve known people teased for their names. People like, “Harry Bajyyna,” “E. Norrmuss Johnson,” and “Russel Ashwype” to name a few. Also, note famous people like NASCAR driver, “Richard Leroy Trickle” aka “Dick Trickle,” 1941-2013. So, as you can see, yours is a beautiful name by comparison. So, A. Phucket, your proud parents Father and Mother Phucket, gave you a great name and an excellent work ethic.

Nice polite establishment that really goes out of their way. Been needing help on shipping a major item. We got our wires a bit crossed at first but they have been nothing but helpful, honest and gracious as we worked this through. A really great local business

Ted at Pack and Post is our hero! We had an emergency, long distance shipping crisis and he took superb care of us every step of the way. He went well above and beyond what we asked him to do - it was like having a friend take care of us when we werent there to do it ourselves. Truly the best customer service Ive ever experienced, and then some! Use them first, and with confidence. Look no further.

Lost one of my boxes which has handmade purses that are not replaceable.The store made the label but it was never scanned by FedEx.

What a GREAT service and experience.My wife and I purchased several fragile items during our visit to the USA, requiring packing for check in with Qantas on our return flight to Australia. We loaded all the items into a large suitcase, and handed the items over to Dom, at Pack & Post. We returned two days later to pick up the large box containing our items. The initial quote was $75 which we thought was very reasonable, but we were only charged $65.When we finally made it home in Australia, to unpack the items, we were amazed at how ell the items had been secured with bubble wrap and placed in smaller boxes, before being placed in the large box.I had also requested handles to be available on the large box to facilitate handling at the airport, which was also delivered.Having relocated and travelled over the World, experiencing the pros and cons of packing and boxing, I have no hesitation in recommending Pack & Post. you will to be disappointed.Thanks again.

Always to helpful beyond expectations every time I need to get my packages shipped, nice selection of cards for any occasion but, most of all down to Earth, kind and efficient assistance from these guys every time.

A great place for people who dont want to wait in ridiculous lines at the post office and deal with rude usps service. The place is the opposite of that. They are friendly, helpful, and you can get your mail out fast!
