Aidan and Tommy assisted me in my delivery. My order for a printer was sent to the wrong address in Santa Barbara and I am in Texas. I telephoned this store and received the most courteous and efficient attention to assist me. They are fantastic. I was able to get the box to them and they did a return for me over the telephone. My box will be here on Friday in time for Christmas. THANK YOU EVER SO MUCH. Highly recommend using their services. I know I will for future shipments.

They are very helpful. You can do return things from Amazon here. You need a QR code from Amazon. UPS scans it then they package and send it. Its quick and easy.
I dont particularly want to hear how you have 400 mailboxes, so cant notify customers via e-mail of incoming letters (like USPS does), in a tone making the question seem ridiculous.. I would think it would be obvious, particularly in the mail and packaging industry, that such a process would be automated.. or at least mostly automated.A simple, No, sorry, we dont offer that service is more than sufficient.The representative did answer the phone fairly promptly, and my impression otherwise of the store is favorable at this time.

Needed to get out a package last week that was super urgent. Got stuck in traffic and knew I was going to be late. Called ahead and Michelle (I think) kept the store open a few minutes late. Really appreciate it when employees go above and beyond. Especially after a long day
Waited in line for 10 minutes, then when the rep was finally ready he helped a woman who walked in after us when he knew we were there first and were waiting the whole time. Felt disrespected and ignored.
This is one of the fastest ups stores I have ever been at and with great customer service. I was just in a couple days ago and was helped by a very polite young boy named Dylan. Great job guys!
I was out and about running errands and asked if they could send a letter for me. They said yes, so I paid for my letter to be sent, then saw the postage on my envelope was 25% less than the amount I paid. I asked about the price discrepancy and the owner basically said they charged a fee because they need make a profit. Seemed a little shady to me, as I wasnt notified of the fee ahead of time. I only discovered it after the postage was purchased and applied to my envelope.UPDATE: I buy postage stamps at the supermarket all the time. They never charge a fee. Everyone hates being nickeled and dimed, especially when it isnt declared up front. That to me is the shady part.Notice how the owner blames me, the reviewer, for the bad review, instead of questioning his business policies that led a poor review.

I arrived at the store at 6:05 desperately seeking the last 10 packing boxes I needed for my move tomorrow. After seeing my disappointment upon being told that the store closed at 6 the wonderful clerk agreed to re-open his register to sell me the boxes. Moving is not fun but this act of courtesy and generosity improved my feelings about it 100%. Thank you!

I was very unhappy to find that this store lost a package I dropped off. Somehow the package wasnt scanned in so there was no record of it at all. As a result I lost the $150 contents and theres absolutely nothing to do about it. I guess in the future I need to always ask for a receipt and watch them scan my packages.
I use this UPS location often. I find the personnel knowledgeable and courteous. Their selection of items for packing is excellent and saves me a trip downtown.

I just wanted to share with you how happy I am with your customer service. First, I was lost and unable to locate your store. I thought you were in the Albertsons shopping center. I called the store for directions and the man answering the phone was super kind and friendly and took the time to provide detailed directions.Well next I arrived in the store with my Zura Z7 coffee maker and needed it packaged and had a printout of what I thought was a pre-paid shipping label. They boxed up my coffee maker and politely informed me that my printout was not a shipping label but rather just a confirmation letter from Zura informing me that they will be sending me a return label today.Tom the owner who is a super star in my opinion said no worries. We will hold the package for you and you can forward the e-mail with the return UPS packing label to me. Wow I was ready to go home with my large box and bring it back again when I received the UPS label.Tom saved me lots of time and it was super easy and he even confirmed that he received my e-mail.I run a service company and I understand how a owner and staff should interact with customers. Tom and his staff gave me 5 star service and I would like to thank you for a wonderful experience. You have earned a customer for life.Thank-You,Michael
I work in customer service and it blows my mind how people get jobs dealing with other people when they are so rude. Whatever girl answered the phone to help me obviously doesnt like her job. Her I dont know what to tell you comment, and after I said thank you, mm hm and just hang up comment drove me to leave a review and I never leave them. Thanks customer service!
