Charlie shipped a special case of wine for us so that we could enjoy it on a much needed vacation to Lanai Hawaii. The process was efficient and easy. I highly recommend this service if you enjoy wine like we do!

I would not deal with this company again. While the goods shipped arrived well packed and in good order, it took the 6 weeks to finally get it all shipped out.  Not delivered, SHIPPED.  They charged for the shipments 3 weeks before it actually shipped. Hanging on to more than $4,700 without actually doing anything.They would no longer take my calls (Blocking) and would not answer texts.We had them pick it all up as we were leaving town, so had no choice but to wait, since we were 3,000 miles away.

Handle With Care Packaging Store were quick, efficientand friendly. They moved our entire apt in hours. Wow what a dynamic team!! Would deffiantly hire them again and refer them to all our friends and family.

Needed to put a large grandfather clock in long term storage. From my first inquiry, I was impressed with this team’s expertise. When you are good at your craft, but also have a warm customer service orientation it’s a winning combination. Our clock was professionally secured and placed in a custom constructed crate. Cant say enough about the service I received from this business. From start to finish Charlie was on it! I had them ship an antique slot machine from Santa Barbara to North Carolina. They came to my house to pick it up the very next day after I called them. It was shipped the day it was suppose to, and arrived safe and sound the day promised.I received daily updates on its travel progress. Im so happy to know about this place. Its location is very convenient, on Coast Village Road and lost od parking in the back. An elevator if you have heavy packages and beat of all the staff is GREAT. A big selection of packaging needs and handy office stuff.

My package was received in great condition. The painting was very well-protected in it’s custom container. Definitely 5 stars!

I would give the Packaging Store Santa Barbara 6 stars if I could because they are that good.As an artist I have used them multiple times over the years and my artwork has always arrived on time and in excellent condition. But last fall they went above and beyond the call of duty. I had to ship 6 large pieces to an art show in Dallas. As always the paintings arrived safe and sound. But when it came time for the gallery to return them, I ran into trouble. The gallery was supposed to save the boxes the Packaging Store had made for the paintings and return them via Federal Express. I waited and waited, but no paintings. I called several times and each time I was assured that the boxes had been saved and that it was just taking a while because there were over 100 artists in the show. I waited some more and called some more with no results.Then one day Charlie from the Packaging Store contacted me just to make sure I had been satisfied with the job he had done. I told him his work was excellent, but the gallery was another story. I explained about the weeks of delay and frustration. He asked me if I would like him to call the gallery for me and I said, Yes, please!After Charlie took over, it was smooth sailing all the way. Despite what they had told me, the gallery had not saved my boxes so Charlie had to give them instructions over the phone on how to pack the paintings. I had them back within a week and for less money than Fed Ex would have charged.I shudder to think what would have happened had Charlie not taken a proactive approach and gone to bat for me. He is worth his weight in gold and I wholeheartedly recommend the Packaging Store Santa Barbara to anybody and everybody.

Dive gear was left on a boat in Santa Barbara and we live in Northern California. Charlie was awesome getting the dive gear to us (once the dive boat company gave him the correct gear). Thank you for all your help!
