I visited the Acura Steven creek store one day before Memorial Day, and there was a great discount on 2020 Acura MDX. After the test drive, I decided to move forward and stopped the shop around the process of few months that I went through. On 10/30/21 I was easily able to get this Saturday appointment for a routine service at ~60K miles with codes B123 showing on the 14 MDX display. I also had an intermittent problem with the Blind Spot Info System failing when the MDX seemed to get too hot outside or if idling for ~20+ minutes. Im glad I asked, as apparently there is/was a service bulletin suggesting the dealer to a reset to the Blind Spot system which a regular owner couldnt do without special equipment. Previously, I had to shut off the engine and restart which might only temporarily fix the issue.I dont wish to test this fix by idling for another 20+ minutes or else it might only show up in the summer months when its hot outside. Im only hoping this dealer/service reset will work in the longer term.Again, thanks to Autonation Acura Santa Clara and my Service Advisor for taking care of me. Ive recently given a somewhat negative review to a Reno-NV Toyota dealer so I can be a harsh grader, but tell it as it is or how I feel about a matter.
Acura Stevens Creek was a great experience, especially with Mr. Sergio Rizo who was so so helpful. The communication was constant and he updated me about my car. Service worker who claims to speak 5 languages was such a rude and nasty person to be around. He really needs to jump off his high horse because he’s going to be rude to the wrong person one day and get what he deserves. Never again coming back here for anything not even an oil change. One day you’ll be treated just as bad when you need help with something you don’t know about and you’ll know how it feels to make someone feel the way you did to us.

I really didnt like the people here at Auto Nation Acura because of the following experiences I had with them.1. I visited them last year when decided to go for an RDX and the sales guy was so rude at the end of deal and so I ended up going to Acura Fremont to purchase the vehicle.2. I visited them for windshield Crack and service agent didnt even look at the car to see if it can be repaired or replaced but instead he just gave me a flat rate to replace the windshield. So I went ahead with insurance companys suggestion and they charged less than 50% of what this Acura center quoted me3. I went for a scheduled service and some issues with media system. He said it will take 5 hours for just the oil change service and they dont do any shuttle or offer any lyft service. For other issues he said I have to drop my car for three or more days and they dont offer a loaner car during that period. He just said No to everything. I cancelled my appointment after having a conversation with such a rude agent, I drove 20 miles to Fremont for service and they got it done in 1 hr 30min.I called the service manager to leave a feedback and lady over the phone said she left a note for him to call back and I left a voice mail too but guess what no call to take the customer feedback. If they are not giving a damn about the customer satisfaction, I dont know why they are still trying to run a business. Its really disappointing and irritating to do business with them. Im not visiting this dealership ever again and Ill not recommend them.

He is very patient as well even though my husband came in an hour late from our appointment time he never showed any bad attitude towards it instead he treated us very nicely, showed us the car we like and even take his time explaining everything we need to know about all the features the car has! I took my car in for service at Acura AutoNation Stevens Creek on April 10, 2021. My service adviser Giana was very helpful and great to work with. She did a great job letting me know what repairs were needed, how long the service would take and when the work was finished. The service department completed the work on time and I was able to complete my needed smog check following the service. Many thanks to Giana and the team for a quick, easy visit to the service department.
As the new suggests, they are part of the AutoNation dealership network across the country. HQ in Ohio, they need to confer everything back to the main office, which makes the process long and arduous. People I encountered were all very courteous and friendly, but the Acura brand has suffered from a lack of vehicle models and technology that suit the modern shoppers.I remember driving an Acura many decades ago and that definitely resembled the luxurious Honda image, and I wish they can step out of their slump now and get back to the glory days.
AL, Jonathan and Brandon helped us with our 2021 RDX purchase. I have to say it is a super great experience, especially compared to what we got from some other dealers recently. Currently, due to limited supply, it is a sellers market. Some dealers become less patient with customers. However, when AL helped us, he was very patient with answering our questions and explaining the inventory/market situation in a transparent/honest/respectful way. Even though for the first visit, we made it clear that we just wanted a test drive and wouldnt make purchase, he was willing to spend his time showing us the features of the car, handing us bottled water as usual. The overall experience is great. Special shout out to AL. Super recommend :)

I have been going to this dealer for my 2016 Acura services for years without any problems ( not that Im aware of), until this time when my car was due for a service B. On 1/6/2021, the dealers service department charged over 1K for a service B, told me my car is in excellent condition. Two weeks later, the cars engine light was on, went back to the dealer, no answer regarding why the light was on right after a comprehensive service, told me my cars Faulty Knock Sensor needs to be replaced for $ 657. The following week I had a scheduled road trip which was why I needed my car to be in top condition. While driving in the middle of nowhere, suddenly all electricity inside the car turn black, soon after the cars battery was dead. A good Samaritan stopped by trying to help me out, at that point, I saw the cover for the cars engine was not in its place, it was free-floating inside the car, and the battery terminal positive one has a piece of aluminum foil which barely connected to the terminal. I was lucky to be able to make it back from my trip safely. When I went to the dealer on Monday told the manager what was going on, he wrote down my name and phone number, asked a technician to take that foil out and tighten up the battery terminal, told me I should be able to drive my car for now, and he will call me back for a solution on Wednesday, he did not. I call the manager back on Thursday left a message, still, no return calls from this dealer.Intentionally tamper customers cars from a dealers service not only demonstrate a bad service practice, but it could also cause major damage to the car and serious safety issues to the driver. For myself, as well as other people who use that dealer for their car services safety, I will repost this incident to BBB and BAR.
Got my car serviced here in June and I was appalled by the quote originally given to me, which was hundreds of dollars over what I would pay for a simple oil change (B1 service) and a brake fluid change (which was suggested to me after the man I spoke to looked under the hood for literally 10 seconds. Pretty sure thats not how you determine if that service is needed.). The only reason I did not pay the ridiculous price was because Ive been to multiple Acura dealerships in the duration of this lease and know what different places typically charge. I was quoted around $500 for these two services total originally and ended up paying the full price of a B1 service at this location (Fremont location consistently has coupons) plus the remaining cost of my transportation from this dealership since they only covered $30 of the uber to and from here. The man I worked with wasnt overtly rude nor unreasonable with further questioning, but the experience was not the best, and he became friendlier at the end only to request a good review on his acura survey. Needless to say I will not be returning here, good to see other people had much better experiences than me here.

When its time to get my Acura serviced I always take it to Acura Stevens Creek. My Service Writer, Giana is always on top of it! She makes sure that my car is back at the time promised, calls me and lets me know if there is something needing to be done that wasnt already scheduled for the visit, and in general keeps my car in excellent running order. I love the free car wash and vacuum when the service has been completed!! I would never bring my car anywhere other than Stevens Creek Acura!

If it was possible to give zero stars for my experience at AutoNation Acura Stevens Creek I would give it zero! We are here on a business trip looking at potential new cars and we were approached by a sales person, Sung, and we were upfront that we were looking and not looking to purchase right then and there. His customer service was absolutely atrocious and absolutely unacceptable for a luxury dealership. There was zero engagement after we let him know we would not be buying today. He told us he would rather help out real ustomers that were looking to buy today. He proceeded to walk away and hang out with his coworkers in front of the building and do nothing. I hope someone has a better experience than we did with this terrible sales person.

I got a tire tread separation, replace it with the spare tire and drove to the dealer on Stevens creek, to find out what possible solutions we have, one of the members came out and say hi to us, my wife and i, we explained what happened and he Said, is this a pre-owned car, my wife said no is a new one, then he said, oh is an old car, my wife replied again, no we got it 0 miles off the lot, then he said, where did you buy it, we say acura in Pleasanton, he said, see what happens when you dont get it with us, you should take it there,(acura Pleasanton), isnt the dealer supposed to take any customer regarding of where they purchased they car and help them out, he didnt seem really concerned about our situation, I told my wife we shouldve gone to acura dealer in milpitas, CA,

I did not purchase my Acura nor had any service done from this location before. I had no problem waiting until my actual appointment time, but Sergio was very accomodating and had my car taken in for service right away. Please be aware!!! They broke my horn after Airbag recall service. Talk to managers but they refuse to look into the issues and hung up on me.Cost me more than $600 to go to other auto shop for the repair. Will file complaint to Better Business Bureau.UPDATE:2/13/2021: I called AutoNation service center again after I received below response from the owner. Again I received no reply after I made several calls and voice messages to the general manager Raymond. Finally I was able to connect with a salesman, he intimidated me, talked rudely and refused to resolve this issue.5/20/2021: With sufficient proof, Small claim court has made judgement that AutoNation lose the case, I WON!!! Court order AutoNation pay me back all repair cost that I paid for.This is the worst auto shop Ive ever experienced.Would give 0 review if I could.

I had a great experience when I took my car in for service. My service agent, Gianna, was prompt and explained my options to me before they looked at my car (experiencing brake problems). They looked at my MDX and road tested it before starting any work. The work took approximately the time Gianna stated to me. The waiting room was comfortable, including safety and distancing precautions for COVID-19. When I got my car back, it was working as expected and they had washed the car and cleaned the inside.
I was contacted by Sergio regarding a recall related to my Acura. He explained what the issue was, help set up an appointment for me and on the appointment date, he personally met me and assisted me. It was a smooth process and I got my car back, and I also got a free car wash.

Our experience was mostly good, however, the mat in the rear cargo area is missing. You were kind in sending to us some items we left in our trade-in along with the emergency tire kit that was missing.When I called to see if we could get the mat sent to us I was told I would have to travel to Santa Clara to pick it up. The trip there is a two hour trip. Im sure it could be sent. I left a message asking if it could be arranged that I pick one up in Modesto, which is 35 minutes away. No reply.The salesman, Sung, was super nice and friendly. Ours was his first sale.I would like to get a reply. Thank you.

The appointment was easily made via phone call to replace the recalled safety bag inflator.A text was sent confirming date, time, directions to dealership, and that Sergio was to be my service representative.I arrived sharply at 9am and was promptly greeted by Sergio and proceeded to sign authorization for work to be performed. Sergio was cordial, professional, friendly, and competent. He indicated work would take 1.5 hours as I would wait for the completion of service. I was directed to the customer wait area were coffee would be available. The facility was clean and well organized. I browsed the accessory shop and the car display showroom. Alex, the sales rep asked if I had any questions or needed help. No pressure, just being helpful and available. CV19 protocols were posted and being followed by staff and waiting customers as observed. The service was completed and Sergio informed me that my car service was completed, washed, and vacuumed. It was a rainy day and they still washed the car! I signed release paper on time as was promised. (1.5 hours) I was totally satisfied on all fronts. Thank you Sergio and Acura Auto Nation. My car is a 1999 TL, 270 K miles, best car I have ever owned. Still going strong.

Hopeless place for the service. The service adviser is not of not great help. I have had major service for 370 where they had inspected battery as well. After 10 days when battery was down and when I had approached for three needful he was suggesting for diagnostics costing 220 where replacement of battery doesnt cost that much. Who on earth would spend 220 (excluding repairs if they suggest any ) for diagnostics fit battery problem Not at all customer focused. Im hoping I would never go here for any kind of help

Great service. Brought my car in for airbag recall and was completed in several hours. Also, they check my SRS light was on and was caused by a seatbelt problem, and that too was fixed under warranty. There are many better Acura dealerships out there than these guys. DO NOT GO HERE. The sales people are arrogant. They doubt charged me for licensing and registration fees. One month after I get a separate bill from DMV with all the fees for Licensing and registration. Now they are telling me (Alexis) my CPO vehicle was discounted to my price. The license and registration should be covered when you purchase the car. These guys are Sneaky.
I had a great experience buying my very first Acura. Cliff (sales), Ali (sales), and Brandon (finance) were super helpful and easy to work with during the buying process. By far, the least stressful and hassle free car buying experience Ive had. The only negative I could think of is that both of my key fobs were scratched and had some dents. I would prefer when buying a brand new luxury car that these important items also be pristine. Overall, it was a great buying experience and I would recommend AutoNation Acura Stevens Creek.
