Too expensive. My battery died. The engine light appeared. Although to have a compressive check was a good way to investigate the problem, it was too expensive. I did not know what was wrong and need to pay around $1800 for it. They told me it is still required at 60K. But I cannot believe the $1800 for a check is reasonable. I will definitely no be there anymore.

Very bad service. I have car for service on Sat. They told they will call back when car is ready. But did not. When I called them at 4:15, they said it closed and I can get car only Monday

They gave an estimate for $1700 for a regular 80K service for my Altima. This is just preliminary, no identified faults, plain regular service estimate.Gave 2 stars because on declining to service they still fixed my factory recall and gave the car a wash. Though I had to wait a couple of hours just for that.

I have always had a good experience with Service here. From my old 1990 & 2014 Maximas to my 2017 GT-R. Granted my last three experiences in the last six months have all been preventive & general maintenance in nature so they have not been stressful situations. Both Ron and Ashlee have provided a great, friendly, and personal customer service experience. The GT-R tech (Drew?) did a great job servicing my car too.

They replace my Front windshield,when i took it home theres a lot of scratches in front of my leather dashboard im very disappointed.I take care of my car cleaning and polishing my front dashboard then they just gonna scratch it like that, I dont recommend going for a service no good. No star at all

If you do not speak English, I do not recommend that you buy here, buy a car a Nissan sentra that at the cash cost was 13,500 plus taxis, I gave 4000 of between and when I see my statement I owed 20,000 dollars, the seller randy made me the sale but at the time of paperwork he separates and sends you to the manager, he is an Asian person, he does not explain anything to you, he only tells you to slide the screen of the tablet down and sign and he sells you things that I do not even think he will They put the car on, they charged me 1,300 paint protector disks and an endless number of other things to make a total of 20,000, and Im sure they didnt put the paint protector on them, says the seller randy that they put the paint protector on when I came to my house, but I question it because he got to my house before me, I was driving a car for that reason he offered to bring the car I bought, if he arrived before me to my house then when did they put the paint protector on, when I went to make the claim, the manager told the seller Randy in my presence we are in the United States of America here they speak in English we are not obliged to speak in another language, so why didnt they tell me that when I went to ask and I said no I spoke English, they told me that the only thing they could do is cancel the guarantee that I (bought) the guarantee that the seller told me that he had the car with the purchase, I made that claim about 3 months ago and they still have not resolved the issue. the cancellation of the happy guarantee and they only tell me that they are going to call me back.

It was my first visit, but it was a place with kind staff. The reservation was made on Saturday at 11:00, so it took a little over two hours to complete the service. I dont know if it will end early if it starts at 8am on Saturday.
