Great location for this store. Not busy at all very quiet place to shop. The drink selection is large and almost everything is in stock. The employees are helpful with anything you need. You are in and out with there being no wait in the lines. I will start going here more often.

They say in order for alcohol to be effective against the virus, it should contain at least an 80% concentration. This will have to do. Its as close as Im gonna get tonight.

Workers are nice manager rude both of them. Get a box from them pick it up walk outside move one hand from the bottom to get car key. Done gos my beer . 4 pints of very expensive beer . I go back inside and tell them . And I get this oh really. And that is all i received. Did not want to get in to it. So I just took off. Total wine from now on .

This may have been one of the nicest wineries weve ever been to! We loved our stay here, and the staff was fantastic and super friendly. Theyve got a really good building and grounds. We especially liked the spicy sparkling wines and ordered some for the holidays when we got home. In general, this place is worth a visit!

The staff was very helpful. Great customer service! Best place in San Jose for any drink you need. If they dont have it, theyll do their best to get it! Highly recommend!

Its the place to go if you just turned 21 and dont know anything about alcohol except the basics. No selection. Go to Total Wine, they have much more than wine.

I have been going to this bevmo for years, they have always been clean and well organized. Its easy to find what Im looking for here.

Ive recently ordered online, and selected curbside pickup, which worked very well. I havent been in this store since covid-19 hit, but it was clean and well stocked before that. They have a great variety of whichever spirit you are looking for, and they have mixers and a modest number of food items mostly for garnishes. The prices are higher for many items that you could purchase elsewhere, but they carry a wealth of items that are hard to impossible to find elsewhere.

All of the citys most well-known wines are available at this wine store! It was one of my favorite moments, and I enjoyed watching it.

The store staff closed the door in our face before 9pm.We explain them that we just need one bottle of wine that they have, as we have an occasion tonight, but they didnt agree to let us in on time, they were rushed to close before 9pmThey were so rude in the way they close the door in our face.They dont care about their customers.

Had the Glenlivet 18yr scotch i was looking for.Staff was helpful, store was clean and social distancing was observed. It would be helpful if all retail establishments with isles led people up one isle and down another with direction arrows. Eliminating people brushing past looking for something in the same isle. They did have a nice bar like area out front, in the fresh air, where customers could pick up online orders, very smart...

Very clean store. I liked how there was a store attendant who greeted me and my mom and asked us if we needed help finding anything. We saw a pretty good selection of wine glasses.

With a good size parking lot and located with easy in/easy out access .....this bevmo has a great start even before you go in. Inside is very much like other bevmos.....plus a helpful friendly staff.This is my go to BevMo. (and it is not my closest one)

Always a great selection of wines and helpful folks to help you find what you need. I usually go there to refill my mixer collection and the occasional interesting liquor. They of course have a huge craft beer selection and even cigars.

I just had worst service from this BevMo! I have never been treated so poorly by any BevMo employee, especially by a manager! Paulo the manager on duty works not let me speak. I was told I had to show my credit card when picking up my purchase. I had already been standing in line and my credit card was in my car. I went back to my car, got back in line and staged to speak to the manager. I tried to explain that I was not notified of this and it should be added to the confirmation email, then I would have known. He would not let me complete my sentence! I said listen to what Im saying, and he said no, I wont listen to you. The sign that I was shown that was hanging and blowing in the wind was in a place that was difficult to see. I am a paying customer, not a criminal. Is this how you treat customers? Shame on you Paulo and BevMo!

You can fine an extensive collection of alcoholic beverages. If you are unable to find a beverage at your local grocery store you have a higher chance of finding it at BevMo. The staff will help you locate your specific drink.

First time in the store to get Kosher wine. I was pleasantly surprised with several choices and had a wonderful staff person assist me to the better quality wines. Prices are very good for club members.

Nice selection but the lady at the checkout counter was not in a good mood and refused to greet or smile. Guess for her it was one of those days or maybe Friday evening was freaking her out. Were from Chicago and used to Binnys. We were hoping Bevmo was as good but is not. Staff is sweet but they dont seem even old enough to drink let alone old enough to help me pick out good wines etc... The stock is only so so, rarely find everything on my list. And they dont even sell garnishes like mint.

Large inventory of product and laid out well. Clerk was very helpful. They had the cheese I was looking for cooking. Nice parking.

Great wine selection and I especially love the 5 cent wine deals that are on promotion from time to time. I also like the fact that you can pick up some essentials if needed like ice, glass wear, chips, snacks, tools; you can even get charcoal there if in need for that bbq that day! What I also like is the wide variety of liqueurs they have to mix that perfect cocktail!!

This Bev Mo is always nice clean and the employees are willing to help very quickly if there is something in a cabinet they dont make you wait too long however the only thing I dont like is they carry it up to the check out stand as though Im a twelve-year-old child that is unable to carry my purchase I am sure it has to do with theft but is just a little annoying

This branch has been recently renovated, with a dedicated snack section and a little cozy area for wine and beer tasting which takes place every Friday afternoon. Highly recommended esp for those who love exploring beer/wine.

Very helpful and friendly staff! I was looking for Japanese soju and my friend was looking for a certain brand of whiskey. It helps to have a bevmo card to save a few bucks.

This is a fairly busy Bevmo location but it is well stocked and larger than some of the others in the area. You can find a wide variety of craft beers, wine and liquor. This store also seems to have a wider variety of drinking accessories (glasses, shot glasses etc) than most. Only downside is rather crowded parking but it is very conveniently located and the store is very well staffed for any questions.

This place always has the most unique beverages. I dont drink, but I did enjoy looking at the new soda offerings.

I would have to say that the clerks there need to be able to verify by phone that certain items are in stock at another store. Recently I asked about a certain brew that they should have had on site. They said no we dont have it, but the Sunnyvale store does and they checked online but yeah, its over at the Sunnyvale store, and I drove there to be told, oh no, the stocks are not in-sync, and no we dont have it anymore. So basically, I dont appreciate the inefficiency and lack of attentiveness of the clerks. Thanks for sending me on a wild goose chase. This is an old story with BevMo.

Cashier really nice and pleasant but wine expert on floor was rude and unhelpful. Told me I could find the beer I was looking for with the ipas and just pointed in a general direction. Also told me the port I was looking for wasnt really port bc it wasnt made in Portugal. Thanks, you have been extremely helpful...

This is my favorite BevMo in the area. They have later hours, a friendly crew, and have a bit more variety than some of the other BevMos. Most importantly, they sell the Mexican Coca-Cola in glass bottles.10/10

Recently renovated, good selection and sometimes has good deals - check online ahead of time, if thats what youre trying to find. Many products have a nice helpful tag with a description and/or rating.

This is my spot for Empress 1908 gin. Disappointingly, BevMo does not stock Greenhook Ginsmiths gin, Wittekerke beer, or any good Pouilly-Fumé wine from the Loire. I have to buy these at their Total competition in Mountain View.
