The selection of drinks is much bigger than you can find on their linked web site. I got Creme Brûlée milk tea with boba, it was ok: bobas were soft, but the drink probably had too much water/ice and was a bit flavourless

Husband and I got Honey lime jasmine and the managers special which is a hibiscus tea. We love the flavors but a little sweet. My husband took 3 drinks and basically had finished it because a lot of the volume is ice and grapefruit. We also got 3 macarons (not pictured) the early grey is my favorite flavor.

Their mini cookies tasted like they havent been bought since COVID which is 9 months ago...They didnt just taste old, they taste actually like some kind of medicine and made us concerned.  I know its difference since I used to like those cookies. I bought 5 of each since I miss the taste....not sure if theres a way to complain to the business... Please make sure you refresh your bakery section...

Lady manager/owner was too caught up in herself, her business, financial books, etc to pay attention to customers and to be kind and patient. Your customers should come first, theeen take care of extra duties. Put on a smile, it costs nothing but reaps great rewards.

Old boba - hard and not soft and chewy. Moon cake was also stale.Boba is overpriced. The shop across the street (meet fresh) has better fresh milk teas

This location has improved a lot in the recent days!I love their creme brûlée milk tea as well as their cold coffee.I had to return a drink once as it came out tasting not as I had expected and the staff was very friendly and helpful.I did not feel awkward asking for another drink and it was replaced for no cost.The service is fast and there is plenty of space outside the shop to maintain a safe distance from people.Wish they opened earlier though!Would definitely recommend!

They get our orders wrong every time and the price is insanely disproportionate to life. WHAT A RIP OFF. Confusing menu and impatient clerks.

I will most probably not be trying bubble teas from this place anymore. My husband ordered a taro milk tea which came with fresh milk. The problem is that it was just milk! And that too it tasted very chalky and horrible. He /I couldnt finish it. So disgusting! Still Im giving 3 stars because my mango Jasmine milk tea tasted good.

Its ok but not my favorite. The Oreo crumble tea was my mistake in ordering -- not recommended.

The drink was tasty, but very overpriced, 30% ice, with weak tea flavor. The flavor was very watery. The person taking my order also didnt ask if I wanted to adjust the ice level. Even though I ordered a large I really only got a small in terms of actual tea.

Good tea but really confusing menu . There are three menu and each of the menu board has different options . Plus their special are difficult to locate .Have visited this place thrice by this review . A frequent visitor of boba tea place . Their creme brulee milk tea was good . The okinawa muddy milk tea was good as well. It had nice oreo chunks making the milk tea very sweet . The classic tea was also good .If you do not like a lot of sugar, in your milk tea mention it before hand. Their tea, atleast in my visit, has been more sweet than the regular chains like gong cha, kung fu and others.

Love this place! They have a great selection. One of my favorite places and it shows by how often I go.The staff is very nice and friendly and they are so prompt that this is one of the few places where I never feel like Im waiting for too long.

A cute shop tucked at the corner of Rivermark. Loved the feel of the place. The drinks, however, even at 25% sugar were still too sweet for our palates, esp the strawberry one with jelly. The creme brulee with tapioca was a better choice. Gonna give it another shot hoping to find an item suiting my taste.

Ordered thai tea, was pre made and not fresh. Sweetness level was too high( had no option to customize it).

I used to really like Fantasia. I still think the strawberry green milk tea or the peach milk tea is really good.This location is very cramped, and the service is not so great. Horrible actually, on my last visit. They got my friends order wrong-- she ordered a jasmine milk tea with pearls, they gave her regular milk tea with grass jelly? I was also mugged by the girl working there because I wasnt sure if it was my drink to pick up on counter. She saw my uncertainty and barks out loudly: WHAT DID YOU ORDER?! I was startled and taken aback.I mean if youre in the row and really want some milk tea, go for it. Otherwise, there are better places to go.

The staff is awesome and very friendly. I was disappointed in the recent quality drop in the taste of the tea. It tastes like it was brewed in a plastic container, or that it was brewed too long and was too bitter. I drink my tea with no sugar so this change was very apparent. The experience is also not consistent, if you get a tea later in the evening you may get some hard boba.

Mocha and coffee is good. We ordered cookies but they served it in a bag not in a plate.

Their boba is so good. But everytime i ordered something from there they always ruin it!!!This time my husband went there to order boba with fresh milk and boba but they only gave fresh milk WITHOUT the boba and charged $5 just for the fresh milk! They always messed up my order! Sucks!

Taro milk tea is extremely disappointing. Three stars because I sort of liked the creme brulee tea.

We used to get taro pearl tea from here..my girlfriend used to love it..today we visited the place to get taro milk pearl tea and it smelled like raw milk. We couldnt drink that and threw it in trash.

A great place to get pearl (boba) milk tea. Great quality! The drinks were not too sweet and the boba was not hard/old. Will definitely be coming back here. 😊

Great bubble tea at decent price, but cash only in 2017 is ridiculous. Id be happy to pay a bit more and not have to waste 10 minutes walking to an ATM, paying a fee and taking cash that I wont use anywhere else just for a little 4$ drink...

My husband and I love this particular Fantasia! We drive out here at least every weekend to get our tapioca with milk tea fix.

At 9:42, I stopped by to get some Thai tea with a friend, only to find the doors locked. As I was double checking posted closing hours (10pm), one by one the lights shut off. I am extremely disappointed in the literal absence of service. Hours are posted, honor them.

This place has the worst quality in bubble tea in all fantasia stores I have been to. It just tastes different and a but over sweet. Im not even sure its fantasia by tasting their bubble tea.

Tried to give the place two tries since it’s local neighborhood spot but both times, horrible service. First attempt, machine is down, no drinks. Second attempt, no pearl boba. Charged me .50 to use debit card for purchase under $10. That’s feels like a money grab. Most bubble teas are under $5. It you can want to come here, bring cash and put up with the bad service.

Tea is okay but the waitress has really bad attitude. When you said hot milk tea, they just handed an ice tea to you. When you complained, she said you never said hot.....in bad manner like you owed her money.

Chose Taro milk tea and Mango Green Tea without sugar. Turned out to be extra sweet and slightly grainy like milk.

I got a small mango slush which costed me $5.50. It was wayyy overprice and I was shocked. The workers there didnt seem to enjoy what their job and doesnt even have a smile. I would not recommend this chain.

Fantasia is good and South Bay OG milk tea (how many *good* local milk tea places have been open 20 years?)- they only use real tea and real milk. Theyre also coming out with a lot of new teas to try to keep up with competition. That all said, this location in particular is probably the worst of the Fantasia. Their tea quality is usually fine but the flavor might fluctuate a bit more than say the Milpitas location (except the one time my milk tea had spoiled milk... One time in 20 years is excusable I guess). The service tends to be much slower here though. Much, much slower. I cant even imagine if they dealt with the lines like the Cupertino location gets.At least in the good year of 2018 they finally take card.. if you hit their relatively high minimum. 🤷

We went there at 9:30pm twice on hot day and ordered red bean freeze, but he never made it. He said he could make red bean milk tea. It feels uncomfortable, seems like he doesnt do his job. Whats different between red bean milk tea and red bean freeze? Put some ice or not right?
