Had issues with slides not operating. They got us in right away and troubleshooted the problem we already had 2 other people look at. Took a couple hours but they made it possible for us to make our family camping trip. They will 100% be our go to from now on as well as referred to for anyone else needing a good RV mechanic. Great place and the only shop other than Simi Valley that work on RVs. Theres Nick and Mikes tites but they dont flush radiators. The prices are my reason for only 3 stars.

Gary and his staff are great! Ive been taking my cars here for the past 15 years or so, and have never been disappointed. I have never been made to feel like I was being taken advantage of, which is hard to find these days in this line of work. If I am low on cash, and something isnt needed right away, Gary will tell you outright and not trick you into thinking it is urgent. They have always fixed my all of my vehicles issues, and are efficient too! Very honest, hard working guys that get the job right the first time. I highly recommend Always On Time.

While traveling Route 66, camping near Alburqueque NM, our 2007 Fun Finder trailer lost electrical power. Camping World was able to squeeze us in and were able to repair it the next day. Two weeks later, near LA, the same thing happened. We brought it to the nearest Camping World. They told us that it would be impossible to even look at it for two weeks and they might not honour the guarantee. They also did not know of any other RV repair shops in the area. I did an internet search for shops in the area and found Always On Time Auto & RV Repair just a few miles away.The receptionist here was very helpful and sympathetic. She brought Gary in to listen to our problem who got the electrician to have a look at it. It was repaired that afternoon! Gary and the electrician showed us what the problem was and how it was fixed. At the same time, they repaired another potential problem. All this for half the amount Camping World had charged.We highly recommend Always on Time Auto & RV Repair and thank the team for their service and help.

My father introduced me to Gary and his shop when I was about 10 years old... 15 years later I still come here for the straight foreword no hassle repairs that just cant be done at home. Gary and his staff are professional, clean, and very knowledgable. Ive taken him and his crew vehicles from 1980s to 2012s. Always a happy customer.

This happened awhile back but I failed to acknowledge what great service we received in a difficult situation. Coming down from Washington we were fighting what I thought was a bad gas problem in our 1991 Georgie Boy. We finally hit the Grapevine and that was it. In addition my sister was with me trying to make a flight out of Yuma. We were towed to Garys shop on a Thursday afternoon. He told me it was probably the fuel pump and his guys would try to get it fixed on Friday, asking a couple of his customers if they could wait an extra day for their repairs in order to get us going. He had to get the part from southern LA! Unbelievable, mission accomplished, and he gave a break on the price of the pump! I ABSOLUTELY WOULD RECOMMEND THESE PEOPLE! You dont see this type of effort much anymore.

I have a 1997 South Wind. the turn signals did not work. On Time Auto fixed them no problem. fast service, reasonable price.

Hard to get in and out. Cramped conditions for motorhomes that they service. Very knowledgeable and capable.

Good Honest People

The owner, Gary, used to own Alert Automotive. My car was burning oil so Gary recommended rebuilding the long block. That didnt work so he recommended rebuilding the short block. Gary guarenteed the engine for 2 years. The car is still burning oil and Gary will not live up to his guarentee. The car is burning so much oil it doesnt run. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!

Always on Time can always be depended on to do quality work and to have the car ready when they say it will be ready. I have never had a bad experience at Always on Time.

Always on Time help us out with our RV. We had severe trouble getting over the Interstate 5 freeway outside of Castaic. We had to be towed.They delivered us at 5:30 pm and Gary and his staff still took care of us even though it was closing time.We were allowed to stay over night in the parking lot. With two dogs it was a task to find a Hotel for the night.First thing in the morning they tackled our issue, diagnosed our problem and set to the task of solving it for us. We were back on the road by 11:00 am. No speculation, just get to the problemThere is no doubt that if I ever needed helped again with any vehicle and I was any where in the area, I would go to Always on Time.I cant praise them enough.Stephen & Toni Dowling

I have been using Always on Time for my motor home service and repairs for three years now - and I do it because I like them, they get the job done and their prices are reasonable. They have an expert on staff (Luis) and they dont recommend expensive solutions if they are not needed.

I cant speak on the quality of their work but I have an RV that has some body damage in the back and found it interesting the name of their business always on time RV and auto repair when you look at the website they have extensive pictures of RVs in a huge building with hydraulic lift in a huge list of all the services they provide for RV including body and paint roof replacement and just about any other mechanical or appliance repair on an RV is listed but when I called the woman said I could bring it in for them to look at but they dont do much with Rv repairs and she said it would be two months before they could look at it very bizarre maybe if I said it was an insurance repair they wouldve said no problem and told me to come right now but I guess well never find out because Im never going to go there for anything
