Buying the car was a good experience. I bought a brand new Hyundai Venue in June of 2021 and 5 months later, the car wont start and the battery wont hold a charge. I called the service department they didnt offer any appointments or options or any reasoning behind why a brand new car wouldnt start only that the car I jumped it from must have an old battery. Disappointed that a brand new car is already having issues 5 moths in. I called another Hyundai dealership and they told me I had towing covered under my warranty and scheduled to pick up my car and do the inspection. They also checked my warranty to help me understand what repairs were covered if I needed them. No one at Parkway Hyundai offered any of this or offered any resolution. I realize I am in need of an inspection to fully find out what is wrong but just being told get it here and we will see is beyond disappointing. Do better.

Mr. Archer really took care of me on my fist visit. I have an older car & was considering junking it due to the issue that I had with my break lights. They fixed it before the day was done. They really helped me out. I was extremely happy with the customer service as well as there techs expertise with my car problems. If I have any issues I will make sure I take it to Mr. Archer.

I bought my Palisade 2020 1 year ago 14,500 miles later.. The weather strip was torn, I asked my local Hyundai service dealer about it being torn. I figured It was under warranty. After I brought it in for service they said someone tried to break in. I was shocked, but it was stored on a lot somewhere before I bought it. . I never had anyone try to break on when I bought it. The sales man never returns my calls or text. Noticed the sound of air blowing in after I bought it. I will pay to have fixed.The associate is Nick.The steering wheel is coming apart now too. The threads are coming out. The Hyundai dealer in Oxnard even said the fading and steering wheel problem should have been caught before it sold.. My first Hyundai experience. I have other things I noticed. I feel this car sat on lot for a long while. I let Nick convince me a 2020 is better then a 2021. He took advantage of me to get me in this SUV thats now falling apart. I have to pay to get repaired. Now I know why. The is fading going on around the silver border part. Hard to explain. Please dont be like me and get taken advantage of. My daughter has 7000 followers on Social media that I will have her share. They dont ever call me back. Its been a year now.I just want to inform others of my experience.

Rarely does it rain in Southern California. Well yesterday to my surprise it did. And my passenger side wiper just didnt work. I came here and told them natter if factly i needed a new arm. They said rarely does that happen. Then Mario Morales said let me check something. He tightened the screw and whaaaalah FIXED!!! Im so grateful for him, his expertise, thinking outside the box and fixing my issue which could have been EXPENSIVE (ELECTRICAL). SO 5 STARS FOR HIM AND THE WHILE PROFESSIONAL CREW

I used to go to the dealership that sold me my car for routine maintenance, but I think Im done after the last two visits. Both times, the mechanics tried to upsell me on things I didnt need. The first time, they wanted to swap all fluids in the car for $1000 and put it on my bill without me authorizing it. I had to tell the cashier to take the service off because I never even asked for it. I later went to third party mechanic who confirmed that service was entirely not needed. Everyone is friendly here and my car is great, so Ill give them a 3. Just beware the service department.

I leased a Hyundai Sonata Hybrid and I couldnt be happier! Nick was so great and made sure the whole process was easy and quick. I was hesitant to come in because the lease market isnt great and I wanted a lease price upfront before I drove there. Nick called me and told me to give him a chance and said hes sure hell make the pricing work for me. I took the chance and it was worth it! He took the time to go over all the cool features of the car and worked out a great price with me. I was out of there with a new car within 2 hours! Nick is absolutely amazing and the salesman you should go to when buying a car here. He is knowledgeable about the cars hes selling. And he is straight forward with offering the lowest price possible, there is no need to negotiate with him and you dont have to deal with a sales manager. I got quotes from several dealerships through true car, while other dealerships were trying to match the lowest price, Nick came in at an even lower price, like it was no big deal. And hes doesnt try to add things onto the car to get you to pay more, in fact he toke dealer add ons off the car that I didnt want, when other salesmen said that its not possible.In the end the easiest car buying experience in my life. Nick is the first salesman that I would want to buy a car from again

If you go here, ask for Sales Rep Nick Vonda. He will get you into the vehicle you want and with the price tag youll love. HIs attention to detail and attentiveness to all my requirements was above all others. The vehicle I wanted wasnt on the lot, or in their inventory, but he was able to find it, acquire it, and have it transferred over so that I can drive it home. I have recommended him to everyone I know.

Ian at Parkway Hyundai is possibly the best service consultant/technician in all of Los Angeles, certainly the best among all the Hyundai dealers. Those incompetent techs over at Keyes Hyundai couldnt fix the Apple CarPlay in my head unit (or) the ECM/computer putting the car into limp mode for no reason. And dont get me started on that arrogant jerk GM Brian Sobel. He has 0 customer service skills because he DOES NOT CARE. If you want somebody who truly cares, go see Ian at Parkway Hyundai.

I could not have had a worse customer service experience from Parkway Hyundai. When I brought my Genesis in for service on June 19 Giovanni did a great job of checking me in and accurately describing my problem. He even phoned the next day to tell me it was my Transmission, and that he needed to document this for Hyundai America as it would need to be replaced. This is the SECOND transmission they have had to replace in the past two years. Unfortunately, Giovanni was then out ill, and that is where the wheels really started falling off. I did not hear back from them for two weeks, the totally dropped the ball. Only after I phoned more than once did someone manage to call me back. When they finally contacted me I was told the repair had been approved the part was ordered, and the car would be ready the following week. At that point I didn’t hear back for another week, so I called again. Took them two days to return my call, and I was told the part was in and would be installed. So either the previous person lied to me or was simply making things up to buy time. This is not acceptable customer service.Another week went by, no updates, no car repaired. When I finally spoke with someone I got a similar response, but with the excuse that they were shorthanded. Not My Problem. By now it had been almost one month. When the repair was finally completed I was notified that I could pick it up. The icing on the cake for this whole experience was that when they returned my car it was filthy from siting outside for the past month. They did not even bother to give it a wash. In the past whenever I had service at Parkway, even an oil change, the car was washed before being returned. When I voiced my displeasure with the entire experience, I was dismissed by an annoyed employee and sent on my way. Not even an apology. What a disappointing decline in service at Parkway, I will think twice before returning for any service in the future.

So today me and my wife decided to trade in our 2018 chevy trax we were contacted By Raymond about a new Hyundai. So we drove from Santa Maria to Valencia and met him. We were introduced to Danny Geris who we also spoke prior to going to the dealership and he told us he would help us with our trade-in with no problem and he followed through with it. They inspected the car while Raymond show us a few different variations of the Hyundai Sonata Limited 2021. We were able to find one me and my wife both agreed on. The car came with a reasonable price and plenty of warranties. The drive home was so smooth my wife was able to take a nap while I drove home from Valencia all the way back to Santa Maria. Thank you again Raymond and Danny you guys made our day! Thank you for going above and beyond for getting us the car we wanted at a reasonable price!

The absolute rudest car dealership I have ever dealt with. I purchased a Hyundai Elantra a few years ago and fell in love with Hyundai at the time. Once I needed to upgrade to a larger vehicle due to a growing family, I decided to lease a Hyundai Santa Fe in Culver City, CA. I relocated to Santa Clarita and unfortunately due to COVID, the original dealership I leased the vehicle from closed down. I called Hyundai Finance USA to figure out what were the next steps as the original location had closed down and they informed me that I could drop off at any Hyundai dealership. For the past 2 weeks I have called Parkway Hyundai to make an appointment and was never connected with a manager and call back was never received. I decided to drop by today since my lease is up by the end of this month and with one day left, I figured someone would be able to help me. The leasing manager was the rudest manager I have ever come across and his name is Shumon Mazumder. He immediately told me he couldn’t help me, extremely dismissive and told me I needed an appointment. I told him I’ve been calling for the past 2 weeks to secure an appointment and was never able to speak to a manager and left messages with no call backs. He then told me not today next week. I reminded him my lease was up and it needed to be returned. He then told me to take it to the original dealership. I advised him that the original dealership had closed down and that it wasn’t an option. He then told me I can come back next Wednesday, Thursday or Friday. Due to my work schedule that wasn’t an option and once again, I told him that is past my lease date. He finally decided to send someone out to check the car. This took all of 3 minutes. My husband then came to pick me up at the same time Shumon came out the office to give me the vehicle return receipt that included just his signature. He did not fill anything else out on the receipt and Did not have me sign either. He practically threw the receipt at me just to get me out of there as fast as possible. He told me I would be charged for missing key and return fee. Since I had called my husband initially to inform him how rude this manager was treating me, he asked “is this the jackass who is being rude to you.” Shumon said, “Excuse me how was I rude? She didn’t have an appointment.” At that time, my husband informed him that I had tried numerous times to no avail and no response. The manager kept pressing back to my husband so at that time he got out of our vehicle. Once my husband got out of the vehicle, the manager ran up to the store door yelling to call 911 because “this guy is going to punch me.” My husband was no where near him by the way. My husband kept asking what his full name was and he refused to provide it to him. Shumon then told the other employees to start recording and call 911 now. My husband walked back into our car and at that time Shumon said to the other employees “get the license plate, take photos now!” This is the most unprofessional group of car dealers I have ever dealt with in my life. I would never recommend Parkway Hyundai to anyone.

First off let me thank everyone that was responsible for helping me purchase my new car! HUGE shout out to Edward, Rodger and Danny!! You guys are amazing! I called Sunday morning with exactly what I wanted. I told them my absolute max price and not a dollar more.. Being that I was very nervous about going over budget, especially with the times right now. I had a few features on the car that wasnt a must but what I really wanted. I had been shopping around for almost 2 months now and this was the first time I had found exactly what I wanted down to the color and heated seats!! I made an appointment to come take it for a test drive. Unfortunately for me, Rodger, with busy with a another client when I arrived..... late.. Nevertheless, Edward came to my rescue. We spoke for a few min and he then went to get the keys for a test drive. I am not the most talkative person and Im also a little awkward at times but I felt completely comfortable with Edward and he took me on a great test drive so I could really feel how the car drives and handles instead of the traditional round the block test drive. When we returned, I can only assume, Edward could see my smile through my mask and went inside to set the process up. Now I understand what I am buying and everything that comes with it but sometimes I overlook the big picture and thankfully my Dad and boyfriend were there to help bring my back down to Earth. Edward gave us privacy while we all spoke. When we finally went into the office and started to really run numbers, I never once felt any pressure from anyone. Everything felt so calm and collective. Im not one to be pressured into something and they did NO such thing. Danny, the sales and leasing consultant came in and discussed what was possible for me and worker with me to delivere my ideal payment, only off by $4. Danny was very respectable to my budget and didnt try that its only x amount more, you can do that nonsense that I feel most try to trap you in. Danny was also really cool to talk to and made it all feel friendly and happy to help me. From start to finish everything was so perfect. You always hear about how horrible car salesman can be and blah blah but this defenitly was not the case. After all was said and done Rodger was finally able to visit was me and he gave me the feeling right away that he would have taken care of me the same way Edward did and it makes me believe that this is a direct representation of how a family owned dealership is ran. They treat each other as family and it corotates directly to the way they treat their clients. If youre looking for a genuine and honest dealership this is your place! They care about YOU and getting you something without putting you in over your head, just to make a sale. I was to return the next day to deliver some paperwork and Rodger couldnt let me leave without taking a picture, since we forgot the night before and made it feel exciting all over again. Beyond grateful for my experience at Parkway Hyundai. Seriously! Huge thanks to Edward, Rodger and Danny at Parkway Hyundai. I love my new car and Ill be letting all my friends shopping for a car to give Parkway Hyundai their business first. 2020 has been a tough year for everyone and without Parkway Hyundai I wouldnt have been able to purchase the car I have been searching for! I went in to negotiate an end of model year car. I was truly disappointed to see the poor condition of the car after the sales claimed the car was washed waiting for my test. Dust covered the whole engine part, dry leaves were left under the engine hood and stains were all over the places inside the car. It was obvious a demo/loaner car. The most laughable part is they were seriously trying to offer a 15% marked up price over MSRP on the car to me on this poorly maintained leftover car. LOL, good luck at running this dealership.

My wife and I went to the local Valencia Hyundai dealership to inquire about purchasing a new small SUV. We had our eyes on the Santa Fe. When we arrived, we were assigned a gentleman who has since left this dealership. We were given all the time we needed to test drive and talk about the several vehicles we ended up considering. It was not an easy decision, but as with most purchases of this magnitude, it came down to our budget. Matt came by to check with all of us involved to see if he could help. We explained our situation after arriving at a number at the top of our budget. Matt quickly took control of the situation and negotiated the deal with the top brass…. You know, the guys behind the scene that you never see…. He not only saved us a bunch, but squared away our trade in situation as well. I must say that the general unpleasantness of buying a car at a dealership was not at all present after Matt stepped in. Thank you Matt for getting us out of there with what we needed, and getting it to us a better price than we were expecting. Also, many thanks for all the professional follow up. Unexpected surprise!! Went to the Hyundai Valencia dealership to look at a car for my daughter and ended up walking out with two cars in one day. I have been a Chevy customer for over 20 years. She did her research and look at many models, but decided on the Hyundai Sonata Limited. One of the salesmen, by the name of Nick Vondra, met with her back in March, but my daughter needed more time to save for a down payment. Nick never pushed, he reached out a couple of times to let her know their new incentives. He told her they had the color she wanted, so we all went down to look at the car. As Nick was showing us all the features, I myself became very impressed. I was so impressed, that I asked if they had a model that would compare to the Traverse. Nick showed us the Hyundai Palisade, and I was sold! I never thought I would leave Chevy, but with all the safety features and excellent warranties, who could pass it up. So after my daughter finished up with her sale, we started negotiating on the Palisade. Nick got his sales manager Danny Geris involved in the negotiations. Between Danny and Nick working so hard to get it at a good price point, we came to an agreement, and I also became a proud owner of the Hyundai Family. My review can go on a couple more pages, but I wanted to end it with,.......If anyone is looking for a new car that is the safest, reliable, with excellent warranties, and a luxurious feel, at a great price point, then you need to visit Parkway Hyundai in Valencia. There are too many car dealers around, please avoid stopping here.If you really want a Hyundai go somewhere else and save time and a lot of frustration. They dont listen to you and they try to sell what they want at super high prices. They do not honor offers from Hyundai official web page and never have in stock the car you want. But of course they are going to push you to buy something similar for a huge price.Unprofessional, rude and dishonest team here. Glad I have other options.

I bought my Tucson on July 4th and my salesman told me to come back the following week for a coat of the upholstery and paint protection. I called back and he told me he had made an appointment for me the following day at 9 am. When I arrived, there was no record of my appointment; however, the service personnel let me drop off my car anyway and they performed the service in a timely manner.So overall, I was disappointed that my appointment was not on the record, but I appreciate that they did what they had to do regardless...and I love the car!

Ive had 2 hyundai leases, came for a 3rd. I wanted to pay a certain amount a month, they have all my info such as credit, etc etc, i asked them to NOT waste my time if they couldnt do it for that price. Kept stringing me along for 4 hours!! Came back and showed me numbers that were 3 times what I pay NOW!! I understand things change, rates get higher - but 4 HOURS to not even get CLOSE to what I have?!?! WASTE OF TIME (side note: got a car broker, got me another hyundai for $25 more then I pay now, 2020 car!)

Two lies and No truths!My husband and I were helping my sister buy a car. We decided we wanted the Hyundai Tucson because of the 10 year warranty and current dealer financing of 0% for 72 months. We submitted a true car quote, heard back from many dealers, and narrowed it down to Parkway Hyundai. I called twice to validate they had the trim I wanted and that the purchase price was final. I specifically asked the sales person to validate the sales price with his manager, since I was driving two hours to buy the car. I didn’t want the price to change for any reason once I got there. Once we arrived the sales person handed us a credit application. I told him I didn’t want to fill out anything until we drove the car we where going to purchase. He left the room and then his Manager walked in. The car we wanted was still at the port. They wanted us to sign the paperwork and they would deliver the car in a few days. I was not thrilled, since I called in advanced to validate they had the car I wanted. The manager apologized for the misunderstanding. He offered to have someone drive the car to my house, so that we wouldn’t have to drive back. I told him we would buy the car if: the car was what we discussed, he drove it to our house, the purchase price didn’t change, and we can get the dealer 0% financing. He quickly back paddled and said the purchase price is $2,750 higher if I want the dealer financing. I told him that I validated the price and asked if there was anything that would change it. The sales man told me it wouldn’t change. I asked him to honor the price since we had already been lied to, about the car availability, and I validated twice before driving over. My sister is now a proud owner of a Subaru. Don’t waste waste your time here.

Brought my car in because of issues with the engine (Not starting correctly, code reader said failing Oil control valve.) Was informed the engine had sludge and needed to be replaced (engine was still below 100k, and has had regular oil changes, which speaks to bad quality on Hyundais side, not the dealers fault).Was covered under warranty, had a bit of a headache finding records for oil changes since I do everything like that myself, but eventually motor replacement was approved.My issues with this dealership started when motor replacement was finished. First, they tried to sell me URANIUM spark plugs (this is what was told to me on the phone, he obviously meant iridium) for nearly *$24* a plug. I told them no, went to autozone, and bought 4 of them for $30 instead of the $90 they wanted. Then, I was informed that I would still owe for a fuel injection cleaning (which I admit they waived). My issue with that however is if they were replacing the engine to guarantee everything was working, why would you reuse injectors? What else did they bargain bin off my old car? Is that motor going to hold up?Picked the car up, drove it less than 5 miles, car started overheating, sputtering, and having performance problems. Leaked coolant all over the ground and bay, and its taken another week on top of that to get that problem resolved. Some things with this dealer have been alright, but my biggest issue was trying to sell me overpriced parts and then picking a broken car up which I had to tow back anyway. If youre going to replace a motor, maybe make sure it runs well before giving it back to the customer. I even specifically told them to take their time and no rush since I had another car, didnt even ask for a loaner. Just be careful about what they try to sell you and make sure that the repairs and service done are watched carefully.

Absolutely loved everything about my time spent at parkway Hyundai!! My mother has been a returning customer for years, and told me about this great car at her dealership that I had to see. I was recently hit with a minor disability that made it very difficult for me to drive with my current car. Not only did I fall in love with the Kona at first glance, but the entire process was SO EASY. I got everything I asked for for the price I wanted and I am IN LOVE WITH MY NEW CAR. Negotiations for both the leases and the trade-ins were incredibly easy, entirely done via email. Everybody we dealt with at Parkway was as nice as could be--and absolutely none of the usual games, surprises, or attempts to up-sell. And the frosting on the cake--we are loving the cars, and think that they are terrific value.++++++++++++++Bottom line, 5 star buying experience at Parkway, and 5 star cars!!
