I have never had such a horrific customer service experience. I accidentally parked my car in front of this garage when I was intending to go to the shop next door and the owner shouted out (completely unsolicited), “ I would rather shoot myself in the face than work on your Mercedes. Be an American and buy an American car.” Look, everyone has a right to their own opinion but you have no right to harass people out of nowhere. I’m a very nice person, minding my own business, trying to get errands done on my day off, and I also happen to be very visibly pregnant. (Seriously, what kind of person goes out of their way to harass a pregnant woman?) I cannot speak to the quality of the work at the shop because I have not ever been nor will I ever be a customer here but I urge you to not support such terrible people. I am sure there are plenty of other great mechanics in Santa Clarita who are also good people with common human decency and respect. Take your business elsewhere!
