After having a terrible experience at nearby Pep Boys, and trying Sams Club with no luck (their tire shop has been closed for months now), decided to randomly call this place. Jason, the owner, had excellent customer service skills and we won me in. He was able to give me a quote that beat Amazon, Sams Club and Pep Boys on some nice Hankook tires. I got an appointment for next morning. Job done to satisfaction in 45 mins. The place doesnt look the most appealing from outside, but service and price are the best. Its really what I care about at an auto shop.

Please read this before you decide to bring your car My Auto & Tire Service. After paying $2,418.50 and waiting about 8 hours, the time and money invested was not worth it!Fact: Missing part. See picture Also, factory original center cap which I had to buy on Amazon for 17.95, came off as I made a turn. Note(I have taken my car for service at Firestone for years and the center caps never came off) Aside, form missing parts, the low pressure tire icon came coming back on. I called Sal and explained to him about the part I noticed was missing and he said that they might have the part (see pic) but that I would have to wait until they have the time to look for it. Weeks went by and finally they had located the part in a pile of other parts they forget to install in other cars (I was the pile of parts in an old pick up truck they keep somewhere in the back) The original part was installed, but not safely secured, I asked it the part would hold on even though it seemed as if would come off, the mechanic said oh yeah it should be fine. I then asked them about the tire pressure and the mechanic said that when alignment is done, the tire pressure has to be done too, but hello, they did not do that! I drove off now with not tire pressure icon on, but then I heard a sound while driving home, when I finally got home, I noticed that the part (see pic) that they had just said it was going to stay put, did not! Well, I called the shop and told them what had happened and they offer to buy a new part. Well, it took more than a month for me to get the part, when they finally installed it, the part was not the dealer part and the wind pushed it against the tire causing friction and eventually the part was shredded! (see pic) I am still waiting to hear from them on this issue.Aside form this issues, every time I turn left I hear a cracking noise coming from left front side of the car. When I took it back, Jason said that the mounts are in bad shape and needed to be replaced, he offered to give me a quote, yeah right as if I was going to trust them, I said not thanks and left! Well, I decided to take my car to a mechanic located in Fillmore, he lifted my car and literally showed me where the mounts are located, he also drove the car around and did not find that my car needed the transmission mounts like Jason had clearly stated! Oh by the way, when I told Jason that my car never made that wired noise ever! he stated the following: Well, when you fix one thing in a car it is common that another thing gets unfixed wow!!!After the mechanic in Fillmore stated that the transmission mounts were okay, I called My Auto and Tire Shop once again and told them that my car did not need the mounts as they had stated, I was upset and expressed my anger, Sal stated well, some customers do not return, but new ones would always stop by and get service from us Please if you are a new customer, do not let them work on your car. They are there to make money! Get a second opinion before you trust your car these butchers! I regret not taking my car to Firestone, the one in Newhall, I have taken my car there for almost 8 years and never never had a problem! I decided to bring my cat to MA&TS because they said they could do the job for less money!!!!! BS I ended up paying more and ended up with so much stress. I will report them to the BBB!

Guy told me he has take off used tires and they look great, told him I needed some for a trip that weekend so great. Sets up a time for me to come in. Get there next morning, no one knows where tires are. Text the guy who set it up.....his friend was supposed to drop them off, the tires that looked great werent even there for the guy to look at in the first place, they had no idea where they were but they could have them for me next week.... For the trip I needed to leave for on the next day.They totally wasted my time, dont waste yours with them.

Tried to charge me for a simple repair on a tire that was purchased from their store less than a year ago... This is after going on and on about the warranty to sell us the tires. Americas Tire 2.4 miles away did it for free even though it was purchased from a disreputable competitor.

Competent auto service at a fair price. Found my problem wasnt what it seemed to be and quickly fixed it for a very reasonable cost. Very good people to deal with.

Needed tires in a hurry for our Volvo XC90 as we were driving to Mammoth and did not want to do that on old tires. George helped me out with a bunch of options on these odd sized tires (not popular, only some Volvos and Audis use them). Was able to get me a good deal and get them on quickly. With everyone else (and I shopped around quite a bit) I had to wait a few days for them to get the tires in or have a limited selection to choose from... I will be going back for tires for my car.

I needed a tire really bad and really fast and they totally came through. I called and got a quote at 11 AM, went in at 2 and left at 2:15 with a new tire. They got me an amazing deal and had great customer service. 10/10 totally reccomend.
