Great professional service!! I was a little skeptical but they made me feel comfortable on the type of services my vehicle need it and they were able to completed on the same day. The manager explained to me in detail what repairs my vehicle needed and he did not try to sell me extra stuff. I would definitely recommend them, Honest and Friendly environment. They are now my go to place for repairs to my vehicle.

I have had the opportunity to use TopNotch Diesel Repair for a couple of large repairs on my 17 year old diesel pick-up truck. Jay, our contact there, was very professional, knowledgeable and extremely patient in answering some probably rudimentary questions that I had. My 2008 6.4 liter Ford diesel had a check engine light on and was running really rough. Jay had awesome communication while diagnosing it and sent me graphs of the tests he ran. Had it done within days. Great experience.

This place was so amazing and helpful! I drove 300 miles from Arizona and had no way to get back because my truck was not working right. Jay and his crew were so helpful and nice. He came and picked up the truck from my house and fixed the problem within 5 hours and then dropped it back off. They are awesome!

This is my first time taking in my F250 that has been breaking down a lot to Superior Auto. They are very friendly and knowledgeable mechanics, when I first called they were able to identify the problem just based on the issues I was having with the truck and gave me an estimate of $1700. This is $3000 cheaper than what dealer said it will cost.Here is the crazy thing, dealer was charging me $2000 just on parts alone +2700 on labor and giving me only 90 days warranty for their work. After I took the car to Superior Auto and they did their in shop testing, they said the cost will be $1900 and on the day of pick up because I was a first time customer they gave me a $200 discount. Dealer wanted 4 days to work on the truck, superior auto had my car ready in 2 days. They recommended changing some other parts but only as suggestions. I didn’t feel like they were trying to impose the repairs on me. I decided to wait on them and they didnt make me uncomfortable about that as other places do.I wanted to wait to make sure my car is running fine before leaving a feedback and after a week and almost 2K miles on the truck I have absolutely no complains. They get an A+ in my book and if any of my other cars breaks down I am going only to them.I am so glad I finally found an honest mechanic in SCV I can trust!

I will recommend this business to everyone, my girlfriend borrowed my recently purchased duramax and it broke down near his shop and jay came and picked it up and fixed it within the first day and got her back on the road so she could make it back home safe. WONDERFUL! While driving on vacation with our 5th wheel, our truck lost power. I called them from the google search. They came to us within 15 min. Did diagnostics, felt confident it was a fuel sensor. They found the part, installed it and had our truck back to us, fixed, in a few hours! They were affordable, professional, and saved our vacation! Recommend them to everyone!

I have been coming to this mechanic for years. I am always satisfied with their work. A few years ago my AC stopped working in my Civic. I thought it would be costly, but ended up to be replacing a small part that was very inexpensive. Last year my arms were also broken on my car, but Superior had my car good as new in less than 2 days. Good service at a great price.

He started working on my truck on 8/17/15. By 8/21/15 he charged me almost $2300 on my credit card. I havent heard from him in over a month. He does not call you back after he gets your money. He left my truck broken down on the side of the road and couldnt even tow it back to his shop. He left my truck all disassembled and in pieces. I had to send another mechanic and now its going to cost me $6500 to fix my truck. My current mechanic spent over $3000 to fix what Superior did to my truck. DONT GIVE THESE CROOKS YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY.Im in the process of taking legal action so I can try to get my money back. I saw other reviews and it looks like hes done this to other customer as well.

Brought my ford diesel there with a bad injector. I was supposed to leave out of town the next morning. He had my truck for a little more than 24 hours and its running great. Could not be happier.

So heres the facts based on my recent experience with Superior Auto:I had called and spoke to the owner, Jay, and gave him several days notice I would be bringing my car in. I did this intentionally so he would have my car scheduled to work on and have ample time to look into parts etc.I dropped the car off on a Monday. Jay had told me several times he would need the car for 2 days, and I allowed him 3 to accommodate any unforeseen circumstances. I rented a car while I was out there.I expected to go out on the third day and called there to speak to Jay, He returned my call and left me a message much later in the day. He indicated in the message they had not even started on the car yet. This is the first problem, as I was paying for a rental and had I been told they could not start on my car, I would not have bothered to bring it in so as to be needlessly paying for a rental. On top of that I do not live close to there.The next day, 4th day now, they still did not start on the car. I called to speak to Jay, and then tells me he has to call and see if the parts are even available. Huh?? He calls back and says the parts are about $550. Why hes telling me that I do not know since I was given a flat rate on parts and labor all inclusive.I then ask him if they are going to start on it today and if it will be done by the next day as I am still paying for the rental car, and again I do not live close to there.He says he is going to check and see if they can get it done and call me back. A short while later I get a call from his office receptionist telling me the parts are not available and they cannot have them for a week. Again, HUH?She asks me if I would like to leave the car or come pick it up. At this point there is no way I am letting these people work on my car, nor am I going to continue to take the risk of further incompetence.I came to pick up my car at which time I was given a flurry of excuses, from the receptionist, and the boiler plate sorry of the inconvenience. Inconvenience by the way is when an annoyance occurs. Theyve willfully cost me considerable time and money for nothing. Also, Jay did not even have the nerve to come out and so much as apologize himself. Never saw him when I went to get the car.I asked to be reimbursed for the rental can and they flat out said no. Mistake on their part.I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. Find an alternative.

Had a 95 toyota 4runner was having problems took it to superior they looked it over needed a tune up. It passed smog ran like new. No problems very kind workers that treat you like family.

My hood was having trouble because the metal that the latch was attached to was deteriorating. Ive taken it to several mechanices and they just kinda of rigged it together by bolting melt clamps with screws. I needed a serious fix here because at any moment the hood could fly up and crush my windshield and get me into a possible serious accident.Jay recognized the problem and bought me a new frame which he then spot welded to together. He also recognized that my bumper was a little jacked up, and offered me a discount on the bumper. So not only did I get the hood fixed, my car cosmetically looks great.Thank you Jay, you a mechanic Macgyver!Jake
