I broke down on the I-5N recently 400 miles from home and was fortunate to have found Valencia Volvo and Bill! Bill understood my plight of traveling alone with my dog and luggage and was willing to help me immediately. After AAA towed my car to Valencia Volvo, Bill and his technician got to work right away diagnosing the problems, even working late into the evening so I wouldnt have to have a long weekend layover. the next morning Bill sourced the parts and was able to finish the repairs by days end. Bills knowledge of Volvos is deep, his calm and professional approach to problem solving is perfect, he explains in great detail why I broke down and how the repairs were done. Valencia Volvo delivers professionalism, phenomenal customer service, quality work and really cares about their customers. If I lived close by I would service my Volvo with Bill all the time. When I first moved to Santa Clarita one of my headlights went out on my XC60. I did a quick Google search and up popped Valencia Volvo independent. I was able to swing in rather quickly and get the light changed and Bill was kind enough not to charge me. In speaking with Bill I was very impressed with his knowledge of Volvos as well as the cleanliness of the shop. My car has had to have 2 different repairs and a routine service since then, and I can honestly say I will not take it anywhere else as I know it is in the best hands possible with Bill and his crew. Hes honest, considerate of my time in leaving my car with him and I know the work is done in a high quality manner which is especially important with these vehicles.
