I was on my way to Six Flags Magic Mountain when smoke started coming out from under the hood of my car. I took my car to Ride-Way to get repaired and they were able to fix my problem as well as give me a ride to Six Flags. I was able to leave my car at Ride-Way for a few days since I couldnt pick it up right away. The cost to fix my car was reasonable and the people at Ride-Way were very helpful.

Very satisfied with the quality and fast service. The place is cleaned. The owner is giving you the estimate in front before you decide to do anything.The price is much better than the dealership.Overall is outstanding service!

All I needed was an engine filter. I had called around and many places didn’t have it in stock for my vehicle. The guy was rude and stated I needed to come in to see if they had it in stock. I asked if he could check & he stated he needed the information for my vehicle. I asked if i could give it to him over the phone and he rudely replied he doesn’t have time going on & on. How much different in time would it have taken if he did it in person??? Still the same steps would be required. And if he didn’t have it in stock like many other places, I would’ve driven there for nothing. Will never come here due to the unprofessionalism. He should hire someone specifically for the front desk if he doesn’t have time to do what any other shop would. Even if they’re swamped. Terrible service.

Pretty quick service. Ive done my own maintenance before but I needed some quick service due to time constraints. The owner is always there and willings to speak with customers first hand which is great. However, I there was still pressure of up-sale practices for work that would take not that long by experienced mechanics (lightbulb & cable changes). Thus, standard of mechanics but its nice the owner is always there working.

Great quality of work and very fast job. I highly recommend this shop. Im pretty much low-income and the owner did a few things for me for free to make sure I was safe driving my car because I couldnt afford to pay him for everything that he recommended. I really appreciated his shop. Good people.

After installing rear camber kit on my 8th Gen Si I went over to Rite Way and dealt with David and Fred. These guys were great! Fast & great service. I highly recommend this shop. Great to have that go-to repair shop and these guys are definitely it.
