Frank is great! I have purchased a few cars from him and am looking into another this week. I am actually excited to have another Mercedes so that I can bring it in to P.M. and not have to deal with anyone else. Most people tell me not to get a Mercedes because the matinenece is so exhausting and expensive but not with these guys! Aways happy to pay my bill which is by far cheaper than any other foreign shops!Thanks for everything !!

Two massive thumbs down. Worst mechanic experience ever. They scheduled my first appointment on a day the office was closed for a holiday. Found out after standing at the front door for an hour before a mechanic bothered to come out and tell me. Unbelievable.On my second scheduled visit I was specifically told not to worry about the part they were to install... it would be there for sure. When I arrive to my second scheduled appointment they don’t have the part, try to blame me and then a distributor for their own pathetic lack of organization, and then say they’ll have to reschedule... even though they had two weeks to secure a standard part, burned me twice, and weren’t able to fulfill their first two appointments?If you’re in a tight spot like I was and need a repair handled timely and professionally -DEFINITELY DON’T COME HERE-.

Outstanding is all I can say. Unbelievably fast service. They found several tire suppliers that gave me choices re: cost, guarantees & availability. I got the lowest prices with the best guarantee. This is my go-to repair shop forever!

I called Precision Mercedes at 8:30am on a Tuesday to schedule an appointment. I had issues with the ABS warning light coming on, as well an acceleration issue in my 1998 C230. They said can you bring it in now? I said absolutely! I dropped the car off at 9:00am and the repairs were complete by noon. Very good communication and the price was reasonable. The car runs perfectly! I will certainly go back for any future service requirements.

I was right behind Mr.Clark (see review) I heard and saw everything. They screwed up my appt. time too, sat for 2 hours, frank was a no show.

Update:Check engine y, 2005 E500Speed sensor in transmission valve body. $2k. it had been diagnosed a couple years ago by another mechanic. So I was okay with that though a lot of cash.What I was not happy about was the accessory battery, I told them that I thought it was going bad, they charged me $130 to replace it. Its about a 15-minute job.I complained to know avail. The shop has a good reputation but I thought that was overpriced on top of a couple thousand hours already spending with them.

I took my sprinter van that has been to many shops because no one can figure out what was wrong with it! I brought it here and within 1 hour they told me exactly what was wrong. They completely re made my van and is working like new. Totally worth the hour and half drive to get here. Will be back

This is the only place I would take my Mercedes from Gilroy to Santa Cruz to Monterey. I only trust these guys. Theyre good people too. Fair and honest and seem to truly care about you and your vehicle. Dont waste your time anywhere else.. I bring my car clear to Morgan Hill for a reason. This is THE only place I trust (as a Mercedes certified shop) for my car needs, quality and value. My dad owned a local car lot for many years and I was an longtime employee, so I know a good shop and quality in the automotive business in general ..to find this level of quality, value and credibility is hugely rare and invaluable. Dont screw around. Take your Benz to the right place. Dont waste time or $ anywhere else. Its worth it.

Frank is the man! Highly knowledgeable, professional, honest and transparent. He told me I need a new sensor which he can order for $700 or I can go to the junk yard and get it for $20.
