The drip coffee single origin was on par with a pour over for a great price. Their espresso drinks are also good. The vegan coffee cake good, nice and moist. The banana bread was very moist and great as well. Croissant also good. Aka everything here is amazing, definitely would go here often if I lived in SC!

Very cute location in the heart of abbot square. Very friendly and fast service! Their drink are very good and cute ( dont have a picture), their pastries very delicious!! And they have their own merch too!! Absolutely lover this small cute cafe.

Their chai tea latte with oat milk was creamy and delicious. So delicious, I thought it was real milk/cream! Definitely would do it again and try other things.

Instead of re pulling my shot I received a bit of a dirty look and an okay from the barista. I would have maybe let this slide if there was a line out the door but there were no other customs untill 2 minutes after I sat down. (I know this is not how this blend is supposed to taste. I have had this espresso blend at their main location, as well as, extracted it many times at home and receiving amazing results).SPEED 5/5Drinks were out in less than 3 minutes. Work flow is locked in.Seating 5/5This coffee shop shares space with several other food shops, so indoor seating can be limited at times when busy. This is by-far the best coffee in Santa Cruz AND by-far the best service in Santa Cruz! The aesthetic is beautiful and comfortable and it’s located in Abbott Square Market, a good hall next to the Mah. We definitely recommend this caffeine stop!

Been wanting to try this place out, finally made a trip to Santa Cruz to do it. This location is in a little market next to a few restaurants, and it’s shaded from the sun - a perfect place to duck into for a break from exploring downtown Santa Cruz. I had their chai latte, which was delicious.

Cat & Cloud is absolutely my #1 favorite coffee spot to go to. Theyre staff is phenomenal and never fails to put a smile on my face with their contagious positive attitudes. Not to mention their coffee is the best in town, I highly recommend you stop in and see what all the hype is about!

This terrific coffee shop--with top notch coffee and edibles--is my favorite because of the wonderful, kind culture that is the passion of these talented baristas. And Abbott Square overflows with regularly cleaned outdoor seating, where one can enjoy community at a safe remove. What could be better?

Im unashamedly a fan of the Portola location but this trip has me in a different part of town so figured would give this one a try.Simply superb espresso, properly good. Dont miss :)...and yes the brownie delicious and gf too :)Pro tip: its inside thev Abbot Square Market building, so a little hard to see from the street

The location itself is pretty cute but there wasnt a whole lot on the menu that they actually had in stock. I asked for a dark roast coffee and they let me know they only had medium, but I could buy a small bag of beans for $14. I did and brought it home. It honestly wasnt very good...definitely not what I normally think of when I have dark roasted coffee and way overpriced for what it was.

Yum! super great coffee and everyone is super nice. ian has some great latte art too but cinnamon and marshmallows puts it over the top. 🙌 the prettiest espresso machines in santa cruz!

This is a super cute place! And everyone is super nice but every morning I go they’ve already run out of chocolate croissants. This has been going on for months and they should order more!

Cross a flaky croissant with a multi seed bagel, infuse with a dollop of cream cheese and spin it into the shape of a starfish and you have five star magic. And thats just one of their delights that is complimented by their excellent coffee
