This place is a joke and hopefully this post will prevent other corporations looking to utilize their services from wasting time as our corporation apparently has with their representatives. Jacob is completely incompetent and I wasted over two months going back and forth with him to no avail. Have yet to receive a call back even once to this day . He Can’t ever remember where we left off on order status or updates. He Has obviously forgotten us more times then I can recall and ironically enough we are a publicly traded Company looking to essentially throw money at your company and they are too incompetent apparently.

Unorganized and unprofessional . They have us Waiting two weeks now for a base to arrive for their main formulation is unacceptable. Our rep won’t even return our calls and you don’t currently have any moisturizing lotion for over two weeks seems impossible but yeah this place sucks
